Summary: During the course of this thesis Doctroal, has developed a proposed methodology for the assessment of sustainable industrial buildings. The basic underlying concepts developed here provides the identificaicón and analysis design measures for the building industry, aimed at achieving a more friendly behavior of the same regarding environmental requirements. The conocimietno generated translates into a set of practical design, construction, use and deconstrucicón, estructurads hierarchically, including a model for evaluating edificaicones industry. This model gives mathematical elements of the general theory of decision-making, to forge a numerical methodology to quantify the degree of sustainability, implicit in projects constructive industrial buildings. The practical nature of the methodology has been validated meidante its aplciaicón a case study comprises two posbiles alternatives constructive for the same building defined.
