The model is constructed from classical theories, such as Perry, whose implementation without further to the Informal City, it proves ineffective, leading to design a graphic model so as to set certain variables and the introduction of other so that structuring intraurbana the Informal City can be addressed and an integrated and holistic manner. The definition of the variables of a social space and allow the intervention of reality in a rational and appropriate scale to experimencia urban daily: the space where they really live c iudadano. This is to ensure that both urban structuring and the involvement of communication networks between "Vecindades Urban" as a key aspect for this urban and social integration of the city and its inhabitants Informal: to weave the social space to ensure an urban structure adequately. This analysis led to the conclusion that there is no tool for urban planning itself to act on the Informal City, which has increased the relevance of the proposed Model Networks Vecindades Urban -MRVU- adapted as a tool for urban planning complementary or alternative to those in the field of study and probably in informal urban space, very characteristic of the Latin American urban reality. In conclusion, the main contribution of this thesis is the design of a new model of planning, appropriate for large Latin American cities, as a tool for urban design that favor the Recomposición the Informal City from the field Socioespacial scale Intraurbana, where the the main protagonist who is living space to transform. Local development is proposed is an alternative development based on an associative content, which is why we advocate the idea of community enterprise. As we can not destroy the existing models of development, we have to work in parallel with it. The model that we advocate is inserted into territoriality respecting its identity in search of a way to be productive restructuring and modernizing the governance of the place, ie the place is an area where the transformations of society to its self-sustainability. With these approaches has been done extensive work in Sao Gabriel do Oeste. Clearly it was found that the population of Sao Gabriel do Oeste needed, which is concerned, what are its goals, what is lacking and how all this can be ordered and lead to a local development. We have inventoried the myriad serious problems such as the depletion of productive land, environmental problems, the lack of definition for agro-ecological zones, the growth of unemployment, lack of leaders to promote local development and the expansion of opportunities for investment, evasion of financial and human resources, in addition to all that, lack structuring a development plan for local tourism. The findings of the Doctoral Thesis allow their application for a strategic planning in the municipality.
