Summary: The fundamental objective of this research is to show as a symbolic production, which only through the network has been able to take place, is capable of responding affective and cognitive through implementation technology to the needs conectivas and communicative of a community-human -; revealed, in turn, able to experiment with new models of social construction and distribution of knowledge. Models that are based on the simultaneous establishment of a common area of public-red. This symbolic production is the result of practices that range from an art sociopolitical seemingly innocuous and some techno modes of action in social and incurred on the network itself from the hacker. Practice motivated by the urgent need to configure other types of relationships and life, which has allowed people who are usually the receiver side as mere spectators or users assume their own management of the real criticism inside and outside the network. Criticism that requires knowledge and disorders arising from a user community Co-producers, which simultaneously generates, shaping the social imaginary. The study also aims to demonstrate the principle of brotherhood between two fields, whose subjectivation processes are in constant upheaval and turmoil productive. Although different in their origins, are united in response to the exclusive possession of knowledge and culture. (1) A ámbito-arte in its inherent level more socially critical-autocrítico- and (2) a ámbito-hacker born of a vision of procomún software. We like the parallelism of the two fields is not only in the happy coincidence of pursuing some collective purpose, but in the symmetry of procedures and strategies -simbólicas, performative and legales- above all, to the extent that its concepts are extended and beyond their specific discipline, converging with each other. It was also defends the thesis that these tools -dispositivos technological development is inclinarán towards a free for the benefit of society as a whole and particularly for the benefit cognitive and creative conceptual and formal user's co-producer: artists, activists, critics, etc.. That is, the use of free software tools will benefit the practice of these actors, and therefore the community-even anticipating the need to overcome in the fight against deprivation of knowledge management, a stadium in some precarious productive areas.
