Summary: In the first part, this Doctoral Thesis submitted to experimental validation two questionnaires to analyze the teacher job satisfaction on the one hand, and the classroom environment on the other, university organizations. In a second part, and from a sample of teachers and students in engineering and business service working two Chilean universities, is studying the correlation of the above structures with the academic performance of students, and considering the influence of the same variable moderator NEM (grade average at the secondary level) on the correlation.
