Summary: The model is applying the EDP: Point of Dynamic Balance between people, technology and processes. Seek to understand the behavioral algorithms for personal and professional harmony with the program in Natural Language. To understand this model works with the properties and relations ontological to confirm the performance between the natural elements involved. The thesis is multidiscipline interconnection between the Physical Sciences, Biological and Experimental Psychology. The logic of the processes and technology used in organizations are increasingly global nature so that the systems are highly organizational and types when it comes to basic forms of HR management (all people working in teams sharing the same basic types of technology and organizational logic), and, in the field of HR management, each country chooses who is better able to manage its staff. It has to take into account also the complexity inherent to any HR management policy, since each person is a universe of personal values, cultural and social aspects.
