Summary: The conservation and protection of caves requires appropriate management tools and basic knowledge in a comprehensive environmental parameters of karst. The primary management tool karst is the definition and delimitation of areas of protection and, in the case of cavities tourism, the estimated carrying capacity of vistitas. This dissertation addresses the most important methodological aspects applied to the control microclimático of cavities, especially those open to tourism or with a strong potential for this. Using a cantdad huge environmental data from different cavities southeast peninsula, has required the use of various statistical techniques with the aim of simplifying and redeveloping this environmental information. The possibility of incorporating the results of environmental control in cavities within an integrated management model, which contemplates further socioeconomic aspects, is the main interest of the research work for managers of such georrecursos. The analysis microclimático in each of the cavities studied dealt with differently on the type of data recorded in each of them.
