Summary: This Doctoral thesis is based on two pillars: the history of architecture and computer graphics Andalusian palate as technical representation. The aim is to demonstrate how the means employed, computer graphics, is an instrument of great potential within reach of a normal user, which allows an innovative approach to the purpose, that is, a better understanding of Andalusian architectural heritage. This technique provides new insights from the scientific field that represent a qualitative leap in the type of information that is obtained by allowing analysis and study aspects of architectural space that was previously unthinkable because of the lack of means. Its consideration as a means of rebuilding assets required to dig into issues such as ethics digital in making these models, a methodology that should underpin this type of achievements, the categorization of the virtual object in terms of its relationship with the material reality and a new vision of the rules applied to restoration architectural paving the way to new interpretations and even raise the need to define and establish a set of standards for conducting such achievements.
