Summary: The dynamism that tourism has reached and the same evolution and impact of the dynamics of the consumer is impacted on tourist destinations developed and the new emerging destinations. Reaching the one hand, high levels of adaptability to changing consumer demands and modernization in shaping the tourism product, on the other, to establish means and tools to enable become increasingly effective for a better answer to potential tourists, it today the mission of the tourism management. We find a strategic analysis of the tourism sector in Nicaragua, which has allowed incorporate and make a detailed overview of those aspects relevant sector. Structural changes are proposed management of the tourism sector and modernization of the techniques used in that management. It should be noted that, a proposal strategic plan under a consistent and flexible structure to the particular conditions in the industry and taking into account the situation in the country. In conclusion, it is an academic exercise based on an empirical analysis of the tourism sector nicaragà ¼ ense. Have character propositito and creates guidelines for further deepening the analysis of the tourism industry.
