Summary: This thesis presents an investigation into the relationship between structure and the magnetic anisotropy sheet ultradelgadas cobalt floods by epitaxia surfaces platinum. The study is part of the answer of basic research in magnetic materials with low dimensionality, with important technological applications in the magnetic storage industry and the information in the field of microsensors and microsystems. In the experiments have been used advanced techniques of characterization, which include the diffraction surface diffraction and magnetic surfaces with synchrotron radiation, electron microscopy and by tunneling effect magnetoóptico Kerr surface. The ability of this experimental approach combining complementary techniques to investigate issues such as nano-scale phenomena the interdifusión or associated with intercaras between two different materials has been demonstrated. The results of this study establish the close relationship between structural and magnetic properties in these materials, and show how the magnetic properties can be controlled through the adequacy of the structure and morphology of the blades and their intercaras.
