PROGRAM D'ESTIMULACIÓ PRIMERENCA: ANÁLISI INTERPRETATIVE D'UNA REALITATAuthor: PEDRÓS PONS NÚRIA. Year: 2004. University: BARCELONA [ www.ub.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA. Place of preparation: UNIVERSIDAD DE BARCELONA. Summary: The object is psychoeducational study, analysis and reflection of a program Early Stimulation which applies in the classroom with children between two and three years. This program consists of seven instructional activities: psychomotor walk, listening music, past bits and placards, other languages, and rhythmic repetitions lingüsticas that throughout the work is theoretically based establishing conceptual distinctions with other teaching. This will try to answer the small and large theoretical issues raised in the first and second parts of the thesis: the practical side of the research is conducted in Parts III and IV at different stages and seeks to respond to the concerns and of cavilaciones researcher caused by the implementation of the program in school pupils P.3. For this reason it is carrying out a research process that takes as regards the interpretation paradigm with a design case study in which observational one hand, we analyze the various aspects that make up the context where it carries out work: students, teachers model, family and school type: and on the other, but while the former is collected quantitative and qualitative data that attempt to highlight aspects that affect the implementation of the program and the results are reflected in pupils. The qualitative data are anecdotal records in the family, in videos and in the newspapers of research conducted over two school years and the subsequent analysis and categorizations, in his study emerging new educational activities, which was then up another program. The data matrix quantitative reflected in questionnaires that are passed to the students during two courses: review provides information on the intellectual abilities of the group of children were subsequently investigated by comparing with other representative sample of reality Catalan. During the process described above is developing a new model theory and practice that tries to go a step beyond the constructive ideas that prevail today in the educational system: the Early Stimulation of Intelligences with input fifteen intelligence gathered in three groups, or the sensory input, motor or exit and intrapersonal or individual. This theory not only explains the theoretical aspects of interest at the outset of the Program d'Early Stimulation consideration but to be a rethinking about how to make happier children. The practical part of this school proposal to be found in any type of stimulation program to provide for a variety of individual intelligence activities psicodidácticas. As an example, it is suggested a new program of the Early Stimulation Intelligences with a variety of educational activities, around eighty, guaranteeing the stimulation of all intelligence.
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MODEL TO BE ALIVE IN PRIMARY SCHOOL: A VISION CLIMBAuthor: GÓMEZ GALINDO ALMA ADRIANNA. Year: 2004. University: AUTÓNOMA DE BARCELONA [ www.uab.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: UNIVERSITAT AUTÓNOMA DE BARCELONA. Summary: In this research we intend to deepen the processes of scientific modeling school. To that end, we presented initially thought around three teaching units we use in primary schools, which were intended to help the boys and girls to interpret the disruption of forest fires, using scientific model school if alive. This was a research resulting in a proposal for living things work in school, we called model complex living organism. It integrate three functions of living things (nutrition, relationships and reproduction), and three levels of observation climb (Generalizaciones, machinery and buildings). To build tailor vision climb from ecology, for application in the science school. We propose that the generalizations, as observations of the pattern of the phenomenon are placed on the model to be alive at the level of agencies and explaining through its mechanisms and its buildings. The mechanisms are the causes of the pattern, they are placed in a lower level of organization and functions are related to nutrition, reproduction and relationships. The constraints are limiting or facilitares of mechanisms, and put a higher level of organization. This allows us to integrate multicausalidad in explanations of the school and give importance to the relations that set the living among themselves and with the medium. Subsequently, we present the analysis of speech interactions teachers -alumnos/as under an ethnographic approach for activities during the third teaching unit in which we apply the proposed models in vivo complex. It deepened in the mediation role of a three-dimensional model built and manipulated by schoolchildren simulating a forest fire and the subsequent succession. Indicators for analysis were four types: explanations, a source of evidence, regulation and who promotes the activity. The results show that the implementation of the vision would climb forward in the construction of new meanings in the model to be alive and was an anchor for the conservation management in the classroom. The model functioned as a mediator in four dimensions to support the reconstruction of the phenomenon of forest fires through the ideas of the model. We interpret how it is progressing on the construction of meanings within and between levels scalars, as well as the role of evidence, regulation of ideas, language and action, and the role of teachers in all this, incorporating at all times suggestions for implementation in the classroom. DIFFERENCES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAM HOCUS & LOTUS, AND THEIR IMPACT ON LEARNING A NEW LANGUAGE IN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAuthor: AZPILLAGA LARREA VERÓNICA. Year: 2004. University: PAÍS VASCO [ www.ehu.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE FILOSOFÍA Y CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE FILOSOFÍA Y CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. Summary: Hocus and Lotus (H & L) is an instructional program for teaching new languages for children 4 to 10 years. The present study explores the differences between teaching ten ikastolas located in the provinces of Guipuzcoa and Vizcaya in implementing the program. This application is studied mainly in two dimensions: one, the performance of the teacher teaching aware, are in charge of different teaching classical elements (such as the type of activities, the frequency and duration, sequencing, the organization of the group, and the degree of difficulty of the requests) and two, the conduct interpersonal communicative spontaneous (or sharing verbal shift the focus of the look, the tone of voice and gestures). It is also investigating the thought of these senseñantes and its possible relation to the different trends. Likewise, it is found that these differences in the implementation of the program relate to learning acquired by the students. THE SCHOOL TAKES A MONUMENT. AN ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL OF INTEGRATED LEARNING AND TEACHING IN THE TERRITORY.Summary: This qualitative research, exploratory in nature and ecological discusses how they evolve various performances of experience "The School Adopts a Monument", which originated in the city of Naples in] 992 and has spread throughout Europe. With a tour methodology based on critical theory, constructivism and interaccionismo symbolic addresses structured content in 7 paragraphs that run key: The evolution of educational organizations towards an open approach to the interrelationship school and the area, the area in a didactic approach diachronic, an international comparative perspective of the school community interaction and research (in three phases) focused on the experience "School Adopts a Monument." The paper concludes with findings, a meta-analysis, bibliography and appendices used. The numerous results have shown that "The School Adopts a Monument" for the schools represents a solid organizational model and teaching integrated training and expanded the territory.
A MODEL FOR ANALYZING THE PARTICIPATION OF USERS IN DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES BASED SYSTEMS AND COMPUTER MEDIATED COMMUNICATION VIA THE INTERNET.Summary: The thesis deals with a process of identifying models applied to tele-education authority, from which to determine the predominance of one or more models, and identify the most widely used. The analysis and comparison of platforms distance hosting models, identifies the presence of the Forum as a key element that represents the communication activity in a group, reflecting the virtual classroom space asynchronous groupware in the form of distance learning. They are used scales of observation and recording for the analysis of the platforms and questionnaires / screenplay for the experts to interview for which he raises the consistency and preference of the identified models of distance learning. Following the identification of value that is given to the forum, in the process of analysis and assessment of the final results of the courses were identiti role ql7ese given to the forum within the whole process of ex-post evaluation of the courses. The value of the Forum at the final evaluation of the course is not substantiated as a space of the first order, but if it is present in most platforms, and a part of the platforms includes it in his final evaluation. It therefore proposes a model for analyzing the participation of users in the forum, as an area vital refléjala real energizing social interaction that takes place in the group, and will propose a model for analysis of such involvement. This model is tested and proven over 4 years in 32 courses scheduled distance in mimas conditions by the same institution. After this experiment are used to make the findings and conclusions that determine the validity of the model for the most part and determining the most essential features that can be detected at a distance learning course with regard to its assessment group, especially in terms of student participation in this common activity apart from the total package. The analysis models presented are contrasted with other potential models and sets out recommendations and contributions final wording of the aspects that have been identified in the investigation process towards promoting further research which could continue. There are also new elements that have emerged in the past year related to the model of learning and that has to do with the implications ranging identifying as is the phenomenon of weblog, technological standards and pedagogical models that conform c forum with built-in system of classifying messages, the standard SCORM and platforms for free or open source code, which will undoubtedly revolutionize the current landscape of distance and move the activities that are developing in this direction is already being consolidated in the Last years. The research develops the stated objective, but is open to the prospect of continued progress can be made until later incorporated into the analysis of participation of the forum the necessary resources to their best use and exploitation didactic. THE PARTICIPACIÒ'S SOCIAL INFÀNCIA TO CIUTAT: STUDY ON L'AJUNTAMENT DE L'EXPERIENCE OF SANT FELIU DE LLOBREGATAuthor: NOVELLA CÁMARA ANA M.. Year: 2005. University: BARCELONA [ www.ub.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE PSICOLOGÍA. Summary: The research is intended to develop and analyze a project of social participation of children in the city within the school and the exercise dela citizenship in another body of a child participation driven by the City Council. The study has been developed in the town of Sant Feliu de Llobregat des Program and Children has focused on two performances: The draft is a statement that participation in school which aims to bring boys and girls of their rights, in particular the right of participation, and to choose their representative. And the "child Council" which is an organ of child participation where children feel and work for their city. The theoretical framework has reference sources: The city of children Francesco Tonucci; representation of the child as a citizen who catches the Convention on the rights of children, the process of building the moral personality (Puig, 1996); sociocultural perspective of educational psychology (Cole, Bruner, Vigotski, Rogofffâ |), the idea of citizen participation and involvement Different types of proposals by Roger Hart i by Jaume Trilla. Among the pluralism of qualitative methodology we have chosen for the research. The study of the evolution and transformation of the "Draft participation to the city" and "The council child" has been developed in the period from 12998 to 2004, during the six editions of the experience has been discussed with those involved to optimize the participation of boys and girls in their town. The main conclusions of the work are: * The child participation can be considered effectively a central theme of municipal policies. * The joint work between officers and school contexts city is the hub of the formation of citizenship: participation. * To reflect on one's own practice and develop projects from a process of research is valid and effective for results and experiences of educational performance relevant in every context. * The investigation has developed processes and procedures to build a project to promote the participation of boys and girls in the city. WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CLASSROOM PHILOSOPHY? TOWARDS A DIDACTIC NARRATIVE AND RESEARCHAuthor: SARBACH FERRIOL ALEJANDRO. Year: 2005. University: BARCELONA [ www.ub.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA. Summary: The content of the thesis has been the result of a qualitative research on the interrelationships discursive that occur in the kind of philosophy during the first year of high school. It collected in a daily class, for a complete course, comments sobrela teaching practice one's own researcher, the speeches of the students and the overall development of the course. Alongside were conducted in-depth interviews with seven teachers of philosophy, and interviews eight groups of students. The information gathered was analyzed in the light of a theoretical framework previously exposed. The final results were: * A diagnostic approach to reality and didactic discourse on the kind of philosophy (notably the definition of a profile dynamic participatory education, but at the same time maintains scholarly traits that obturan the expression of thought of the students) . * A proposal to be developed for didactic orientation class (there is a framework teaching overall environment of the ideas of "community of inquiry", "didactic narrative" and "openness and seals speech learners"; proposed formats activities, and presents critical reflection and guidance for the use of a website of the course) * A training proposal, aimed at the renewal of the teaching practice (centered perspective on the "recovery autobiographical" and the model of "professor investigator"). EDUCATION FEELINGS MORAL AND ETHICAL LEARNING: THE PERSPECTIVE OF TEACHERSAuthor: TEY TEIJÓN AMELIA. Year: 2005. University: BARCELONA [ www.ub.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA.
Summary: The theory part of the communication to the two goals he wants to answer, one general and one specific, which stems from the first. On the one hand, the thesis aims to capture the interplay between feelings and moral values education, and specifically develop pedagogical considerations that allow teachers to address the education of moral sentiments. The conceptual development of the thesis is planted around three axes (human learning, feelings and values education) of the others that are arising at work. We refer to the moral sentiments, learning ethics and morals configuration of the individual. For moral sentiments understand the feelings, eminently human, from which the subject appreciates the facts morally relevant external to the person and personal experiences, the consequences that flow from them and as a valuable opportunity to assess for themselves without subject strictly for personal interests. The education of moral sentiments part of the concept of learning ethical, from which the subject is seen as an asset in learning this process and this influences, consequently, in the role that is considered to be developing the faculty. The investigation has focused on discussion groups of teachers in primary, which has been debated on the subject. For the discourse analysis has been used program Atlas-Ti. The conclusions of the thesis offered some considerations to deal with the psychology education of the moral sentiments. University: LA LAGUNA [ www.ull.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE EDUCACIÓN.
Summary: This thesis focuses on the area of interest as drama performed along the course 2003/04 in the classroom of third, fourth and seventh center Michel Hall (Sussex) from a holistic concept of education and development lingüstico. This is the first study that focuses on the dramatic activities in the area of Foreign Languages in Primary and acquires a particular importance within the context of the reform of educational system that enables Spanish Canary in the supply of German (next to the French ) as a second foreign language in the third cycle Elementary. The choice of the particular context is justified by the long experience that meets the institution in the teaching of German and the fate of factors models, while the interest and continuity of such experiences backed by an inspection report and other studies that allow check data obtained in the case study. The aim is to describe and understand the activities as a dramatic example of the typical style of teaching and learning of languages in a Waldorf school from its foundation in a review of literature and a case study. It conducts an investigation focused on the action to capture and specify the meanings of the interaction in the classroom and its context from a global perspective and holistic. The design enables qualitative organizing stages of collecting and analyzing the data replicated in a system that ensures internal validity. The triangulation of data obtained by different routes and sources becomes a key role in this regard. The results highlight the importance of organizational context from the center in its partnership structure encourages involvement in educational activities outside the classroom, and allows individual expression and communication are based on a system of shared values and social references. And the analysis of the various dimensions of the curriculum leads to identify a number of factors involved in building an area of shared meanings that allows a level of understanding prior to the oral understanding and thereby facilitates the achievement of the specific objectives of the area. The model of teaching and learning stresses described as the central focus social education and the arts, which enables the creation of a significant degree of cohesion provided by the educational continuity in the relationship. With regard to the evolution of the student highlights, firstly, the high level of motivation and promoting cooperation through dramatic activities. In addition, all participants confirm the quality of theatrical performances, which are analyzed as a product of the process of teaching and learning, especially value authenticity, naturalness and fluency of verbal and non-verbal performance and timely coordination. The didactic value of the activities are summarized in the dramatic presentation of the true context and content that facilitates the actual use of German from original texts. Building communication skills of empathy, corporal expression and global understanding. Students assume the German as a vehicle of communication in natural settings and entertaining narrative. In view of possible implications for the future development of the area, the author stresses the importance of deepening the educational quality of immediate action within the educational context. The possibility of giving an address intentional, in the educational sense, the various forms of expression of the person and the elements that characterize the cultural context, encourages the construction of shared meanings, giving an overall sense that require students to understand and want to express themselves . Students participating in situations of communication using a second language from this understanding beforehand. Learning lingüstico is therefore implied in the context of action based on shared and the quality of social relations. AN INTERVENTION MODEL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVITY IN MUSIC EDUCATION BASED ON THE METHODOLOGY OF PROJECTSAuthor: LORENZO DE REIZÁBAL ARANTZAZU. Year: 2005. University: PAÍS VASCO [ www.ehu.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE FILOSOFÍA Y CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: FICE. Summary: This research deals with the study of a process of innovation in the teaching of music at the Conservatory of Music in the Middle Grade performed for the purpose of study and explore whether the methodology of collaborative projects allows improvement, and if possible increase, creativity of the student. Based on this methodology project has been designed and implemented an intervention in the courses 5 ° and 6 fourth (final round) of the students musical level and scope indicated. By adapting the methodology of work of the subjects of Musical Composition and Analysis to fit the project approach, information has been compiled by a group of 33 students, the levels listed for a complete course (2002/03). Such information includes aspects related to the creativity demonstrated by the students (measured from the flexibility, fluidity, originality and design and indicators developed for each of those aspects) in the musical compositions performed over experience, and as variable rate sociafectivo (satisfaction, difficulties and taste for teamwork, blockades, feelings toward the task, and so on.). From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the project methodology is a powerful tool for improving the creativity of the students to make them more aware about the creative processes that take place during the composition and musical analysis, to enhance their motivation and guidance to achievement, to increase their commitment to the task and improve their performance, to improve their own self-image and self-esteem and to create spaces where students can develop their potential both l Jan field of learning music and in the development staff. The work opens questions about some aspects of creativity that can not be studied in the same and opens the way for a possible innovation and improvement of Musical Education in our country. STRATEGIES FOR TEACHING IN PRIMARY EDUCATION FOR THE ATTENTION TO THE DIVERSITY OF FOREIGN STUDENTS FROM THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID (AREA TERRITORIAL MADRID-CAPITAL)Summary: The state of the question in this research addresses one of the areas of attention to the diversity that is found in latent social debate, we refer to the issue socio-educativa the increase in the foreign-born students in the public elementary education the Community of Madrid. The concerns that have led us with the analysis of socio-cultural and educational centers belonging to the area's territorial Madrid-Capital has been a progressive increase in the school population of the same due to the enrollment of children of families immigrants in our community, among other things, as, the maximum now and thematic impact in the mainstream media mass media (newspapers, radio and TV), the need for new educational paradigms based on Interculturalism to meet the needs of these students, the importance of intervening in the lower levels of education as the primary (where there are more foreign-born students enrolled) to facilitate the teaching-learning process other educational levels of the educational system Spanish. The overall objective of our research is to analyze the implementation of innovative teaching strategies on the part of primary teachers in order to meet the learning difficulties of these students and the rest specifically for the care of the difficulties educational exchanges ( DEI), which presented its origin. We have informed the Interculturality theoretically in the classroom with such things as the arrival of students of foreign origin; strategies for teaching these students and the role of teachers challenged intercultural classroom, in order to implement all this substantiation in a process of educational inquiry based on theoretical and practical development of the paradigms of educational research: quantitative and qualitative. To implement this methodology, and considering the issues of validity and reliability we have designed and implemented the data collection instruments: Questionnaire, interviews and group discussions. The complementarity of the same have been developed through the process of triangulation methods and subjects. The problem that we have raised has been the adequacy of teaching-learning strategies for intercultural diversity of these students in a classroom and we have implemented the data collection instruments outlined above to the various representatives of the Educational Community (Directors, Teachers, coordinators, tutors, counselors), and representatives of educational and Inspection (Technical Inspection and representatives of the public, our Community). In addition to using statistics specific to the CAM and the Ministry of Education to supplement the information obtained. The results obtained by the procedure of triangulation methods and the subject has led us to obtain results among others as the need to implement innovative teaching strategies that address the individuality of these students (AOEX), which presents educational needs intercultural (NIS) leaving open the study to further research to improve the process of teaching and learning of these students who currently represents the diversity of our socio-cultural and educational schools. DESIGN AND EVALUATION OF TRAINING MODULES PHYSICS OF SEMICONDUCTORS. ITS APPLICATION IN SECONDARY EDUCATION IN A CONSTRUCTIVISTSummary: The first part was conducted in three chapters, which describe those aspects and circumstances that caused Project and the completion of the investigation. In the first, there are epistemological and pedagogical reasons justifying the integration of concepts Semiconductor Physics (FS), in the curriculum of Sciences of the SCS. In the second, it presents a preliminary investigation oriented to know the current status of FS in the curriculum of Sciences of the SCS, what possibilities exist for integration, and what views and preconceptions are teachers, exercising, about his introduction at this stage of education. In the third, argues the need for teachers to possess sufficient scientific knowledge on the subject. In this connection, provides the results of a preliminary study of the ideas of teachers, in training, on FS. In the first part, defines the Theoretical Framework. In chapter 4, is a review of current trends in Teaching of Physics, and related matters, based on the paradigm of constructivism. It set the standard curriculum and teaching aimed at integrating the FS in the current curriculum of Sciences of the SCS. It details the treatment científico-didáctico of FS. It specifies prior knowledge, or preliminary, the students must possess, and how to link the notions of FS with the structure of matter and electricity. In Chapter 5, is a review of the latest trends in educational research. In the second part, there is the problem of investigation (chapter 6), which is summarized in the following question: Is it possible  design a teaching model, consistent with the paradigm constructivist, which allows the integration of basic FS in the curriculum science ESO?. It sets out the following research objectives: 1-Designing a constructivist teaching model, which aims to integrate basic FS curriculum in the School of Sciences. 2-To assess the effectiveness of the proposed model in the context of an Action Research practice. In Chapter 7 describes the essential characteristics of the teaching model, as well as the different phases to be implemented in classrooms. The model includes five training modules with constructivist approach, which was developed in the form of programas-guía activities. From model makes assumptions research. In Chapter 8 describes the experimental procedure. It details the elements that characterized the Action Research practice, the strategies followed for validation and reliability, and the techniques and tools of research employees. The third part presents the findings, conclusions and perspectives that are created in order to raise further research on the line raised. In Chapter 9 describes the results of the evaluation of the teaching / learning process, conducted with the package on two different occasions. Based on the evaluation results, it verifies the accuracy of the assumptions established, and develops the theory of the educational process developed with the training modules. Chapter 10 shows an overview of the thesis, through a synthesis of content developed. It is a summary of the most important findings, and identifies a series of suggestions that future research in the opening line posed. APPLICATION TEACHING OF POPULAR MUSIC RECORDED AND EDITED GALICIA IN SPAIN (1975-2000)Summary: This research part of the need to sort, catalog and classify the cultural heritage of Galician music recorded from 1975 to the year 2000, in order to ensure their continued use and relevance in education, but also in the world of culture overall, emphasizing the potential multidisciplinary regarding all matters of education, such as Geography, Religion, Knowledge Environment, language, literature, history, and of course in the art of music. The thesis fits this first study in the context of studies in music pedagogy and folklore music made inside and outside Spain, to offer an analysis of the original recorded music through 771 editions record, 9,279 items and 486 hours of recordings of that there have been 31 kinds of different data for recording. The result of this analysis provides, in addition to the aforementioned quantification, 26 charts and 19 tables summary that allow us to take the information orderly enough of this heritage sound as his qualification for teaching and cultural fields. The 471 groups and artists are classified by type resulting predominant, and arranged chronologically and alphabetically, indicating a case by case basis editions that record for each supported by an index figure of all recordings consulted which provides additional information of great value the artistic and historical. The graphs and tables offer us in the tray data to identify various aspects of the music analyzed: musical forms, composers, interpreters, toponymy, religiosity, literature, as well as an explicit list of more than a hundred chances of monographic work from the music analyzed through musical forms, musical instruments, Cycle of the year, subject diverse â | Also accompanying seven monographs baseline original compilations on CD in order to demonstrate the possibilities teaching through their own recordings. So we compilations on Direct Onomastics, History of recorded music, different versions of the same subjects, and different styles of music Galician. Finally annexes with different data for each record: titles, composers, lyrics, musical forms, tools ... Ultimately the thesis, allows users to log in and enjoy a substantial and mayoritaria-hoy by today's popular music heritage of Galicia recorded, but most importantly, their educational and cultural development in any relevant circumstance, promoting, revaluing in many cases, and rescuing from oblivion this impressive cultural heritage, counteracting the excessive influence of fashion and the consumer market on the perception of the root and popular music by the younger generation, as is the case galician. PROPOSAL AND EVALUATION OF AN INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO LEARNING MUSIC, ARTS EDUCATION AND AWARENESS.Author: FERNANDES DA SILVA LEVI LEONIDO. Year: 2005. University: SALAMANCA [ www.usal.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE EDUCACION. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE EDUCACION. Summary: This proposal to create MILMESA (Method Interdisciplinary Learning Music, Arts Education and Awareness) is targeted especially to the Arts Education in Higher Education, with the intention of actually interconnect practice of the four artistic expressions (Musical, Plastic, Motor and Dramatic). The methodological proposals, which are the basis of MILMESA are commonly linked to the subjects of Expression Music I, II and Musical Expression Methodology Musical Expression, all addressed from an interdisciplinary perspective in the field of expressions. These kinds of artistic disciplines were (and are) given in the UTAD (University of Trás-os - Montes and Upper Douro) courses in Early Childhood Education, Teachers (teachers) Prime cycle of Basic Education (general education) and Theater and Arts Performativas (arts education). On the one hand, the reasons for choosing this topic are simple and yet varied, as is shown in two aspects: 1) The fact that the teaching of music are completely into disarray (lack of continuity between stages or cycles school) 2) The arts in higher education are not taught interdisciplinary and inclusive manner, ie which are grouped and are like islands in a sea to be explored as a whole. On the other hand, this work also seeks, among many other things, to be the mirror of a decade of teaching practice in all phases or cycles school education system Portuguese: Preschool Education, the First Cycle of Basic Education, the Second Cycle (Music Education), joint artistic works with students of Secondary and Higher; Teaching Adults (Literacy); The Education and Extracurricular appellant (Prison); The Higher Education (UTAD) and other artistic activities. THE COOPERATIVE ASYNCHRONOUS INTERACTION IN VIRTUAL TRAININGAuthor: SUAREZ GUERRERO CRISTOBAL NICO. Year: 2005. University: SALAMANCA [ www.usal.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE EDUCACION. Place of preparation: TEORIA E HISTORIA DE LA EDUCACION. Summary: The overall objective of this research is to deepen the knowledge of cooperative interaction under conditions of mediation in the asynchronous virtual training. To address this study it was assumed that suggests that the technology is not a neutral component interaction (Persona-Máquina-Persona) as a way to target specific maneuverability based on and on the Internet reencuadraría also the perception those who interact within the margins of the virtuality. The research methodology examines the sole purpose of the study, the cooperative interaction asynchronous, from two specific processes but complementary. Initially, the theoretical exploration seeks to understand the constraints psychological, pedagogical and technological under which generate cooperation in the virtual training. The empirical exploration, post-theoretical, looking to note-from the triangulation of how data is interwoven cooperative interaction mediated learning in teams under a written asynchronously through the discussion forums on a training experience virtual university. The report of argument, then define the research problem in Chapter 1, reproduced in its 5 chapters following the path methodological and made at the end of the conclusions of the study teaching. In general, throughout the investigation process that leads to technology, to modulate the flow of interaction as a system of asynchronous communication, added to the basic form of a matrix representation cooperation temporary-and spatially from where the students adjusted their opportunities and strategies for action when we learn in the virtual training. This proposition, in good mind, can be a conceptual point of apprehension, and useful starting to build the educational dimension as defendant on the use of new educational technologies today. OBSERVATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE ATTACK AND THE FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE IN VOLLEYBALL.Author: SALAS I SANTANDREU CRISTÃ’FOL. Year: 2005. University: BARCELONA [ www.ub.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA - INEFC. Summary: The purpose of this thesis study is part of the analysis of the competition in volleyball. The interaction between the attack and defense generates a significant imbalance in the sport, which has implications that are expressed clearly in the field of play, and ultimately generates an image problem sport. The overall objective of the research is to assess the behavioral patterns of the first line of defense. Such behavioral sequence can be established based on different behaviors or given criteria selected for assumptions within behavioral criteria offensive, defensive behavioral criteria and criteria for effectiveness. In the latter case is intended as analyze the action as a defensive behavior given control of the ball at the start of the possession thereof and efficiency gained by the defensive action. The observational design, in relation to the three major routes in lso to locate them, is as follows: monitoring, analyzing 13 matches of the same competition (World League finals, 2003) nomotético since it has been observed eight teams and multidimensional . Just this last characteristic is reflected in the observational instrument developed ad hoc. The interaction ataque-defensa there has been along the lines of competitive Sanchez and Alvaro ( 1997), which takes data from the context in which it develops the game, actual behavior to observe it, and finally the ultimate effect of those on the gaming environment. The quality control data has been made by the coefficient matching quantitative Kappa Cohen (1960.1968) both intraobservador as interobservador. Data analysis is structured in two phase: macro-level and microanalysis. The latter is where he conducts the sequential analysis for obtaining stable patterns of behavior, through the statistical program SDIS-GSEQ V.4.1.2 of Abakeman and Quera (2004). Analysis has been made both with full data aggregation, as a response to the variables classification teams, complex game in which the attack takes place, rotation of the team on defense and the scoreboard. The results show the influence of different criteria for the attack (area placement, number of players, functional structure, zone completion, time and direction) in the development of the defensive action (formal structure, accountability and choice in front of the attacker fast the responsibility of colocador, number of blockers, fixation, vertical jump and positions of both arms blocker as assistant principal). The incidence d the defensive position in the final resolution of this is weaker. Finally, it has also been able to detect small behavioral patterns associated with the behaviors related to the effectiveness of the defensive action. The key application of the thesis is to detect hidden structures that occur in the figuration of the confrontation between attack and defense, and thereby contribute to the methodology of training técnico-táctico of defensive action frontline. It has been determined what the actual demands of the competition at the highest level. These must be taken into consideration by both teams who are in it to increase the effectiveness of this action game for the teams who are in the formative stage. The factors that influence the attack in the first line of defense should be taken into consideration for designing training situations. Moreover, it is noticeable distance between the model established in the technical literature and the specific uses to which the blockade to try to oppose the various situations offensive. In conclusion suggests potential changes to the rules official game affecting both structural parameters as directly on the potential functional l 8 os attacks 1fa nten, all contribute to the rebalancing between attack and defense in the much desired volleyball. EFFECTS OF AN INNOVATIVE EXPERIMENT IN THE INTRODUCTION TO THE TEACHING OF AQUATIC ACTIVITIES: THE PROPOSAL OF "PLAYFUL NARRATIVE MODEL" FOR OTHER FORMS OF CLASSICAL EDUCATION IN SWIMMING FOR PUPILS BETWEEN 4 AND 5 YEARSAuthor: MUÑOZ HERRERA ENRIQUE. Year: 2006. University: CÓRDOBA [ www.uco.es]. Place of defense: F. CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. Summary: In this dissertation, and in order to investigate new methods more suitable and effective in initiating the teaching of aquatic activities in their early years, we have contributed and performed a comparative evaluation between two different working methods. On the one hand, a classic work, based on traditional games and exercises in swimming (GC), on the other hand, a new form of education based on the systematic application of the "story" as a medium of instruction in the aquatic environment: "Narrative Model Play" (GE). To that end, we have implemented a cross design, univariate, at random, with correlation analysis between different variables. The universe of the study subjects who are beginners in the practice of swimming, aged between 4 and 5 years, with no prior knowledge or experience systematic in the aquatic environment. The sample size was from 168 subjects. With the intention to explore new teaching significas, more effective both in the motor development as integral to the individual, the present study aims at large, whether it takes place in the Experimental Group (MNL) for the Control Panel, a similar trend or higher in the various parameters that make up the aquatic worked driving skills in the process. At the same time, we will analyze the development of cognitive factors, social, emotional and moral -componentes the Integral Development of sujeto, and the degree of motivation achieved. The results show the evolution of the same at the end of treatment processes, stressing that the experimental group (Model Narrative Play) seems to have reached a better evolution of different parameters and key aspects of the integral development of the subject, noting also greater motivation and interest towards the core teaching. In its conclusions, shows the importance of using our methodology-based on the story motor (MNL), as a contribution to the initiation and teaching of water activities, as well as the total educational process in addition to providing educational guidelines. THE ROLE OF SCIENCE MUSEUMS IN ADDRESSING THE WORLD'S PROBLEMSAuthor: GONZÁLEZ MORALES MARIO HELÍ. Year: 2006. University: VALENCIA [ www.uv.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE FISICA. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE FÍSICA. Summary: This research responds to the UN appeal to educators from all areas and levels, both formal education and non-formal, so that contribute to the formation of a citizenry aware of the emergency and planetary prepared to participate in informed decision making. The investigation has been guided by two basic assumptions: "The science museums in general are not paying enough attention to the problems that characterize the planetary emergency situation and the measures to take for humanity to have prospects for the future." "The science museums can become prime instruments to provide to all citizens a vision of the proper planetary emergency situation in which we find ourselves and to encourage participation in making decisions." For both scenarios, we have derived a number of consequences contrastables and developed designs for consideration by relevant evidence, relying on a network of analysis that incorporates all of the problems that, according to studies converging of numerous experts, humanity has to cope, its causes and possible measures to be taken to deal with them. The results obtained in the analysis of thirty visited museums in eight countries (Colombia, Cuba, Spain, France, Japan, Portugal, United Kingdom and USA), as well as the contributions of research in teaching science, let say, among other conclusions, that "science museums in general are not paying enough attention to the serious problems facing humanity today, making scant reference occasional and incidental to them, not caught the visitor . "Nor educational research is driving the need for transformation of museums to give response to the request of United Nations. Thus, the analysis of the attention given to the situation of the world in the articles on science museums, in the journals of educational research, we found that not only are few items found on museum of science and its role in the science education-so only 123 in the whole magazine analyzed for over a década- but also of those 123 items, only 10 have some references to aspects relating to the world situation and the measures that are required to take. All these results support our hypothesis and suggest that the first designers and responsible for museums share the same vision reductionist, highlighted by the research, teachers and society at large about the situation in the world. In the second part of this investigation, we explored the possibility that science museums large and temporary exhibitions and a permanent help-not just through some occasional exposure to civic education for decision-making and the need for behavior, obtaining, among others, the following results: "The detailed analysis of some museums have seen that illustrates the purpose of addressing the overall problem of the situation of the world, or at least to contextualize acquisitions of technoscience, which leads to the incorporation of many aspects that characterize the planetary emergency situation and can help build a citizenry aware of this problem. "Some temporary exhibitions and road shows, which logically can respond more quickly to new trends and social demands, have incorporated holistic visions of the world situation. "In particular, the flags of the United Nations in the last Exhibits 8 Universa 817 are listed as examples of qualified holistic treatment of the emergency planetary. But the phrasing and testing of this opportunity to include the treatment of the world situation in museums has been, in our case, as well as a working hypothesis, a bet of intervention, ie a view to help make the conjecture in reality. this direction have conducted two realizations: "The design, preparation and use of a traveling exhibit, entitled "The planetary emergency to building a sustainable future." "The design of an interactive virtual museum under the title" Another World is Possible: The planetary emergency to sustainable society. "We want to finish talking about that, as we have already stated, our goals can not be reduced, of course, the incorporation in museums of this problem, but requires the development of education programs for the preparation of the visits and the subsequent strengthening of what has been achieved in the same. It is therefore one of the prospects for the continuation of this research, which we hope will translate into recommendations informed and useful for that museums play the role that educational characteristics of non-formal education, directed at the entire population, favor, and that the planetary emergency calls.
