Summary: This report describes the research work aims to carry out measures radiometric low uncertainty using CCD cameras. After the relevant literature study found that, to achieve this objective, it was necessary to characterize and assess the sources of noise and linearity of the relationship between the responses and radiant exposure of the CCD. A leading role in these studies as the source of radiation is uniform and lambertiana which has been designed and developed, consisting of an integrating sphere externally illuminated by a source of laser radiation sintonizable. The results have revealed the responsiveness of the CCD with a level of uncertainty is much smaller than usual so far. This level of uncertainty is limited by the pattern used as a reference to the extent of radiant flux, and not by the method of average or by the RCD. In the case of measures relating radiometric, uncertainty is limited by the corresponding to the transfer of cargo and the linearity of the response. In addition to this result include the new procedure average responsiveness spectral CCD and the method of interpolation of these measures.
