Summary: This research aims at studying the representations of the social reality in the press and the relationship they establish with the historical context in which it was carried out, using the method Hemerográfico Diacrónico Automatic to a sample copy of the complete Venezuelans evening daily Tal Cual and The World of the period 2000-2002. This new instrument, devised by Dr. Amparo Moreno, differs from traditional content analysis because it focuses on the entire surface of each printed copy studied (editorial, advertising and administrative), in pursuit of a thorough and detailed description of his gaze informative, ie version offering its readers space in the developing social life, which highlights certain specific conditions actors acting in space: Â Who approached whom, doing what in what scenarios? Furthermore, the interdisciplinary nature of the same claims historiographic value of the press as a source document for the development of the explanations that eventually will make social phenomena in a specified period. On the other, the choice of these evening also helped me to deal with the role of the press in the years of political strife, economic stagnation and social disintegration, under the government of President Hugo Chavez. Hence the need for prsentar the contextual elements that I have found most paropiados for the interpretation of the observed phenomena through the presentation sociological, philosophical and historical importance of the social variables, especially politics, in both the crisis and its possible resolution focus on this aspect of the case. Through theoretical lectures he tried to clear the substantial arguments raised in the debate about journalism in a democracy, an issue that has gained particular relevance in Venezuela at the beginning of the twenty-first century, for comparison and interpretation with the specifics of this research communications. Finally, the organization of the text of the thesis is divided into three major blocs. In the first part approaches are essential for the investigaicón (objectives, assumptions and methodology) and the philosophical context in which the board issues related to the role of the media in democracy. In the second part, elaboro an explanation of the social changes in the twentieth century in Venezuela from the budgets of approach is not androcéntico, along with a critical analysis of texts relating historiographical, from the point of view of political developments, for democracy and the Venezuelan press. And in the third part, presents the results of the analysis of texts newspaper of the sample chosen, the findings, fuetnes consulted and annexes.

Summary: The humanist Juan Antonio Viperano (Messina 1535 - Giovinazzo 1610) is an eternal forgotten in the textbooks and studies on writers neolatinos. The few authors refer to cite two of its treaties, and the Poetics Of The Scribenda history, but the rest of his production, huge and varied, has been forgotten. Indeed, this author, so unknown and so interesting for so many concepts and new ideas, it is also for the preparation of a treaty theory of history, it serves as a prologue to the development of a biography of King Philip II, a land that has some plots still unexplored. Well, it will be an aspect of this field which constitute the goal of our work: the realization treaty history in Spain in the sixteenth century, in general, and the edition of this book written in Latin in the joints. The interest in this project, already big for a better understanding of our Latin humanist, is emphasized when you consider that such studies have been conducted or are being carried out in other areas of Spain. At precisely lies the originality of our project: on the one hand, studies on historiography in Humanism only touch passing and generally, when they do, this author, on the other hand, specific studies on this author have been made (which in reality are very rare, if not practically non-existent), including the most recent ones, prefer to focus on other issues.
