Summary: The crisis in the notion of efficiency in the capital market due to technical distancing it takes to the idea of justice. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE FILOSOFIA. Summary: What is the Popular Psychology?, Â How is used by laymen in their daily lives to give meaning to his conduct and that of others?. These are the fundamental questions that seeks to answer this thesis. The two major philosophical positions that have marked the course of the debate are the theory-theory and the simulation theory. According to the first one, the Popular Psychology is a theory implied that goes well for a mechanism maturation, either by a process of conceptualization, consisting of a series of laws or general principles subsumed cases daily to explain and predict behavior human. By contrast, for the simulation theory, the psychology of common sense is not a theory, but a practice or a mechanism by which subjects are simulated to himself or others in order to give meaning and predict the behavior. Throughout this thesis examines both perspective and attempts to clarify what is the most appropriate means of the empirical evidence available done in the field of psychology popular. With the goal of providing a proposal itself and, as far as possible, and develop novel introduces other topics of interest philosophical, namely direct realism and the contents are not -conceptual. Addressing these issues helped to complete a hybrid proposal on the Popular Psychology, a proposal that combines the two aforementioned assumptions and defends the idea of a gradual development of common-sense psychology. TOWARDS A PHILOSOPHY OF THE FIRST TEMPLE TO ENCOURAGE THINKING IN LATE HEIDEGGER AND ZUBIRISummary: The "theme" of this research is, as the title shows, the hardening mood in the philosophies of the so-called "second Heidegger and Xavier Zubiri.
