    Summary: The central objective of this thesis is to explore ways of competitiveness compared present and future of horticulture intensive Morocco and Spain. We have selected the two areas most important producers and exporters in each country (Agadir and Almeria), it seemed the French market, and discusses the competitive route prices and structural competitiveness. To achieve this goal has been carried out an analysis of qualitative nature pose a holistic approach broad and diverse, conducting an extensive field work in the two regions under study. Taking data and information has been completed with the analysis contained in the various levels of Moroccan horticulture and Almeria.   • THE RESTRUCTURING OF THE VALUE CHAIN OF OLIVE OIL IN ANDALUSIA. ECOLOGICAL IMPACTS SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC

    Summary: Olive oil has a prominent role in the Spanish economy in general and in particular Andalusian, representing at present, 80% of the national production, 37.4% of the production of EI, and 26.8% the worldwide. This situation relates to the strong specialization process that has followed the Andalusian agriculture, where olive oil represents nearly 305 of final agricultural production. In this thesis analyzes the most significant transformations that have experienced each of the links in the value chain of olive oil. To that end, there are three distinct stages. Traditional (Until 1955), Fordista (1955-1970), Poslfordista (1970-2000). In addition, this research focuses on the study of the ecological, economic and sociable. Therefore, this work comprises three very different but complementary perspectives, which are necessary to study the complexities introduced this reality.     Summary: This paper is intended as a reference to provide the agricultural cooperative sector on an articulated its importance and especially a proposal to the same methodology may have potential inherent in its implementation as an essential element of corporate governance cooperative, its control and monitoring of face in assessing their suitability or not.
