INFLUENCE OF THE DECLARATIVE AND PROCEDURAL KNOWLEDGE ON THE DECISION MAKING OF TEAM GAME PLAYERS.Author: VIZCAYA PÉREZ FRANCISCO JOSÉ. Year: 2004. University: COMPLUTENSE DE MADRID [ www.ucm.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE EDUCACIÓN.
CAPACITY BUILDING OF ROMA PUPILS IN PRIMARY EDUCATIONSummary: This paper presents the intervention program developed with gypsy pupils aged between 6 and 12 years (Primary Education) in the area Villaverde-Usera Madrid. It focuses on developing the skills of temporary space orientation and logical reasoning, and their skills, as important tools for access to the literacy issue in the particular difficulties that show these students. It relies on the Modificabilidad Cognitive structural understanding that the improvement of skills leads to an improvement in overall intelligence. On the other hand, builds on the question that improved intelligence as macrocapacidad leads to a healthier self-image school and social life. It is structured in two parts. A theoretical part, which develops a review of the different educational paradigms, discusses the issue of multiculturalism, deeper intelligence as macrocapacidad and learning potential, and finally, a review of the situation of the Roma people from its beginnings to the present day . A second part practice developed by the program itself and the conclusions and lines of future proposals. Since the program emphasizes the role of mediator and the relationships that are established with learning from an emotional perspective, as well as a special place is given to the issue of motivation. It was part of the reality of a world intercultural and relies on the need for a new paradigm of education for our society of Knowledge. THE SCHOOL SPORT AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERSAuthor: ORTUZAR OYANGUREN IÑAKI. Year: 2004. University: PAÍS VASCO [ www.ehu.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS SOCIALES Y DE LA COMUNICACION. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS SOCIALES Y DE LA COMUNICACION. Summary: The school sport is a meaning and confluence of sport and education in the current social moment, in the judgment of many authors and in various forums, presents a problematic situation. Although the responsibility for this problem is attributable to all players that relate to these calls extracurricular activities, involvement focuses on the concept of responsible school sports, this is the professor of Physical Education. For this reason manifests itself primarily collect and analyze the position of teachers in this area vizcaíno about their role and participation in this particular field, knowing the causes that facilitate or hinder this strategy, taking into account factors such as their membership of a public center private or their employment status, their graduates and their years of experience, meaning that these variables separating different positions. To achieve this depth, it seemed useful to be within the framework of ethnographic research techniques and specifically use the "Panel discussion." The result reflects awareness of the importance of the figure of a professor of Physical Education in Sport School and the reluctance of them to participate, mainly by teachers belonging to the public network. DIDACTICS AS AN INTERVENTION TO DEVELOP SPATIAL ABILITY OF STUDENTS IN PRIMARY EDUCATION.Summary: This thesis aims to develop the capacity in Educacción Elementary orientation space students who have problems in subjects that rely on this capability, especially mathematics and knowledge of medio.Tras a broad conceptual introduction which analyze the mental processes of learning and paradigms and underlying theories, from a curriculum and school, studying in a manner applied the concept of learning to learn, as a process development congnitivos.Además analyzes the theory of mediation that applies to didáctica.Y all in the context of knowledge society. Moreover, it produces an intervention program (ORES) to develop the capacity of spatial orientation and also applies to a sample of pupils in primary education, establishing significant difference between the experimental group and control group in their CIS , as measured by thesis of general intelligence and factoriales.También analyzes the impact of the program ORES in math learning and knowledge of the medium.
ANALYSIS OF THE CHARACTERISTICS AND POTENTIAL OF ADULT EDUCATION FROM THE STUDY OF THE REGION OF MURCIA.Author: MARTIN MARTIN MERCEDES. Year: 2004. University: COMPLUTENSE DE MADRID [ www.ucm.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE EDUCACIÓN. Summary: In this Doctoral Thesis is undertaking the study of the implementation of the objectives which marks the New Model of Adult Education (PPS) in the region. First provides a comprehensive framework in which Europe and UNESCO and the EU draw the outlines of the "education throughout life" for an "adult learning". The following is a study deacrónico of these teachings in our country up to the transfer of powers in education to the autonomous communities. At this point the evolution of the system in Murcia EPA up to the foundations of the New Model and its application. Taking the field estudjio 308 questionnaires to students, 35 teachers and 8 interviews qualified individual teachers, you have a vision aquilatada of implementation and outcome of the current EPA in the region, noting interesting findings and thoughts. PROFILE CURRICULUM INNOVATION VERSUS PROFILE USE. STUDYING THE INTRODUCTION OF PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY BACCALAUREATE LOGSE IN THE AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY OF MURCIAAuthor: AMAT VICEDO ENRIQUE. Year: 2004. University: MURCIA [ www.um.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE EDUCACIÓN. Summary: The reasons why it is necessary to implement an educational reform are always many and varied: political step that occurred in Spain in the late 70; the need to extend compulsory schooling and closer to European models, the desirability of unification what was known as "middle teachings" to dignify the Training; education lessons to a world changing work and dizzying, introduction of new technologies in the classroom: the new social values and challenges, therefore, is he presented to our youth. These are all compelling reasons to support the need for educational reform, which occurred in several stages and culminated with the enactment of the LOGSE in the year 1990. However, no curriculum reform is translated exactly in the classroom by many factors (teachers, textbooks, social context ..). That is why we speak of usage profile compared to the profile of innovation provided by the Administration or curriculum designers. In this context, the central problem that we considered was: Â What is different profiles curriculum innovation established for Physics and Chemistry in the Bachelor LOGSE and profile use in the region?. That is why this investigation has been occupied, on the one hand, the work in fields relevant professional teacher (textbooks and teaching programs of the departments) and secondly we asked directly to several professionals to help us define the aforementioned profile usage. We have structured the investigation around four Research Papers (IT). IT 1: Â What is the profile of innovation that established the curriculum reform for Physics and Chemistry Baccalaureate? Â How can we characterize around certain topics? IT 2: Do you Comply textbooks certain innovations in the established curriculum reform? Â How to deal with content for official curricula? Â What contents appear in the proposed activities? IT 3: Â What kind of use that arose in the planning of Physics and Chemistry taking place in the HEI our region? Â Does it fit the profile of curriculum innovation under the LOGSE? IT 4: Â What kind of use that arose in the teaching of physics and chemistry teachers in our region? Â Is inconsistent with the one that appears in the programming? Â Does it fit the profile of curriculum innovation under the LOGSE? To answer these questions were selected and analyzed official documents; have identified the most widely used textbooks to which it has implemented a strategy documentary analysis; has agreed to the programming of ten HEI of the Autonomous Region which have been studied with a strategy designed specifically for this investigation, and have interviewed teachers of the centers mentioned and we discussed the appropriateness of what they are doing with the provisions of the LOGSE Baccalaureate curriculum for the subjects Physics and Chemistry (1Â °) Physics (2Â °) and Chemistry (2Â °). The project is divided into chapters. In the first, we have focused on the fundamentals and the realization of the Major Problems in the Research. Each of these problems has been developed and addressed in separate chapters but with a similar structure: the question is subdivided into more specific Principal: specific experimental design, presents and analyzes the results found and draws conclusions. So in chapter II are trying to identify the profile of the formal curriculum established by the Reform and will be essential reference point for the rest of the aspects covered by this investigation (TI1). In chapter III study the contents and activities of textbooks, 8 in nues 3fa tro context is more than a resource teaching (IT 2). In chapter IV analyze schedules of Physics and Chemistry Baccalaureate undertaken by departments in some secondary schools (TI 3). In Chapter V is delves into what teachers have said about their teaching practice, in an interview conducted for this purpose (IT 4). Finally in chapter VI, summarizes the findings biased, is an overall assessment of the research and is a general reflection on the need for continuation of a project that has been revealing and more than suggestive. ANALYSIS AND STUDY OF THE DEPARTMENTS TARGETED INSTITUTES GRENADA AND THE PERIPHERY.Author: TORRES DEL MORAL CONCEPCIÓN. Year: 2004. University: GRANADA [ www.ugr.es]. Place of defense: ESCOLAR, UNIVERSIDAD DE GRANADA. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN, UNIVERSIDAD DE GRANADA. Summary: This work is a descriptive research on the direction of education in the institutes of Secondary Education in Grenada and the periphery. Its overall objective is to analyze and study the overall Guidance Departments of HEI Grenada and the periphery. The work is structured in two parts: a first or theoretical foundation that extends from the first theoretical approaches and legislative guidance to the present, is a crawl historical and geographical guiding fact, their origins and development, to gain an insight that way the background of the movement have affected the orientation of the present discipline. This route is from targeting US, European countries, Spain and ending in our community autonomous Andalusian. It addresses the departments of counseling and mentoring, it is covered by the figure of the custodian, responsible for the action group tutorial class and counselor, who has to assume the pre guide activities in the department of guidance in the rules Andalusian contextualiza population where our work highlights the steps to try to address school diversity in all its manifestations, from educational practice diversity and the diversity and educational guidance as a practical response to diversity. It addresses both individual and group adaptations, psychology and evaluation process prior to those adjustments and the latest intervention program as a measure of attention to diversity. The second part of the work or Research Methodology used a questionnaire implemented or mentors and guardians of HEI Grenada and periferira, containing information on the design of the research has been conducted, results obtained from the comprehensive study of the variables involved in the investigation, analysis descriptive univinario of them and exploratory analysis delas different dimensions. We get many important conclusions that provide information about how the departments targeted Institutes of Grenada and the periphery. THE MECHANISMS OF ACCESS TO SCHOOL MANAGEMENT AND EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP FOR SCHOOLS EFFECTIVE PRIMARY EDUCATION IN MEXICOAuthor: CRUZ HERNÁNDEZ ESTHER. Year: 2004. University: GRANADA [ www.ugr.es]. Place of defense: FACULTD DE CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. UNIVERSIDAD DE GRANADA.
Summary: This Doctoral Thesis deals primarily with the theoretical foundation three major descriptors: 1-Leadership Education. 2-effective schools. 3-Mechanisms of access to school management more usual in Mexico. The context in which they operate and style Méxicano of leading developers in their schools. The investigation empírico-descriptiva, follows an eclectic approach based on the use of questionnaire design itself which is structured in three dimensions: 1-Personnel. 2-School. 3-Institutional. The findings offer an overview of educational leadership underlining the existence of some malfunctions that might be expected, such as: * In Mexico there are no formal training programs for managers. * The most common mechanism for access to the office is through a proposed association area school. The organization and leadership develops in neutral terms. * The achievement for a school is little positive effect. PHYSICAL AND CARTOONS. A STRATEGY AND AUDIOVISUAL SCIENTIFIC LITERACY IN SECONDARY EDUCATIONAuthor: Vilchez González José Miguel. Year: 2004. University: GRANADA [ www.ugr.es]. Place of defense: Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación. Place of preparation: Facultad de Ciencias de la educacion. Summary: The teaching of physics in secondary education today is in a delicate situation, which has come mainly from various causes. For one thing, most teenagers think that physics is a difficult subject and without application to connect to their daily lives. In addition, today's society uses a wide range of information sources, which sometimes convey scientific content. Of all of them are the media, especially television, which cause more impact on the citizens. In particular cartoons is one of the hugely popular with children and adolescents. The problem arises when the television messages are treated uncritically, conditioning our way of thinking. They also are sources, including scientific ideas on Science and wrong .. Relate physical and cartoon television in the classroom can be a good way to make the subject more accessible and fun, while is an important step for the sake of scientific literacy and television adolescents, stimulating their critical spirit before the messages of this medium. Objectives. 1. Check whether the cartoons are a motivating factor in the classes of Physics. 2. Ascertain whether the cartoon cast in the television channels are a source of ideas and misconceptions pre-adolescents. 3. Using comparisons between situations presented in programs cartoons and real-life situations to promote conceptual change of the students. 4. To stimulate critical analysis of the students at the time to distinguish reality from fiction, both inside and outside the classroom. 5. Analyzing the image of science and scientists in cartoons compared to presenting other media. 6. To check if we can use cartoons in the classroom as a resource evaluator. 7. Connect the domain of scientific knowledge, school everyday and by conducting experiments in the classroom. 8. Contribute to the scientific and television literacies of High School Students. Methodology. The tool proposed in this research consists in the analysis, from a scientific point of view, the sequence of chapters or sections of cartoon television, in order to identify phenomena that violate the laws of physics. The investigation began with a test pilot during the 1999/2000 academic year, teachers and students from 4Â ° SCS, which discussed a chapter full of cartoons. During the 2000/2001 was also with students 4Â ° SCS, the Second experience, expansion of the Pilot Test introducing sequence analysis with specific deepening in some of the phenomena identified. In the current 2001/2002 were carried out three activities: a) analysis of sequences including with phrasing and troubleshooting b) an assessment test with cartoons and c) an analysis of sequences done by a teacher assistant with two groups of 1Â º Baccalaureate. It also analyzed the image of Science in 100 chapters cartoons, compared to the one obtained with comics by other researchers. Conclusions and future lines of inquiry. In all cases starting checked, and seven of the goals covered, we can consider that the outcome of the investigation has been satisfactory in terms of motivation toward the subject, the empowerment of scientific literacy and television, and the connection between the classroom and with daily life. Working in this way in the classroom and expanding resources with images from other means, we intend to develop a material which will allow us to approach the subject so that, without neglecting the rigor, enhanced motivation of the students, while the habit analyzing the information they receive in their daily lives. THE CONSTRUCTION OF THOUGHT IN TEACHING SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERSSummary: The educational program is part of a proposal to build some kind of sense from knowledge that is proposed and how it is done: knowledge and understanding of the phenomenon, also known, joined in the educational action. However, knowledge, as a cultural product, such as socio-construction, does not automatically become part of the subject by the mere fact they so desire, you do especially if we take into account the ways we use to which it is made and this is built for the subject. Knowledge and forms join in the phenomenon of knowledge and hold both opportunities to build a sense, the meanings. Since this is a complex task, the teacher needs knowledge to be able to be present at his action, ie knowledge incorporated in their cognitive structures, enabling it to generate actions with this background ético-teleológico: the construction of meaning. This knowledge subjetivado unit (body) -conocimiento-pensamiento-acción- (existence), enmarcó within what I will call the thought teaching, which, while it can incorporate (subjective) as diverse socially constructed knowledge (objectively), allows interact in the educational specific linked to the construction of meaning, and allows also by the attitude that characterizes reflexive, use other skills that may arise from the interplay between knowledge objectively (theories) subjetivados, the contexts and subjects involved, educational action that takes place in and with them, and the most diverse intentions in action. Thus, ubico thought teaching in the very identity of the teacher, allowing it to address the complexity of their professional practice. Therefore, it is a central goal of teacher training. Topic to be addressed in this thesis. KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL IN THE CONDUCT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS.
Summary: The argument stems from that educational institutions are generally organizations designed primarily to the management and transfer of knowledge. However, the management teams of the lead at all levels and with different particulariadades, has profound difficulty managing the knowledge required for decision-making in relation to the same government and the fulfillment of its mission, implying that made a apparent contradiction, because on the one hand the scientific training of the actors, and on the other hand knowledge intensive nature of the institutions. Furthermore, the modes of knowledge management teams of government affecting the effectiveness of its actions as such, its ability to enhance the performance of intellectual capital, and therefore, the overall quality of educational organizations. The research, exploratory in nature and qualitatively, delves into first place developments and the current status of the newly formed field discipline called knowledge management, characterized by its complexity, ambigà ¼ age and dynamism, the lack of clear boundaries, and the myriad meanings prevailing levels of potential for collision, own a territory very young, and still quite unexplored for the moment multidisciplinary. Most such research and theoretical contributions relate almost exclusively to the business world, recently, some are beginning to insinuarse developments relating to the civil service and organísmos NGOs. In a first step, it performs a thorough review of the literature about the Knowledge Management in general, in order to reconstruct a map of an area confusing and messy at times, trying to visualize their edges more complex in the light of the past contributions beyond the blast literature often redundant. This is also an exploration field, ethnographic, two Argentine universities, about the way it handles the knowledge necessary for decision-making relating to three processes, curriculum, accreditation and evaluation college career. The thesis concludes with a presentation of results from both the theoretical study of the inquiry field, develops some ideas about a prospective foreseeable developments in the area, proposes lines of research that arise as relevant from the exploration undertaken and proposed criteria and strategies for effective knowledge management teams of government in education. In short, try to order the state of the art in the field of Knowledge Management in organizations in general and adventure a first approach to its study in educational organizations, which can serve as a basis for deeper and thorough investigation. THE CLASS OF ENGLISH DRAFT REFLECTIONS AND CHANGES BASED ON A STRATEGY OF PRINCIPLESAuthor: PEREZ LOPEZ IDALBERTO AMADO. Year: 2005. University: OVIEDO [ www.uniovi.es]. Year: 2005. University: BARCELONA [ www.ub.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA. Summary: The theme is built around that this thesis is the diagnosis of competencies that are developed along the university training in education from the analysis of its practices evaluatives. The problem, which is defined in the certification of Chemistry at the University of Barcelona, is broken down into two objectives: 1-Identify the evaluative model of education. 2-Diagnose the powers that flow. The theory underlying the model of diagnosis is proposed that the analysis of evaluative model of education allows evidence of the achievement profile of training, while this model is consistent with the profile of training sought. The thesis uses a qualitative methodology and responds to the design of an experimental investigation is not cutting descriptivo-interpretativo. The field work was structured in two consecutive phases: in the first, there were four focus groups with students (one for each academic year), and in a second, interviews were conducted with 22 teachers. These data have been obtained from the triangular with another investigation in which it interviewed entrepreneurs in the chemical field. In the first part of the thesis, is a careful analysis of the construct of skills in the context of higher education, and outlines the training strategies, and especially strategies evaluatives consistent with the construct of powers. It offers a reflection on the main challenges for scientific education and training regarding the profile of a graduate of Chemistry (Benchmarks British Tuning Project and White Paper ANECA). The second part describes the results and conclusions are presented. The results analyzed the profile of training given by the teachers interviewed (from the analysis of a questionnaire and management of some cards values), content evaluated (from the script of the interview) and the assessment form used. The main findings are as follows: 1 - There is a mismatch between the initial assumption profile training in the teaching and of the referees analyzed, as well as that emerges from the construct of transferable skills. 2 - There is consistency between the profile of training and the contents taken for evaluation. 3-evaluation practices are consistent with the objectives or content available for evaluation. Consequently, in the teaching of Chemistry at the UB, we can say that the powers assumed are evaluated (and therefore certified), but the gaps in this profile (eg, interpersonal skills), they are not certified this qualification. SOLVING EQUATIONS OF THE STUDENTS AGED BETWEEN 12 AND 16. A LONGITUDINAL STUDY (1990-91 AND 2004-05)Author: ENFEDAQUE ECHEVARRÍA JESÚS. Year: 2005. University: BARCELONA [ www.ub.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA. Summary: This thesis deals with the problem of solving linear equations of the first degree for students aged between 12 and 16 years in the courses 1990-91 and 2004-05, from the point of view of the difficulties encountered in its resolution and from the point of view of the relationship between conceptual and procedural knowledge that set students to solve tasks of solving equations proposals. It includes a study on the historical development of knowledge algebraic and more particularly on algebraic notations. The analysis of the historical evolution is one of the elements that have proved useful for the understanding of the strategies i errors identified in the tests performed by the students. It also includes a study on the development of curricula and state of Catalonia on the subject of algebra and the equations from the year 1970 until the year 2005, as well as textbooks used by students who make up the sample. The instruments used in the research methodology have been: the Algebra test which is part of CSMS (Concepts in Secondary Mathematics and Science) Project-founded in England in 1983 - and a questionnaire design itself on solving equations. Both questionnaires were answered by unamuestra of 120 students (7 ° and 8 ° EGB, and 1 º and 2 ° BUP) by the year 1991 and a sample of 112 students (2 eighth, 3Âş and 4 ° SCS) by the year 2005. It discusses the results of the two samples and compared the results. The results show a clear correlation between conceptual and procedural knowledge of the students and clear differences in the results obtained in two different courses analyzed. We bring some conclusions from the data analysis and the three studies cited -evolución historic, curricula and text books and finally make a few remarks on the implications for the teaching of algebra and the equations. Summary: This paper focuses on the technical study of the evaluation plan for the quality calasancia in schools escolapios, based on a sample of the total centers, and these, located in the territory of Latin America, from Mexico to the Southern Cone . The sample consists of 39 centers. In each of the centers is assessed through questionnaires from seven different directed each of them to one instance of the Community Education: Managers, Educators, Students, Exalumnos, Administrative Personnel, Personnel Service and Parent. Divide the work into two parts, the first of which is developing the theoretical framework, which seeks to reflect on the concept of quality in general, the quality of education, as well as on the evaluation, understanding this as a tool for quality . The last two chapters of this first part focuses on the quality calasancia and the dimensionality and identify indicators centers Pías Schools. In the second part, in the pilot, is the rationale, context and presentation of the objectives of the study were presented the design and shows the extent of the variables, as well as the collection and processing of information. There will always be a descriptive study of the variables, noting differences in the responses from the various centers, a technical study of the instrument where the results show indexes homogeneity of the items suitable and acceptable levels of reliability, suggesting that the instruments so are. The dimensions established theoretical coincide with the majority of factors obtained in the exploratory factor analysis. The study concludes with a discriminant analysis of three Demarcaciones distributed in the three geographical areas in which Latin America was divided to this study, confirming differences between them, still possess the same Comprehensive Education Project. The discriminant analysis was developed in four of the seven hearings (Educators, Students, Former Students and Parents). Summary: In order to carry out a qualitative assessment of the proposed social intervention "health-promoting schools" to the process of planning, implementation, social participation and sustainability. We conducted a research design entered in the naturalistic paradigm qualitative approaches onto-epistemológicos hermeneutical and phenomenological. The sample was represented by teachers and administrators from five basic schools of Barquisimeto, Lara State. As well as the document review. The findings regarding the contribution of the paradigm qualitative evaluation of social projects focused on confirming the usefulness of its methodological strategies. These methods allow qualitative rebuild the object of study in a comprehensive manner to be dynamic, inductive, in-depth and descriptive details, and it is flexible enough to allow triangulation strategies and quantitative techniques, as well as sources of information, so to assess the best way possible the object of study. It concluded that the project was well researched and well designed with partial achievements important that the sustainability of the same is possible, and social participation is necessary. The information gained from this research will allow the evaluation of this project managers make the necessary decisions to improve the performance of the contract. COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF THE PEOPLE AND INTERLOCUTOR WITH CEREBRAL PALSY. CASE STUDYAuthor: ROSA MORENO M. LOURDES DE LA. Year: 2005. University: MÁLAGA [ www.uma.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE CIENCIS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. Summary: From the case study through analysis of the speech of five face-to-face interactions communicative, this investigation defends the profile of what is to be a person "good communicator" with another serious problem of intelligibility by a dysarthria result of cerebral palsy (according to the criterion of effectiveness and satisfaction of the latter). In turn, through the methodology biográfico-narrativa, these interactions communicate face to face fall in the pattern of life in general and communicative, especially of the person with cerebral palsy through the construction of its Life Story . The analysis of this gives us an overview of the socio-structure (political, cultural, legal, planning, education, etc..), Which originated and from which depends the quality of these communicative exchanges. From the paradigm of emancipatory research, the involvement of the person with cerebral palsy as coinvestigadora of this study becomes a goal and determines both the initial design and the procedures followed. PARTICIPATION SOCIAL AND POLITICAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN BRAZIL. PLACES OF PRODUCTION AND CIRCULATION OF SPEECHESAuthor: GRANJA PORTO ZELIA. Year: 2005. University: SALAMANCA [ www.usal.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE EDUCACION. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE EDUCACION. Summary: The study analyzes the training camps discursividad for social participation and influence of speeches produced by the forces with a presence in the political and educational debate in the formulation of education policies in child-Brazil international agencies, official institutions and instances académico-científicas. Stresses interdependence and complexity of network connections made between the contexts of production and speeches shared grouping fields in transnational discursividad (international agencies), national (induction, prescription, regulation policies) and académico-científico ( discussion, production, critical socialization of knowledge). It points out that, despite the fact that each of them has its own specificities, when put into action their regulatory apparatus in favor of the formation of participatory subjects, walking parallel depart, intersect and sometimes are excluded from their duties enunciativas protection (serving as a moral principle and application of protective subject in the exercise of their fundamental rights), integrative (social participation that forges a sense of belonging and governance of educational systems), and constitutive of knowledge (cognitive conditions and interactive social participation ). In the social administration of the social participation of children these functions materialize in the form of policies inclusión-exclusión of educational opportunities and management practices in individual freedoms of the child and the family.
