Summary: The Malaria is endemic in Mozambique. Patients suffering from the disease need to be treated with anti-malarial drugs. The current treatments are carried out according to national protocol to combat malaria, which was established since 2002. The study found that 78% of the patients (725) had a table ototóxico expressed by sensorineural hearing loss, also considered other effects ototóxicos treatment, both cochlear and vestibular, and other body organs. The paper concludes on the need to review the current policy treatment ancioalárico force in Mozambique.
