  • EDUCATION OF MATHEMATICAL LOGIC IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

  • INFLUENCE OF CORPORAL EXPRESSION ON THE EMOTIONS: A PILOT STUDY.

    Summary: Many writers from the Body Expression have shown how this discipline can contribute to the development of emotional and social dimension of the individual, ultimately the student's emotional development. The objective of this study was to assess the impact of Body Expression on the emotional experiences of a sample of university students. This was developed in the first place, a qualitative study to select the emotions most commonly experienced by the students who receive this training, the contexts in which these emotions are vivencian and labels used for the verbal expression of the same, this information is then proceeded to the development of Custionario Emotions in the Scope Educational (CSSA) in that study to assess the psychometric properties of the same. Finally, a pilot study was designed to ascertain to what extent the expression Body could help change the subjective emotional experience (assessed through CSSA), the Social Skills (assessed with the Scale Multidimensional Expression Social party Motor, EMES- M Horse, 1987) and Binestar Psychological (assessed from the psychological scale Welfare, EBP, Sánchez-Cánovas, 1998).     Summary: The thesis is divided into two parts first the theoretical framework of the investigation and a second focuses on the research conducted. The main purpose of our research is focused on analyzing the personal characteristics (age and sex) and the trajectory académico-profesional out of a population of 795 graduates / s degree in journalism from the years 1996 to 1999, inclusive, by the Faculty of Information Sciences (now College of Communication) at the Pontifical University of Salamanca. To carry out this research we are working on two hypotheses: A) The gender, male or female, graduates of the School of Information Sciences at the Pontifical University of Salamanca affects their working and professional in the job market . B) The training of women is higher than for men, although the degree to which employability and professional is lower for women than for men. The results obtained show that women have a higher educational level than men, also have a lower rate of the occupational and professional.     Summary: This research allows us to understand a little better why the students involved in the learning process, which arises from a broad view and taking into account the different dimensions that it is conceivable, whether understood as the outcome the acquisition of knowledge or as a process that is based on the previous one and that stems the development of students' cognitive abilities. This analysis focuses on the role played by the effort, but unfailing necessarily mean all learning, regardless of how it is understood, but differentiating its various dimensions, assuming such an effort as the key point from which explains, beyond its impact on the existence of academic failure, the different nature of the motivations of the students referring to the existing theories on the matter. This contributes to qualify some of these paradigms motivators, which arises not only with respect to the essence of motivation but also referred to the learning itself, fostering a better understanding of the reality of education-related student motivation . The theoretical framework analyzes various aspects of the Social Education, children at risk, the sociological reality of poverty in Spain and Catalonia, the legal framework, intervention and the state of socio Welfare. The findings produced three types of results: 1.The status of the issue of open environment in the territories evaluated. 2. Recommendations for improvement and optimization in key future. 3. A proposal for a conceptualization of the field open.

    Summary: The investigation devotes the first part (theoretical framework) to expose and review key concepts for further understanding of the object of study. Specifically, it reaiiza a tour concept from three thoughts. They focus on a disquisición in understanding the educational fact, the processes and related community development, and the practice of education at the community level. The thought embodied in this first part suggests that a model of community development genesis socio becomes a model of sustainable and effective response to the challenges and complexities of today. Likewise, it raises the adequacy of the education projects as a city practice that conforms to the proposed theoretical model. In the second part of ia thesis (field work), presents the educational projects of town in Catalonia. It then defines what is meant by socioeducativo model of community development. This exercise precision is performed in accordance with a proposed categorization tags and attributes. Then, according to the proposal of variables, designs, develops and implements a variety of instruments to collect data allowing anaiizar and interpret the model action sociocomunitaria and socio behind a sample composed of three educational projects previously City selected. The results obtained from the apiicación of these tools and methodologies (content analysis, interviews with experts and key informants, questionnaires and daily field) suggest that, overall, the educational projects of town is not located on the model socioeducativo as far as his practice is concerned. In the third (final conclusions) concludes that the educational projects in town are located in a model of community development socioeducativo from a theoretical perspective but not in practice.
