The same is true in the assessment that teachers perform their teaching performance. And yes there are differences, both in the assessments of teachers in the students', according to the Center to which they belong, in the professional category of professor and the type of matter. However, in the case of job satisfaction it gives differences in all the variables studied. * The higher provision manifested students in the field, the greater the valuations afforded to the performance of its teaching faculty. However, the greatest difficulty, demanding pace and earn students in matters worse value the educational performance of their teachers.

Summary: This study doctoral thesis was developed in an indigenous community in Brazil, which autodenominase Munduruku-Takuara River Tapajós. That group characterized by traditional and indigenous knowledge and transmit their values to their ancestral descendants. We started with an initial hypothesis that the anthropological values of a culture, group or society, in particular, should be seen as ideas for raising education and pedagogy leading into account the diversity and new cultural identities. The goals that guided the entire process teórico-empírico were: 1-Broadly sensu- Identify and compare the cultural values of Munduruku-Takuara with the curriculum taught in schools, believing that education and culture are understood in indigenous As content antropológicos-pedagógico indisociados des school curriculum. 2-In regard stritu sensu-Investigar, categorize and analyze the cultural values of Munduruku-Takuara in light of the anthropological theories of education and teaching in Brazil. For empirical study took into account the 27 families in the community Munduruku-Takuara. The total population of the village is 159 people. Since 81 individuals participated in the investigation. Among them are 37 students (adults, young and older children) and 44 non-students (adults and the elderly). The specific information were gathered together the group through individual interviews and structured group interview (technical delphi). In the field descriptivo-etnográfico, bear in mind the material and spiritual culture of the group. It depends on such values cultural memory and survival social, economic and moral development of Munduruku-Takuara, is seen here, not a physical space occupied by a teacher and students, but a broader socio-cultural field, interactive and dialogic between fmailia- escuela-comunidad and the world. As category, resurgidos, boarded promoting indigenous social movement in the Tapajós River by the people Munduruku-Takuara. Apart from them, other people struggling to rebuild their ethnic and cultural identity, affecting more than one thousand families across the Tapajós region. Here, we advocate a priority axiological: to the educational values included in the school curriculum the mother tongue and indigenous knowledge. This value was claimed from UNESCO (Declaration on Race and Racial Prejudice, in its 20Â meetings. Meeting held in Paris. Hence, we affirm the need for a school curriculum guided by the principles of the Intercultural based in investigations científico-pedagógicas that are performed in these indigenous communities. In our view, this can only ethnopedagogy supposed to be built around two basic conditions: 1 - The rescue cultural values of the group, a media that the indigenous community awareness, shares wants and this new curriculum. 2 - The flexibility of the people who administer the bodies educational exchanges. Summary: The overall objective of this research is to design, implementation and evaluation of a teaching strategy that enables the development of the oral argument. It should be noted that in the literature review we did this research points to find any work that would study the specific subject of oral argument. This gap theoretical and pedagogical justifies this investigation. The overall methodological strategy that was used in this investigation is part of what is known in the literature as designs control groups not equivalent measures pretreatment and aftercare belonging to the quasi methodology (Domenech Masson, 1991). We developed and implemented a proposal based on considerations of didactic rhetoric, the pragmatic, lingüstica textual, psicolingüstica and sociolingüstica. The aim was to design a proposal to integrate the various contributions of these interdisciplinas: to take into account the age of the children, their sociocultural, psychological processes involved and also argue the structural characteristics and communicative text argumentative. Particularly important was the concept of superstructure and the concepts related to the types of arguments in drafting the proposal. According to data found and the analysis of the productions of the students who participated in the experience compared to the control group showed an improvement in the ability of the first group. This improvement refers to the variables "over an argument", "development of argument" and more than one type of argument "and the fact the majority of students in the control groups are located in the level 2, while the experimental groups amounting to Level 3 and even a few at Level 4, the results show that children improved their ability to present a clear and coherent thesis and justify arguments consistent with the objects and purposes of communication. usually used right and the example as a strategy argumentative. Now let's see the results on the independent variables: A - The type of school: there appears to be a significant variable data as they are very different among the four groups and comparatively between experimental and control groups. B-About age: as shown in the test Fisher, this variable was significant only in the final test of the experimental group in Bogota in connection with the tags "presentation of thesis", "over an argument" and "level argumentation. "For other groups, this variable was not significant. C-About the variable sex: the evidence suggests that this variable is not significant: boys and girls argue similarly.

Summary: The objective of this work "Creativity and Emotional Intelligence. An empirical study on students with high skills," is to study the impact of creativity and emotional intelligence (EI) in shaping the profile of the students in both cognitive ability half as high skill (gifted and talented). The objectives are:-To examine the psychometric characteristics of the Test of Creative Thinking Torrance (TTCT) and EQ-i: YV (Emotional Quotient Inventory Youth Version, Bar-On and Parker, 2000). Exploring the differences in creativity and emotional intelligence (EI) depending on the intellectual profile of the participants (middle and high skills, according to the typology of Castelló and Batlle, 1998). - Studying the relationship between EI, psychometric and creativity. It has worked with three samples: one of 649 students (5 to 12 years) completed the TTCT, measuring the dimensions of creativity: fluency, flexibility, originality and design, the other de1396 (5 to 19 years) completed the EQ - i: YV, oriented to self-report measure: skills intrapersonal, interpersonal, adaptability, stress management, mood and positive impression, a third of 187 students (5-12 years) identified as gifted or talented completed the TTCT, EQ-i: YV and BADyG (Drums of Differential and General Skills, which assesses the overall level of intelligence, verbal and non-verbal ability, logical reasoning, analog, and memory space). The results indicate that the TTCT introduced psychometric characteristics appropriate (interjueces reliability ranges from r = .592 to r =. 969, it reveals an internal structure of three factors); ie, the test measures the product according to criteria previously established. The data indicate that the EQ-i; YV presents adequate psychometric characteristics, with a structure of five factors (mood, adaptability, stress management intrapersonal and interpersonal skills) and adequate levels of reliability (alpha: .60 -. 83) Regarding the differences cognitive profiles, the data indicate that the students of high ability (gifted and talented) get higher scores on creativity. These differences remained unchanged when compared with the talents of the students abilities averages, excluding the gifted because they are required greater creative potential, according to the model identification. The data referred to the differences in IE response to cognitive profiles indicate that the gifted are those who obtain higher scores on emotional intelligence. These results are in agreement with those found in other studies that corroborate the proper social and emotional adjustment of these students (Baer 1991; Freeman, 1983; Garland and Zigler 1999; Terman 1925). The correlation between the size of the TTCT and factors EQ-i: YV were low, being only significant correlation between the factor 3 (originality of subtest 1 and the elaborations of the subtests 1, 2 and 3) of creativity and intrapersonal skills of EQ-i: YV. Regarding the relationship between psychometric intelligence and creativity in a display of exceptional students, the results show that there is no significant relationships between them, which could support the theory of threshold, ie higher intelligence, not always greater creativity. Regarding the relationship between EI and psychometric not have yielded meaningful relationships, which leads us to conclude that IE does not seem to be part of the construct of intelligence. In conclusion we would like to emphasize that the creative potential of these students need a challenging teaching and optimizadora oriented achievement and academic success. Emphasize that in our study we considered important to include in the identification of gifted and talented EI along with the academic intelligence. Especially since 8 points 3ab not of cognitive intelligence, referred to Weschler (1950), helps to know, therefore, the importance of EI to understand the complexity of the high skill, as the impact management the emotional resources in achieving academic and career success.

Summary: At a time of profound social and cultural changes in today's society, education is influenced by the complexity and contradiction permanent process that touches so deep various areas of training, especially university. It is fair to recognize that the task of training in universities is permanently affected by questions regarding the quality of education and its significance in the future development of professional graduates of the same, which emphasizes the critical view that it is on the way faculty addresses the academic tasks at the college classroom. This paper attempts to explore the pedagogical knowledge faculty at the University of Los Andes Tachira and its implications for learning in order to build upon them, the baselines for teacher training. This issue is a problem in both research involves the study, understanding and interpretation of the concepts that teachers and university professors used for the development of the teaching process. Topic of great complexity while confined to a series of constructs that are part of the field of intellectual Latin America that address matters relating to learn that the faculty generates around education. (Estebaranz, 1992; Marcelo, 1994; Zuluaga - Garces, 2000) In the institutional perspective, research is a priority in the sense of recognizing the potential substrates originating teaching and derivatives of teachers college to enable the establishment of clear guidelines and this knowledge common among understood as a reference built in the socio-cultural environment where they occur practices of teaching, to guide, lead and transform if any hacerlas- and institutional projects in teaching, research and extension. The study of how people think, designed and guided by the teachers their formative action from the university, expressed the need to unveil / consciously recognize in a systematic, fair and formal production personnel, intellectual, scientific or artistic act of teaching , which represents a way of standardizing scientific assessment on the teaching process being done, and the revision in perspective permanent, the training developed by the faculty at the university level. The vindication of the value of the word of teachers as a valid instrument to rethink the formative experiences produced through teaching, it is essentially the key purpose in the investigation. The research is conducted in two stages: the first deals where the interpretive study of the speeches and actions of the teachers on teaching and the second which focuses on the analysis of the views of students on the situation. Within the research used interpretative guidance, which focuses on the biographical narrative as a method of investigation, data are collected through the biographical interview, records observation, coaching inquiry and finally through the questionnaire. After the interpretation, the results indicate that the teacher training faculty is weak, scattered, confused, that their knowledge on education tend to be intuitive, artistic and generally are implicit and are not public. In addition there is a nonexistent culture toward professional development in the institution. It concludes that should be promoted and guide training processes and / or professional development for teacher training faculty from their own experiences teaching.
