CONSTRUCTION AND VALIDATION OF A MODEL AND STRUCTURAL MEASURE OF AUTO-EFICACIA AND DIFFICULTIES IN THE DECISION-MAKING PROCESS OF THE RACE.Summary: This research seeks a dual purpose: on the one hand the development of a valid and reliable measure on the construct of the auto-eficacia and difficulties in the decision process vocational and validate a model for other causation between these constructs. From a systematic and comprehensive career development, research is part of the social and cognitive information processing. From these perspectives are considered timely adaptation of two diagnostic tools for the sample of high school students and the state news cycles Spanish. The investigation is carried out in the first part, along two blocks theorists the current state of matter around two constructs, the auto-eficacia en la toma de decision of the career and vocational indecision or difficulty in decision process vocations. After presenting the theoretical framework, the research design allows us to analyze the process of adaptation and validation of these instruments with a sample of approximately 2700 students in Madrid. We have conducted exploratory and descriptive analysis, multivariate techniques uniariadas and using the technique of structural equation models to validate the model factor that arises for each diagnostic test. The results are satisfactory, and may have some evidence that, despite the limitations are detailed, as are reliable and valid. The second objective of the research is to raise an exploratory causal model in which the indictment describes how effectively in the decision of the race behaves as a predictor of indecision and vocational difficulties, which acted as the expectations mediators. Through the methodology of structural equation models (with the statistical treatment program Amos), we see that our model is confirmed with an adjustment acceptable goodness, all the parameters being significant except those referred to the mediator of expectations. The results obtained are deducted different forms of practical application in the field of vocational guidance. For one thing because we have some tools that provide valid and reliable diagnosis in detecting problems in decisional processes of the students. Moreover, it helps us be aware of the need to act on the auto-eficacia to ensure optimal development of the careers of people.

Study basics of some of its institutions pioneers include, among others, the work of trainer workshops and teaching some offices in the Hail Mary of Grenada, the Orphan Asylum of Saint Joseph in Grenada, of the School of Labor FP Industries The Military Fargue, "trade schools" of Grenada and General and Technical Institute "Father Suarez." 2 - The School of Labor Grenada (Industrial School Official Masters since 1955) After some references to the educational context inherited, deals with the legislative framework that fits both Centers: Statutes PF Act of 1928 and FB Industrial 1955. In addition to analyzing the corresponding Charter Foundation, valued the role of the Board and of the institutions and Granada is a journey through the life of the Elementary School of Labor and Industrial School Master, from the localized documentation. 3 - The first Labor Institute in the province of Granada: the Center for Media Education and Vocational Jose de Mora "Baza taking precedent as the Institute of Local Secondary Education Baza established in 1928, discusses secondary education in the immediate postwar up to the concession in 1952 of a Labor Institute, the first in the province of Granada. 4 - The Training Association. His imprint on Grenada explores Institution Association "Virgen de las Nieves," Intensive Vocational Training courses and to a lesser extent, the School of Hotel Association, as evidence of interest in the sector by Falangists dominate vocational grenadine. The conclusions of this thesis, in summary form, are as follows: * The city of Grenada was receiving from the last third of the nineteenth role of individuals, corporate or institutional who helped pave the way for the formation of a working area of people anxious opportunities. * The so-called "sugar shock" entresiglos, would not be backed up with proposals for training and qualification that strengthen the nascent economic recovery. * Different response to the social and educational requirements of the Schools of Industrial Labor Masters. Role bit committed, usually, Patronages and Institutions. Shortage of qualifications and outstanding work of the Teachers' Workshop in a Teaching will happen elements consultative deliberative. * The Institute of Labor "Jose de Mora" Baza as a first sign of vocational education model developed by the Franco, antechamber of the Act FB Industrial 1955. The organization Association Franco tried to stop shows in Grenada for their alleged dominance through the institution of Association "Virgin of the Snows" and the School of Hotel Association. Ultimately, some 8 of the 515 difficulty here exposed to a large extent prevented the existence of a powerful lever for advancing the transformation of production systems and the acquisition of a large segment of the population with an integral formation and efficiently, responding to the demands of each moment. The timid bet on the teachings in Grenada and the gradual reversal in human resource development and economic, has influenced the saturation still continuing today, the services sector which is presented by the economy as grenadine easy way out and emergency. DESCRIPTION AND ANALYSIS OF THE PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS COACH IN GALICIA.Author: Fernández Villarino Maria de los Angeles. Year: 2006. University: A CORUÑA [ www.udc.es]. Place of defense: INEF. Place of preparation: INEF. Summary: The dissertation is aimed at the description and analysis of the professional knowledge of the rhythmic gymnastic coach sports in reality Galician. This is a study that combines two methodologies: descriptive and case studies to analyze professional knowledge from the standpoint of practical experience. The development process requires that sports are available detailed and rigorous on human resources in the intervening with special reference to the coach. While in the field of education this is a growing issue in the context of sport is still nascent. There is little information about who they are, as they think that knowledge and have developed as those responsible for the educational processes in the training of sports rhythmic gymnastics. This lack of information does not allow make strategic decisions with regard to the initial and ongoing training of these professionals. Through the description and analysis of the professional knowledge we can know what the coaches rhythmic gymnastic sports considered important to develop their work in the best possible way: this thought will be contrasted with the observation of its interventions in practice, which generate information about what and how should be the training of future coaches. The objectives of this work are:-Identify diferents professional profiles of the rhythmic gymnastics coaches in the sports community of Galicia, its professional status, characteristics of their jobs, kind of initial and continuing training. - Understand and deepen the professional knowledge of the rhythmic gymnastic coach. - Identify the key factors that contribute to the construction of professional knowledge of the rhythmic gymnastic coach sports. - Identify the needs of initial and ongoing training of trainer GRD. Analyzing the curriculum in the initial training of senior technicians GRD. INSTITUTIONAL MEANINGS ATTRIBUTED TO PROBLEM SOLVING FOR A CAREER IN TEACHING GEOMETRY DYNAMICS.Summary: The investigation was framed in the approach ontológico-semiótico of cognition and math instruction (Theory Functions Semióticas) and was aimed at analyzing the meanings attributed to institutional mathematical objects relating to problem solving geometric school, in different times which took a career in teaching Geometry Dynamics. The methodological characteristics of the investigaicón are qualitative in nature and interpretive, and are not based on pre-established assumptions, but from the data collected were generated categories and conjecture whose validity was tested in the course of work. The determination of institutional meanings relating to the objects relating to mathematical problem solving geometric became a dive and deep understanding of the resolution, design and implementation of the problematic situations raised for seven teachers of Mathematics (involved in a Innovation project in the classroom Geometry Plana, and computer resources for high school students) through an inductive analysis / constructive nonlinear, which combined various procedures and investigative techniques. The identification of disagreements or differences between the meanings institutional (defined as systems discursive practices and operational) attributed to the geometric problems and resolution of problems in school, led us to detect conflicts might explain, at least partly, the potential difficulties that presented students in the learning process of geometry and to identify the limitations of mathematical skills and understandings effectively put into play. |
