Summary: In recent years there has been in political science a process of convergence between the two most important paradigms along the segund half of the twentieth century, pluralism and estructuralismo.Tal convergence has crystallized around the incorporation by both currents , a conception of politics as a relatively autonomous activity that breaks with its traditional formulations anchored at the heteronomía that breaks with its traditional formulations anchored at the heteronomía what político.Efectivamente was on pluralism classic (represented by David Truman, Earl Latham Nelson Polsby, and the first Robert Dahl), and despite its early formulation of the concept of "relative autonomy", there was a clause that eventually passed the policy again, a herramienata of groups economically dominantes.Pues well, since the late sixties, and with special intensity since the mid-eighties of the twentieth century, the two streams have shown an evolving doctrine that leads them now to describe the policy away from the traditional paradigms sociocéntricos and heterónomos. In this process, the work of changing pluralistic paradigm has been marked by the work of Jeremy Richarson and Grant Jordan (pluralism reformed), Robert Dahl and Charles Lindblom (neopluralismo). While the process parlelo and convergent tradition estructuralisto has been marked by working Theda Skocpol and Fred Block (estructarilmo STATISTICAL) and Bod Jessop (strategic relational model) This paper discusses the fundamental aspects of this process of convergence paradigm through the study of the authors mentioned as well as the relationship his work with the environment político-histórico and intellectual.

Summary: Despite having a strong media profile, the case of Yugoslavia has hardly been addressed by the academic literature related to the study of the transition to democracy. It seems obvious that the decade since the outbreak of the crisis represents a reasonable period to start a process of reflection less simplistic in terms of both internal and external causes of conflicts in the former Yugoslavia. The research aims to demonstrate, on the one hand, that the survival of a democratic Yugoslavia in the context of post-Cold War it was not possible. The main causes of its demise to be found in the internal context. However, internal strife Yugoslav not demonstrated for the first time at the beginning of the decade of the nineties. What allowed the Yugoslav crisis of ninety you have a denouement in anything close to those of other criris Yugoslav was precisely the external context. Moreover, the research aims to demonstrate that there has been, with the onset of European mediation in the second phase of the Yugoslav crisis, a turning point in the performance of the CFSP in the western Balkans. The signing of the agreements Ohrind and the signing of the Agreement between Serbia and Montenegro have shown that the EU is able to play a constructive role and to preserve, for the moment, the fragile balance in the region. If the EU seguriá taking a similar role in the future of the region. If the EU will continue to have a similar role in the future of the region, still have to check. As O. Wilde used to say, "a map of the world that does not include Utopia should be even stare."

Summary: Achieving an explanation of the Political Theory of Ockham in the light of his theory of natural law and its philosophical and theological principles has been one of the scientific objectives pursued this investigation. This connection allows us to understand how new concepts of God, nature and man, clearly impacting on a new way of understanding the reason and theory of knowledge, consequently place a new concept of natural law. The study political theory ockhamista is based on a new theory of knowledge, a new conception of reason and therefore a new natural law, which differ substantially from the same concepts tomistas. To achieve these objectives, we have structured the thesis through the following three chapters. A) The first dedicated to a brief biography and an exhibition of historical context, from three perspectives: from a narration of historical facts pure Europe at the time, from a narrative context of the philosophical and theological, and since the context of the legal - ideas. B) The second chapter, dedicated to studying the theory of natural law of our author. That theory will look at the intimate connection with the pure philosophical and theological principles of Ockham (exposed both in Chapter 1, as in the 11) and we want to turn serve as a basis for proceeding to explain the Political Theory at (4apítulo third . The second chapter is a link between the first and third. is, the legal voluntarism is the legal expression of the principles rectores.de Theology (creative freedom divine omnipotence and divine) and Philosophy (denial of universals) ockhamista, and in turn is the cornerstone that supports the entire Political Theory of Ockham. C) Chapter III, devote to study in the strict sense their Political Theory, but since it founded on the theory of natural law, as interpreted in the previous chapter. Further study in greater detail the new nominalistic epistemology and the impact that this has on a new concept of reason and therefore on political theory. The intellectual effort that requires the reading of medieval texts, often abstract and somewhat distant from the contemporary sensibility, offset by better understanding of this dual way to understand the world, continental and Anglo-Saxon, Protestant and Catholic, where are Ockham situated at the crossroads.
