CHANGES PRODUCED IN THE TESTES OF PIGS MINIPIG TREATED WITH ESTRADIOL AND ACETATE TREMBOLONA.Author: DELGADO HERRERA MANUEL ALFONSO. Year: 2005. University: CÓRDOBA [ www.uco.es]. Summary: The present research work we have studied the changes that occur in the testicles of pigs treated with estradiol and acetate trenbolona. As study material we used 30 pigs minipig, aged between 6 and nine months of age, divided into groups of experimentation tre-control group (CG), consisting of 10 pigs minipig, ab libitum fed. Group-treated with estradiol and acetate trenbola (Es-Tra), consisting of 10 pigs minpig, treated with subcutaneous implants of 20.5 mg and 4.5 mg of estradiol. In acetate trenbolona. The implants were placed at six months of age until slaughter. (Treatment period: three months). Group-treated with estradiol and acetate trenbola (Es-Trc), consisting of 10 pigs minpig treated with subcutaneous implants of 13.5 mg and 2.5 mg of estradiol. In acetate trenbolona. The implants were placed at four months of age until slaughter. (Treatment period: five months). Treatment effects of anabolic hormones on the morphology testicular were quantified by morphometric methods (area, volume, linear dimensions and form factors) and stereological (fraction of volume, density and surface density numbers). The studies were conducted using both the electronic and optical microscope. The results of first highlights an increase in tissue interstical of the treated groups, and especially an increase in stereological and morphometric parameters of the Leydig cells of groups Es-Tra and Es-Trc regarding control, that translates into a hipertrofía and cell hyperplasia producing testosterone. It showed a significant change in the cycle of the seminiferous sperm wave, marked by a reduction in the number density of most of its components, and also by severe morphological alterations of the same in the treated groups (Es-Tra and Es-trc) compared with the control group. Summary: DUE TO INCREASE IN PRODUCTION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS TO INVADEN OUR ENVIRONMENT, INCLUDING DIAGNOSIS AND APPARATUS FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT, WE HAVE RAISED FOR A BASIC STUDY ANALYZING THE IMPACT OF MAGNETIC FIELDS STATIC (CME) MAGNETIC FIELDS AND VARIABLES OF RADIO FREQUENCIES (CMVrf) CROPS ON "IN VITRO" BOTH OF CÉLUAS TOMORALES AS CELL NO TUMORALES. ADDITION OF THIS REGARD TO THE EXHIBITION CONCURRENT TO NOXA (THERMAL SHOCK (CT) O CITOTÓXICOS) AND GCE O CMVrf COULD POTENCIARSE IN THE PRODUCTION OF CELL DEATH IN CROPS. KEY OBJECTIVES AS WE HAVE RAISED: 1. THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MAGNETIC FIELDS OF GENERATING EQUIPMENT INTENSITY OF MEDIA (UP 5 mT) AND RADIO FREQUENCIES TO FURTHER CONTROLARA YOUR TEMPERATURE, 2. SUBMIT CROPS OF DIFFERENT TYPES TO CELLULAR CME (5 mT, 0.7 T, 1.5 TY 7 W), 3. SUBMIT CROPS OF DIFFERENT TYPES PHONES TO CMVrf AND 4. SUBMIT CROPS OF DIFFERENT TYPES AND PHONES TO CM CT (42.7Â ° C). HOWEVER, THE EXPERIMENTS IN WHICH ARE SOMETIERON CELLS SIMULTÁNEAMENTE A CME AND CT, CROPS AT RISK FROM BOTH NOXAS PRESENT diminishing SIGNIFICANT OF THE POPULATION CELL WITH RESPECT TO CROPS UNDER ONLY A CT AND OF COURSE WITH CROPS NOT UNDER CONTROL ANY NOXA. THESE RESULTS INDICATE THAT THE MAGNETIC FIELDS WITH THE PARAMÉTROS USED NOT PRODUCED BY YES ONLY SIGNIFICANT EFFECTS ON CROPS PHONES, BUT TO SUPPLY SIMULTÁNEAMENTE TO THESE AS AN EXTERNAL AGGRESSION IS THE PHYSICAL CT CME THE POWER ON CELL DEATH CELL TUMORALES. CONFIRM IF THIS COULD HAVE AN APPLICATION TERAPÈUTICA OF MAGNETIC FIELDS.
