Summary: We define Cineantropometría as "scientific expertise related to the measurement of human beings in their multiple morphological variety of perspectives, its application to the movement and the various factors that influence it, including the various elements of body composition, body measurements, proportions, composition , shape and maturation, and motor skill capacity cardioespiratoria and physical activity that includes both the types of recreational sports as highly specialized. " TARGET Study controlled transverse not randomized kind of observational and analytical cineantropométrico, body composition and somatotype of the population of football players professionals, semi-professional and non-professionals who work in physical teams in the Autonomous Community of Madrid. The overall objective can be broken down into the following points for their development. MATERIALS AND METHODS Protocol measures established by the International Society for the Advancement of Cineantropometría (ISAK) and accepted by the Spanish Group of Cineantropometría. RESULTS The average height of all players surveyed is 176.64 cm, weight 77.01 kg, fat percentage right 8.04% and left 8.10%, bone right 11.72 Kg and left 11.59 kg, right 38.46 kg muscle mass and left 38.55 kg weight Residual 18.56 kg, somatotype right and left Endo-Mesomorfo. CONCLUSIONS 1-Homogeneity interpoblacional seems to be a general characteristic of jugadorees soccer investigated evident when analyzed by professional category, but there was some diversity to distinguish on the basis of their position on the pitch. 2-Heterogeneity intrapoblacional appears as a specific trait manifested in the doormen, soccer players showing a typology own when taken by their position on the pitch, developing a morfotipo characteristic being the highest footballers and heavy. 3, - The height is higher among professional football players, which does not correspond to a greater weight. The players of the 2Â ª B division athletes are also lower and lighter. 4 - The football players taller and heavier are the gatekeepers unprofessional, and the front of the 2Â ª B division and the lowest light. 5, - somatotipos not appreciate the asymmetry, but recorded information dela difference between right side and left in the studies. 6, intra-Heterogeneity reaffirms nuetro goal of studying the football players as two hemimitades independent. Summary: INTRODUCTION The analysis cineantropométrico allowed to know the shape, size, body composition, degree of maturation and nutritional status of adolescents engaged in extracurricular sports, necessary at this critical stage of growth, with the aim of promoting their health and issue a proper sports council. OBJECTIVES Knowing the profile cineantropométrico of teenager who practice sports and extracurricular obtaining patterns that allow monitoring its development. MATERIALS AND METHODS cross-sectional study, controlled, randomized and observational not implemented protocol established by the ISAK and accepted by the GREC on a sample of 368 boys and girls aged between 10 and 15 distributed among sportsmen and control group. RESULTS Averages fat mass: group athlete: male: 7.25 kg, female: 12.16 kg, Somatotipo average athletes: male: 10 and 11 years Meso-Endoformos and 12 to 15 Meso-Ectomorfos; Female: 10.12 and 13 years Meso-Endomorfos, 11 and 14 years central and 15 years Endo-Mesomorfos; index Z senior athletes for all variables. CONCLUSIONS 1-A state madurativo correlates better than chronological age with the anthropometric variables. 2 - The variables longitudinal and transverse athletes have a higher value than in controls. The folds decreases with age, especially in male athletes. 3, - The training of moderate intensity does not induce significant changes in bone mass, regardless of age or sex. 4-Increased muscle mass in men is prior to that of fat mass, unlike women. There is a mismatch between the periods of rapid growth of both bodies of 1.5 years. 5, - somatotipos measured by age are mostly endomórficos-mesomórficos, sportsmen and central controls. 6 - The number athlete maintains studied proportions similar to the model Phantom more than the control group, regardless of age and sex.

Summary: The purpose of this study is to analyze the evolution of the claims filed with the Generalitat de Catalunya after a healthcare is presumed defective in any of its vicissitudes evolutionary by the patient's own, their legal representatives or their heirs. Once analyzed records, it is intended by the method described later, to establish the suitability of the claims and establish the real causes of claim to be able to establish some basic assumptions of performance both from the administration and from health professionals to raise the level of attention to the people and reduce the number of claims filed.
