Summary: In Chapter 1 discusses the coming historiographical relating to pharmaceutical associations Zaragoza while chapter 2, referred specifically to the former College of boticarios Zaragoza (1391-1831) and describes the number of pharmacies owned privadad and existing hospital in Zaragoza and the number of pharmacists who jercían the profession in these modalities in the social context of the nineteenth century. In chapter 3 reflects the role and activities performed by Subdelegados Pharmacy in Zaragoza and in particular by Bartolini and Angel Manuel Pardo Bazán Aured. Chapter 4 is devoted to the Pharmaceutical Institute Aragonese (1851-1879) explored aspects of its establishment, regulations for its operation, management bodies, members, and other means of funding such as the choice of the magazine "The Union Medical Aragon "as the body's official coporación. Also explores the cultural, professional and scientific of its members in connection with, among others, the Flora Aragon Francisco Loscos and Jose Pardo and Pharmaceutical Spanish Congress of 1866. In conclusion, it is shown that in Zaragoza, and in the second half of the nineteenth century, from the Offices of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Institute Aragonese was conducted intense lucah against intrusiveness professional selling secrets remedies and served an activity on the inspection of food. Therefore, pharmacists zaragozanos had an important role in relation to public health.
