    Summary: In this thesis the author analyzes four regulatory problems of the telecommunications market. The author analyzes the regulation that is in force and in turn proposed new forms of regulation that improve social welfare.     Summary: The efficient management of the supply chain requires the integration of various logistics. In particular, important benefits including reducicón costs and improvements in the level of service can be achieved by coordinating the activities of transportation and inventory management. In that direction, there were three models optimization bicriterio (cost and service level), which simultaneously consider the selection of mode and defines politics inventory when demand is fixed and variable over time. A model is proposed in the context uncoordinated and both are based on the strategy of coordinating Ages Common Resurtidos; models assume a single supplier that caters different products, using three modes (fast, medium and slow) to a single customer . Construction borders effectively coordinated for the two models based on the terms of international trade (Incoterms) ExWork (ExW) and Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). To illustrate the applicability of the model, are regarded as a specific case study in the automotive sector.
