Summary: This thesis explores the influence of gravitational effect microlens on the broad emission lines of quasars using the latest estimates of the size of the region of wide lines and scaling relationship between this size and brightness. The effect microlens, causing by stars or other compact objects, can produce significant additions in the broad emission lines of some quasars subject to the gravitational lens effect. The microlens effect could be particularly relevant in high-ionization lines that are generated in the region of wide lines. We have identified a group of 10 lenses gravity, which represent approximately 30% of the studied sample, which would be more favorable to observe the effect microlens. Using standard kinematic models for the nuclei of active galaxies, have studied the changes that a microlens located in different positions with respect to the center of the region produces broad lines on the profiles of the lines. The effect microlens induce significant effects on the lines, such as the selective amplification of different parts of the profile or displacement at its peak. The study profiles of the broad emission lines with different degree of ionization in the same image of a cuásar who has suffered the effect microlens would be an alternative way to prove what the structure and size of the region where they originate lines . In the second part of this thesis has been considered approximate caustic straight to study the influence of microlens effect on the broad emission lines. Basically, reproduce the same results when it is considered a microlens isolated, especially amplificaciones asymmetrical profile of different parts of the lines. This approach applies to the inner regions of the nuclei of active galaxies, where it is likely to generate emission lines in X-ray Finally, we selected a geometry bicónica for quasars with the aim of discussing in detail the influence of the effect of a microlens pattern caústicas on profiles of the broad emission lines. The amplification effect caused by the microlens Anisotropic using this model is not directly related to the intrinsic size of bicono (as mediated by the method of echo or reverberation), but depends on the orientation of bicono and the opening of the cone . The direction of bicono projected respect to the distortion of the pattern of magnification may induce some very interesting effects, such as additions almost regular part of the blue or red profiles of the emission lines or the lack of correlation between the curves of the light region-wide and continuous lines of quasars. Profiles of the emission lines in a region of broad lines, moving regard to a high concentration of caústicas show a very clear and well-defined wavelength. These features are the result of sample kinematics of the region broad lines with the accumulation of caústicas. The model bicónico can reproduce the variation recurring wing blue line detected in the broad emission lines of the image of a gravitational lens SDSS J1004 +4112. However, it does not seem possible to reproduce the observed time-scale for this purpose if the mass fraction of stars in the deflector is greater than 1% of the total mass. Movements parallels between the axis of bicono planned and the orientation of the external gravitational distortion times lead to excessively large scale.
