  • THE MORAL CULTURE DELS CENTERS EDUCATIUS: BY INSTITUTIONAL L'EDUCACIÓ MORALE.

    Summary: The thesis which is entitled "Culture moral deIs centers educatius: via institutional l'educació morality" is part of the online researcher at the GREM -Gmp de Recerca d'educació Moral- at the University of Barcelona which seeks to answer the question of how we educate morally within the school. The specific research interest in the whole school, all the elements of his organization, dynamics and functioning and provide valuable training himself. The assumption is that the school, in its entirety, in its proposal and practice il1stitucionales-también educated morally. In this context, culture and morality understood represents the moral system of practices that a school has designed, adapted and performed, the quantity and quality of which influence on the formation of the moral personality of their students. The objectives of this research are divided into theoretical and practical objectives.     Summary: The thesis which is entitled "Amilisis process of teaching and learning in a state of moral education in primary and comparison with other areas of the curriculum" is part of the online researcher at the GREM -Grup de Recerca d'Moral Education-the University of Barcelona, which seeks to answer the question of how to teach and learn the values in the school. The investigation has focused on the practice of moral education, how is given on a daily basis in the classroom, ie from what methodologies are working, what content, and whether we can really control and plan everything you are working at morality, in a class of tutelage.     Summary: In this dissertation we aim to contribute to learn how to perform the integration of environmental education in educational child and primary education, through research on a proposal for intervention in specific environmental education. "Ecocentros" is the name of the proposal developed, and is based on experiences known as ecoauditorías school. The faculty of the centers involved in the research on the development of expertise, which assesses a permanent process and results, and changes are made to improve the original proposal. It also aims to improve teacher training in this field, allowing cope with the new challenges that have environmental education to make effective and integration in the schools.     Summary: In this paper we analyze some theoretical possibilities and learning to increase competition argumentative writing (CAE) Colombian students in the sixth grade of Basic Education.     Summary: This thesis aims description, association and contrast of different behaviors, attitudes and motivations of the university community riojana before practice físico-deportiva leisure, as well as the prediction of their causes. The universe of work consists of a total of 6347 people and the breadth of the final sample amounts to a total of 1340 subjects. The sampling method is proportional quota and establishing three levels of segmentation: according to the tasks (students, PDI and PAS), according to the degree (for students) and departments (for the PDI), and finally segmentation of each group sex. As measuring instruments are used, first, discussion groups and, secondly, it produces a questionnaire ad hoc is subjected to validity and reliability. The analysis and processing of data obtained in the discussion groups is done through a thoughtful analysis of content and data recorded with the questionnaire were quantitatively analyzed at three levels: univariate descriptive and inferential through Bivariate analysis and relational contrasts multivariate and explanatory through technical CHAID (automatic detector interactions by chi-square test).   • INDIRECT DISCRIMINATION TOWARD STUDENTS ENROLLED IN SUB-SAHARAN TOWNSHIP TORREJÓN OF ARDOZ

    Summary: The work revolves around the discrimination suffered by the silent students negroafricano school in the municipality of Torrejon de Ardoz. To carry out such an investigation, we divided the work into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the legal framework. Presents the laws (international, European, Spanish and Madrid), which has on the issue of immigration and respect for human rights with particular emphasis on children. It also addresses the problem of education and legislation regarding special education with regard to immigrant children. It highlights of this part that there are rules but not put into practice when it comes to children from economic migration (Sub-Saharan). Emphasizes that between theory, the good intentions, and even speeches and practice there is a ceiling. The second part talks about the perception that Europe and the rest of the planet is sub-Saharan. Try also the importance of education in African families. The third chapter, for its part, analyzes problems as the team abroad / immigrant, the social environment around the school, shelter and housing, contradictory tactics (alarm and invisibility), the double-speak of the social partners, the notion the conflict, look, as well as the presentation of the different types of discrimination exist.     Summary: The problem of this qualitative research study originated in Arabic College in Santiago, Chile, where they were introduced over the years 1999 and 2000 a series of changes prescribed in the documents prepared by various task forces made up of managers, directivos-docentes and teachers. In this organization there are barriers to adapt to the changes and learning required. To give effect to the investigation, we used the case study method, aimed at managers, directivos-docentes and teachers of Arabic College. The exploration and inspection of the information were conducted in parallel, using techniques: in-depth interviews, participant observation, questionnaire, FOSA analysis, institutional review documents, implementation of test styles Lessons from Kolb, Rubien and Mc Intyre ( 1974), and was built and implemented a questionnaire Self Organizational Learning, the information obtained was used triangulation, which allowed to respond to the objectives. Finally, we raised a model of educational management and criteria for preparing an enventual educational program, which proposes to managers and directivos-docentes engage in strategic planning based on the Balanced Scorecard, viable concrete actions to minimize the biggest barrier does the organization - an organizational climate is not favorable, and implement an organizational course based on education, training and education of all members of the organization are under review.     Summary: Given the prominence that has INACAP as a technological center of excellence for Chilean workforce, and particularly that of their professional institutes in their careers engineering performance, and its need for a viable organization that lets you deal with the organizational changes and competition in the labor market, and having shown a problem that warranted being investigated in one of their offices, since she had, by empirical observation of its members, characteristics of an organization that prevented him from prescriptive cope with the changes in terms of their learning potential it is in this context that was relevant and convenience to formally suggest this educational organization seeking mechanisms to amend these features. Obviously, the benefit of generating a body that ensures quality education for future generations of students and issued a system for professionals in the area, in terms of their contribution to their own development. For this reason, and in response to a reductionism pragmatic and necessary, the first generally regarded as objective of this research was, therefore, the proposition of a basement conceptual objetiviacional and strategy for the eventual design of a program in the organization "Engineering performance Management Information Technology, headquartered Apoquindo, INACAP ", which provide training, education and training of its members, so that it could cope with organizational changes in terms of their learning potential. For this, the investigation was conducted by the paradigm humanístico-interpretativo, qualitative methodology and the methodical approach of interaccionismo symbolic of the case study. Thus, there was a single case study descriptive, whose research design, its phases proactive, interactive and postactiva allowed to respond to the specific objectives structured for the realization of the overall goal, and the diagnosis of the above-mentioned organization from the intentionality the organizational learning. The research was conducted over three school years. The attainment and achievement of the specific objectives of the study allowed the overall objective, which, in a higher level of commitment, proposed generic guidelines for a plan of organizational intervention, which would aim to modify the characteristics prescriptive detected in the organization, minimizing the barriers to organizational learning and perception of themselves and the use of learning styles evidenced. Since the detection of organizational problems, through the questionnaire autodiganóstico, generated a set of strategic objectives which have been proposed as necessary for the intervention, in order to transform the bureaucratic nature of the organization characteristics of a learning organization, smart or, as I would say Senge (1990), through a learning process in dual cycle.     Summary: This paper presents an ethnographic study shows that the complex situations and problems emerging in the process of change brought about in a public secondary school, located on the outskirts of a big city, in the period between the years 1999 and 2005. It is organized around the study of three main areas: diversity, conflict and organizational aspects interact in the life of the educational community. This research raises questions to which it will respond from the practice itself, starting with emerging issues such as immigration, the problems of integration of pupils from new entrants, xenophobia, special educational needs, the relationship with parents and mothers of the students come from multicultural, the "language problems".     Summary: The thesis submitted relates to the multi-dimensional environment of violence and ways to combat it. Produci research located in the framework of qualitative methodology with an ethnographic study conducted in a reception center for children and adolescents. That center is a Ong. Which defines a space in the personal histories of the subjects involved players whose enabled me to place the focus of research in the relational elements, without falling into the trap of diagnóstico-ronóstico. My study was two educators social protagonist, a man and a woman: Adam, a gardener and Eve, a social worker. This allowed me to entrecruzar relations between researchers, educators, students at different times to the institution, such as running diacrónicos axes of the investigation. So, you can understand the phenomena that occur in the relationship between the diversity and difference of perception to reflect on the practice of teaching. Developed fourteen chapters, subdivided into four parts. In the first tejí presentation and purposes, the discussion of the other as an object of research and the status of the issue, the second part presented the methodology, coordinates methodological and two chapters: Eden estamento the old and into the new Eden estamento with the aim of locating the reader on a map of the place and at different times of the educational Ong. The third part producí six chapters where you can see the analysis of problem situations, fragments of stories of life and the dilemma of child labor, under the analysis of variance assumed by sex education that takes into account the commitment, love and diversity among educators, students. Investigo there a pedagogical knowledge from the experience of educators who put in check the epistemological certainties of some educators not only of the social Ong., Studied, but also from other organizations and institutions dedicated to education, especially for girls and boys situation risk. The conclusions emphasized the power of love in education, a phenomenon that makes a difference in the act of educating and gives different paths to the future child / ace.     Summary: The sport of school age as one of the manifestations of the sport in general, is presented as a complex system subject to influences and sometimes conflicting interests, and that requires adequate treatment if it intends to exploit its true educational value. Accepting the idea that the practice of sports is not good or bad in itself, but the values transmitting depend on the conditions under which it is carried out, the sport of school age is obviously subject to risks that can easily convert their practices in generating Negative values and contrary to those desired. From a theoretical review, which serves as a foundation and starting point, it runs a quantitative research methodology through a field work, using surveys as a tool for gathering information. The investigation concerning this practice physical organized sports, conducted in a stable in the field of Elementary Education of the public, the city of Zaragoza, with a population of 15,476 schoolchildren distributed in 67 centers, of which a sample is selected of 547. In parallel are other people involved as are parents of school children, physical education teachers and monitors activities. The aim is to achieve the following objectives: A. Designing and implementing appropriate instruments for the collection of information aimed at schools, school children, their parents, teachers and physical education instructors. B. Define an index that allows quantify objectively the availability of facilities for practice físico-deportiva in Primary Education schools. C. Knowing the conditions and characteristics of the cells and patterns of activity and their particularities, quantifying the size and distribution of practice in relation to sex and age of school children. D. Rate levels practice sports school age in the various centers, in order to identify and classify the context variables that affect the rate of practice. E. Knowing the habits of practice físico-deportiva, and the opinions and attitudes in relation to different aspects of sport in school-age children and their parents. F. To identify and rank the main variables personal habits and attitudes of the students and parents the same, which determine the rate of practice sports in school-age children. G. Knowing the characteristics, as well as the opinions and attitudes in relation to different aspects of sport in school age, the physical education teachers. H.     Summary: The main purpose of the research was to characterize and interpret the structures of knowledge of the subject in terms of their singificatividad, informatividad, propositional content, rationality, contextualization, consistency and reasonableness and identify commonalities and particularities in the entire sample . The processing and analysis of data included a combination of qualitative and quantitative strategies. It first made a selection and adaptation techniques for the analysis of conceptual maps compared with a map expert and the use of class schedules as a research tool. The decision made it possible to identify trends individual or group on the informatividad and content of the model propositional knowledge of the teachers. Secondly conducted a qualitative analysis, using mapping software from productions of the masterpieces (Thagard, 1992), to characterize the rationality of such models, in terms of the relationships established through the language between facts and theoretical models used to interpret them. Research findings show that all teachers included significant proposals mostly from the scientific perspective school in their conceptual plans, interviews and activities. Most also included, but always in much smaller numbers, significant proposals from other perspectives analysis disiciplinares or not, giving rise to new relations on the topic. Models knowledge of all teachers were limited or partial, as to the degree of informatividad and propositional content. In all cases analyzed were indentificó a cut informative and important issue with respect to the map expert. From cutting thematic analyzed for the entire sample is mixed with a conceptual frame an area of greater coverage ocnceptos and relations linked to health model, other areas with coverage linked to the model atmosphere. In the group of teachers was widely interpreted on food strongly orietnada by the scientific model school health.
