Summary: This Doctoral thesis describes the theoretical development and the introduction of a new experimental technique of holography TV (also known as Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry, ESPI) pulsed laser directed at the detection and measurement of ultrasonic waves superficial transitional nanometer scale (in concrete , Rayleigh waves and Lamb). It uses the method of Fourier transform space in each of the two stages which divides the technique. At the end of the first phase are obtained as a result maps phase optics. After the second stage, they draw maps of the amplitude and phase of the mechanical ultrasonic wave. It also describes the prototype developed to experimentally verify this technique and some examples of the results obtained, included in the field of non-destructive testing (detecting defects artificial, as slots and holes). It also presents a brief study of the sensitivity to very small amplitude vibrations in the field of laser holography TV broadcast continues.
