Summary: In this thesis has made an approach to the MOD in different scenarios seasonal (semesters of outcrop and sinking) and episódios ( "bloom" spring and autumn) following the variability of space: a) estequiometría C / P / N the MOD (dissolved organic matter), the closeness of that relationship to the characteristic values of the products of synthesis and degradation inical of marine phytoplankton is a clear indicator of biological reactivity: b) fluorescence substances prendo-proteicas and prendo-húmicas dissolved c) the presence of mono-and polysaccharides dissolved using the molecular size of the dominant component of COD (dissolved organic carbon) as an index of biological reactivity, e) the presence and the monkey polyesters phosphate dissolved. D) concentration aminocícidos dissolved, and its characterization for the various scenarios seasonal.
