Summary: The arrogance of this thesis is to present and justify the basic coordinates of an ecological ethics understood as an applied ethics with universalist claim, made possible by the concept of a new ethic of speech and with the incorporation of a gender perspective to environmental problems. To do this, first, to show a need and potential for ecological ethics able to cope with these new challenges. And the working assumption is that it is possible to delineate the basic features of an environmental ethic within the conceptual framework of the ethics of speech that can give a rational justification of human responsibility towards the environment in general and to other non-human beings . To then present and rationally justify a broad concept of environmental responsibility that can act as a horizon in our decisions and actions with impact on the environment. A window that opens to reason from an experiential look feminist because she has incorporated some of the contributions of the theories ecofeministas allowing interrogate the environmental in all its complexity, without the need to break the paradigm dialogic. The final proposal of ecological ethics understood as an applied ethics consists of a set of basic assumptions that constitute the framework for implementing the principle of environmental responsibility formulated.

It mentions here the issue of animal rights as part of environmental ethics. The second section gives a crawl historic term sustainability, defined as "development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs", and addresses from a philosophical point of view: Â what do you need to sustain and why? If we recognize that the environment is a fundamental good, then your protection is a matter of distributive justice.

Summary: About two problematic tour this investigation. The first is the presence of the real man, who is opposed to the traditional interpretations dualists who view it as a mere subject thinking, or as a man machine. And the second problem has to do with the requirement Cartesian giving some guidance to the conduct, exemplified with the highest moral and perfect. Descartes introduced in the Speech and correspondence moral characteristics of a morally uncertain and incomplete that necessarily goes live with a kind of moral principles and certain obvious. My research aims to show that despite the duality of plane that moves its anthropology and their morale, it is possible to devise a conceptual agreement on the ideas of the philosopher, from the practical perspective that identifies Passions and correspondence on moral issues. Regarding your anthropology show Descartes argues that a more comprehensive and vital subject. Discover in his rationalist philosophy records functional compound mind-body, which gets to see the real man of flesh and blood, which has biological needs and practices. Thus Descartes claimed passions in a broad and positive. As for practical life Descartes proposed a morality based on the very sound and practical requirements of the individual. That is, a particular way based on the truths of metaphysics and physics, but this is a knowledge which is wisdom or "art of living".

It is argued that the subject morale smithiano he is a liberal and that the figure of the impartial spectator is an antecedent of the criterion of universal Kant.
