Summary: Physical activity sports for the elderly is an area of physical education that requires special treatment and a special study in counterpoint approach that gives it body and movement as a tool for educating the individual at the earliest ages. The research and study of physical activity sports, in these ages, is a requirement that is determined by, among others, very important changes in the pyramids of population, increased longevity, improved level of economic and social development of the humanity in surrounding countries, and also to the fact the lack of theoretical, practical and, above all, learning about the better understanding of the physical sporting activities and enhancing capabilities of a collective progressive increase. The study focuses on the perception of physical activity sports are older people who participate in a program. The study relevant issues relating to the valuation of the participants (teachers and seniors) in the program and the program itself, as a special case as it is the activities físico-deportivas for these people in the province Malaga. It is therefore a case study on participants in the activity program físico-deportiva for older and own intervention program with all its elements.
