    Summary: The interest in space platforms high capacity has been notorious in recent years. Much of the effort is focused on Europe AlphaBus project, a consortium among the major space agencies and aerospace companies. Within the framework of this initiative are some key tasks have been addressed in this Doctoral Thesis: revision of the power conditioning unit (PCU) current adapting to the same power levels above (18kW, 100V) and proposed new power architectures.
