Summary: The thesis stresses the importance it must have an educational institution for the training of their teachers. The study focuses on the Scout Association of Andalusia (ASDE). In the first part of the theoretical foundation is scouting since its inception to the present, both globally and in the Spanish and Andalusian. It discusses the pedagogical foundation of education scout, putting it within dela non-formal education and the principles of Method Scout. Summary: The comparative study of the teaching of physical education focuses on the analysis and comparison of the requirements to the first level of detail for the first four years of secondary education between Spain and Belgium. The methodology consists of different phases as the delimitation, description, juxtaposition and the comparison itself. Having described the FE within the Spanish and Belgian educational system and have conducted an analysis of curriculum, it has proposed an approach to the curriculum in general, followed by a definition of the curriculum in physical education, shown as a backdrop to all research. The textual analysis, having translated systematically requirements of the Communities Belgians into Spanish is the main tool of comparison between the requirements to the first level of achievement in Belgium are promulgated from the three communities, and in Spain from the State and Autonomous Regions. After an exhaustive study of the requirements in the autonomous regions, we have reached the conclusion that the State requirements are those that represent Spain (the first level of specificity) in comparison with Belgium. The overall strategy of comparison is to present concepts developed networks face different prescriptions. Such networks are the result of the expansion, studies described above in the investigation of the three dimensions of Arnold and elaborations of Crum curriculum. Contrastamos our data extracted from the comparison with our proposal of the curriculum in general and physical education in particular and ended up with a proposal concerning the future requirements of the first level.
