Summary: The content of the thesis is built around the search for a new place for the movement and dance in the Primary Education Curriculum. First, we have focused on the theoretical framework beginning with two terms that are key: the movement and dance, approaching them from all areas with definitions made by people from different fields of knowledge, and then specify and define clearly what they are the movement and dance in our investigation. Then we researched as a frame of reference on those perpetrators of greater relevance and methods that endorse our investigation. Mention of each school and its creator aspects related to movement and dance in education. Not only mentioned perpetrators and methods of movement and dance, but also related areas, from the Education Body, Physical Education and Music Education. Following this overview, which helps us focus our research and justify studying the movement and dance in education / (concepts, contents, elements, influences, disciplinariedad, globalization, technology, etc.), mentioning areas and reasons. None of the above would make sense, if not know the reflection that this has been done and done at the legislative level. At the level of primary education, we studied the inclusion of movement and dance in the context of school education since its infancy in the Act 70 of Villar Palasi (LGE) to the current education system, analyzing the current reality of various schools of Primary Education and all materials (documents, legislation, etc.) that somehow involve movement and dance in the teaching of Primary Education. There has been a descriptive statistical study with teachers specialists Musical Education and Physical Education. The process we have made in the study were as follows: * Check the need to include movement and dance in the teaching-learning process in the students of Primary Education for its upbringing. * Consider whether enough attention was paid to this area is the movement and dance in Elementary Education. If you need to be part of Arts Education in the Primary Education Curriculum expand the existing schedule. And whether it should form a single bloc within the Curriculum content. * Analyzing whether teacher training in movement and dance is appropriate and if possible solution would be the creation of a specialty. Finally vertimos here a proposal for inclusion of movement and dance in the curriculum of primary education in the area of arts education, and the challenge for the future is in the training of skilled professionals. We need to movement and dance are part of the curriculum for training teachers of Primary Education. We want to include in this area of arts education, dance and other forms of movement and expression and representation with its own identity and weight curriculum.
