Summary: The present study deals with the scope and the quality of imaging and religious processional in the period mentioned, the immediate postwar with direct implications in the capital Madrid. The problem addressed in parallel to the emerging national patent Catholicism in Spanish society of the postwar provides treatment in origin and evolution, and lasts until the end of the last century. Specific Chapter is devoted to describing the Easter peninsula since early
1940, the year the border between what has been done in the past and this updated projected to today.
