Summary: One of the most significant applications of science is the geodetic which refers to the study and characterization of various types of dynamic, whether on or engineering works on the same surface. Aspect essential in this type of work is the need to achieve high levels of accuracy and reliability extremely demanding. In this regard, apart from the very important contribution that involves the introduction of new technologies, it should be recognized that any available information (regardless of the instrumentation coming) can and should be exploited to the maximum, which is essential to go tools that numerical methods and rigorous mathematical approaches offered. In this sense, and after an introduction to some length to describe the most important aspects in the field of monitoring of deformation, this thesis aims to make a contribution to improving the precision attainable through the generation and analysis of model uncertainty . Clearly an adequate characterization of the spatial distribution of the error allowed optimize performance, achieving an increase in the accuracy and thus an improvement in the sensitivity of the monitoring networks of all types that may be. This thesis proposes a new methodology for conducting such modeling. It is a work that explores an area of research underdeveloped in recent years, but it remains essential, as is the design and optimization of networks.
