Summary: The main objective of this research focuses on demonstrating that human activity, occupation chosen and designed in the context of a project vital personnel responding to the call of the human being inside or vocation, a positive impact on physical structures, psychological social and humans, having secured a suitable adaptation to the environment and functionality acceptable that leads the individual to the achievement of a true life, dignificadora and evolucionadora. Coexistence and cooperation love and friendship are in the depths of human nature and serve as a base of support to the actions of human beings. The wisdom and creative potential of human beings stem from its introspection, its essentiality and affect occupancy allowing an existence authentic and real that affect their health psychophysics. The man is a Homo sapiens, Homo habilis, a homo ludens, an animal design and social, but above all he is a dynamic and through its activity is able to change their destiny, to achieve health and happiness. Summary: This thesis aims to rebuild the constitution of the philosophy and metaphysics at Xavier Zubiri. This is not a historical comparison between authors, but is consistent with the interpretation of own Zubiri. Husserl and Aristotle appear as two ways of philosophizing. The first, a way of thinking ideísta with the primacy of the essence and idética. The second, a physical mindset to the primacy of the individual essence. The constitution zubiriana of philosophy would be the maturing germ of an idea born in Brentano. This maduracón leads to a theory of the principles that make possible a methodical definition of the real indivual. This theory is expressed in "On the essence." Summary: Intellectual Biography of John Sempere and Guarinos in which discusses all phases of production jurist Elda from its stage to the enlightened liberal. Despite the indecisiveness and autocensuras author, Rafael Herrera shows that there is a permanent fund at the thought of Sempere very powerful, especially in its criticism, and especially in their denunciation of historical myth, which contrasts with his defense the realism and modern constitutionalism. Summary: From an analysis of the controversy between the aesthetic of H. G. Gadamer and HR Jauss is rehabilitating with the theory of hermeneutics value of truth and practical dimension of the experience static, and this in front of the static negativity of autures as TWAdorno. HR Jauss renegará the autonomy of art -desgarramiento world's social and labor, to connect again experience the aesthetic and social praxis. However, HG Gadamer, the autonomy of art respect freedom at the end representativos- is not at odds with the social fabric and its valuation. The artwork, Gadamer, is part of the social process in which humans make their humanity, recognizing in his works. Claiming the practical dimension of the aesthetic experience both authors refer to the Aristotelian tradition, the concept of phrónesis and rhetoric, and accomplished from the aesthetic and narrative different inputs for the current aesthetic comunitaristas: concepts ejemplariedad, identification and open consensus . Ultimately, it is proposed that the originality of both aesthetic of hermeneutics consistender the practical dimension of art in terms of teaching as aesthetic of the paideia.
