Summary: The thesis is a contribution to the study of theater of the American playwright, Gertrude Stein (1874-1946). Identifying the aesthetic principle of the apprehension of this as a recurring element in the production dramatic steiniana, the author of the study argues that the thought and practice theatrical gertrude stein is a taempio of mateteatralidad that relies on a constant willingness superficial desnaturalizadora. Summary: This is a kind of comparative thesis that examines the rebirth of the art of story-telling stories, a phenomenon that has developed in the same years in Italy and Spain, although in different ways and areas. Summary: The thesis is divided into two distinct parts. The first part of this work is to study the structure of the tragedy, a piece that has been a repository of countless critical from the point of view of many dramatic and theatrical studies in different eras. The first picture to get to this goal has been to understand the work as a literary higher unit consisting of smaller units. We have carefully studied the parties which divides the tragedy with a special emphasis on form, content, distribution and function inside the unit higher. He has been an exploration of the special vocabulary used by the author. In the second prte of the thesis is a study of the four central characters of the tragedy, all of them female (Helena, Andrómaca, Hécuba and Cassandra), heroines that embody a different kind of woman. There has been an exhaustive analysis of each of them: Since its first appearance in Greek literature until the year 415, years of the representation of Troyanas. For them, and has launched a tour for the epic, lyric, comedy and tragedy, tracking the specific traits that taken in each case, as well as highlighting how each author used the myth according to the purpose sought.
