THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS IN THE HISTORY OF PHILOSOPHY IN HIGH SCHOOL. AN INVESTIGATION FROM THE ACTION.Author: LASTERRA MARCO JUAN DE DIOS. Year: 2004. University: BARCELONA [ www.ub.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE PEDAGOGÍA. Summary: Maturana, in his book The Tree of Knowledge "prevents" the temptation of certainty "and I thought, when I read that this has been the temptation to which I have been fleeing always in my work as a philosophy professor when I started give class because he was a freshman, and now that I have finished writing this argument, because I am more aware of the enormous gaps that I have in my teaching work. In my work as a teacher I saved goodwill, and years of experience " desire "I put. Thus I think this theory as the end of an era and the beginning of another, as the pilgrim resting days andariegas to return to the road. And this just go has been a hard day. Watching I believe that these five years he had never read so much about teaching, I had never thought much about my work professor, had never written so much about my work in the classroom. have been five years of hard work, at times exhausting. But I do not regret the time and effort invested, because I learned a lot and I have reached the end, however, I recognize that this is a very hard road and very long, unfit for esnobistas. focus of the research I have done is focus on what is my daily work: the teaching-learning process to perform in the classroom. Managing this process is what I have spent most of my time working life, which already exceeds 33 years. This thesis may have several readings: 1. A meeting between teorfa pedagogical and practical education. This research has been a meeting between a high school teacher, a professor of philosophy at baccalaureate, a veteran in the classroom, which speaks to the theory teaching on the proper management of the teaching-learning process. And this díálogo be more consistent, has deepened in the literature critical of each of the areas covered by the teaching-learning process. And as a result of this meeting have been derived some conclusions. 2. A self defense training. Yes el profesor está en actitud de permanente autoanálisis crítico de la gestión que se está haciendo del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje que le han encomendado, sabiendo que puede y debe hacerlo mejor de lo que lo está haciendo, esta constatación le lleva a un estado de permanente educational training in the areas relevant to the process that manages. specific training That, in most cases, do not offer the institutions that have taken on this task, for (a single reason that the demand is very specific and personal. So, this situation leads to teacher training on your own, drawing, usually communicating with professionals who can give you ideas, bibliography or personal experiences. Conducting this research here is presenting a prototype of this training self of that I am talking about. order to develop this thesis I had to learn a lot about teaching reading theory; I tenído to know the criteria for scientific rigor of qualitative research that it accepted in the scientific community that wanted to join investigation; I my report submitted to the rigors of the formalities of the display when writing this report. have been five years of intense training managed. 3. An evaluation of the design of teaching-learning process. This research is an evaluation process teachinglearning. Autoevaluación, internal evaluation and external evaluation. Autoevaluación since I, as a teacher, I have adopted an attitude of permanent critical reflection on my own teaching work; internal assessment, because the students themselves have been involved in the evaluation process on an ongoing basis; external evaluation because the classroom where he had taught classes History of Philosophy has become a place open to outside observers that asisUan classes and produced their reports, abiert 8 or f0c cameras have filmed an entire teaching unit, and evaluation external because I put the results of the educational process to validate editorial and competitions. 4. A claim of a new status for the high school teacher. Us, secondary school teachers, in our case, are the ones who best know what management is the process of teaching and learning in the classrooms of our schools, filled with young people always new. work in an area of educational research privileged, permanently, but has not been boosted to earn our continuous reflection on scientific research which can nurture pedagogical theory. This research was conducted by a thoughtful professor who has learned to investigate approaching the research center par excellence, the University, doctorate courses, and a professor of Pedagogy, the director of the thesis, Dr . Ignasi Puigdellívol, which has tutorado their learning for research. breath and I think, with this thesis, to do research work in symbiosis University-Point High School. 5. A Investigación-Acción collaborative. anguished question on the most appropriate methodology my research had to make its response to the publication of Antonio Latorre, the research. Know and changing teaching practice. wanted to do research on my own teaching activities supported, as I have always been, for the advice and help of my fellow Institute, friends crfticos. Investigación-Acción not me away from my daily work, everything contrarío, I have been immersed in it. seems to me that if there is a model research tailored to the teaching profession is the Investigación-Acción. 6. An investigation by the methodology of the History of Filosoffa in high school. focus of this research is not exclusively focused on the teaching-learning process in the History of Philosophy in high school. generic terms, the investigation it has been done on the teaching-learning process, but given that the researcher was a professor of philosophy, has focused specifically in the classroom for the History of Philosophy. Therefore, this research examines the overall process of teachinglearning ciencias conceptuales aterrizando, concretamente, en la Historia de la Filosofía, en su metodología. 7. No es una investigación ocasional. La redacción del informe de la investigación ha sido problemática porque, desde que se inició la recogida de datos hasta el final de la report writing, which is this thesis, have spent three years, three school years. And as the teaching-learning process must, in essence, regenerate and adapt continuously, data, evaluations and conclusions are no longer on the course that was done with greater intensity data collection, ní the two years that followed, which led the evaluation and drafting, but of an entire career. Nor is a final, so that the conclusions and proposals sólo son conclusiones y propuestas provisionales, algunas de las cuales ya se habrán retocado cuando se realice la defensa de esta tesis. Creo que leer esta tesis con estos significados que he pretendido darle permitirá acercarse al núcleo del espíritu con la que ha sido hecha.
DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF AN EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR THE PREVENTION OF EMOTIONAL PSYCHOSOCIAL STRESS.Author: MUÑOZ DE MORALES IBÁÑEZ MAITE. Year: 2004. University: PAÍS VASCO [ www.ehu.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE FILOSOFÍA Y CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE FILOSOFÍA Y CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DEL PAÍS VASCO. Summary: It presents the design, development and evaluation of Emotional Awareness Education Program, Regulation and Afrontamiento (PCERA), an education program for the prevalence of emotional psychosocial stress in the classroom. From a methodological approach of complementarity, it combines a design quasi pretest-postest with experimental group and control group not equivalent to a qualitative methodology aimed at the interpretation of the process of intervention on the part of teachers. The sample consists of students (N = 609, GE = 349/GC = 260) and professors (N = 34, GE = 18/GC = 16). The findings of this study can be summarized in two: 1, - The program meets the conditions of effectiveness for the development of emotional competence which has an influence on the psychosocial stress reduction in the interaction alumnado-profesorado. 2, - have had little impact as teachers and has been institutionalized innovation. Finally reflects various implications psicopedgógicas for the Prevention of psychosocial stress from the process of initial and continuing training of teachers. It is argued that this approach may be useful to know the teaching and learning of science in terms of its potential to establish ways of interpreting dual anchor, between the classroom and biology, based on the generation of various levels of interpretative generalization through which to build models of the development of living things from the early years of schooling. To defend this argument is a qualitative research type interpretative from a case study. It builds a sense of resonance between the cognitive evolution of grupo-aula, understood as the exercise of phenomenological interpretation strategies developed in attempts to organize the interpretation of the development of a chick and biological knowledge, entendio as the use of strategies reasoning from the biological development. The construction of this resonance is developed in three distinct stages: it begins to characterize the ways of knowing developed by the participants of grupo-aula that, in his absence, allow further interpretation of the development of chicks without losing its character interpretative rules. It continues with the exploration of the potential of these ways of knowing, which we call phenomenological interpretation strategies, to open roads biological interpretation respect the experience of children five years of age. Finally, in order to obtain keys from the practice of group classroom, discusses some aspects of the communicative interaction that maintains the relationship with the cognitive phenomenon. These results suggest the possibility of thinking in an exercise based on the resonance of the structure of global change that leads to the formation of a new body (without some form of chicken element identified in the chicken egg is all at once) a set of partial changes leading to the gradual acquisition of different ways and larger. This exercise is to organize a sequence of events controlled from inside and from outside the egg. This will create different structural levels (imagine different groups of elements within the egg), which differ by the functional interactions signaling and communication which include both the hierarchy of elements such as independence for change to a different level without discard the influence of the external environment. The dynamics of interaction grupo-aula shows a constant tension between exploit own elaborations and summarize the organization interpretative achieved. This dynamic is geared primarily by the organization and contextualization of functions in which the temporary nature of the organization appears to be a key to the development of the tension that keeps the interaction. The implications for the teaching of science are discussed from the possibility that the strategies being built withthe resonance can be "manipulated" by teachers and children when developing scientific modeling activities in the classroom. This discussion includes the value of these strategies to traverse roads in the biological interpretation is brought defining status disciplining without forgetting the dynamics in cognitive those involved.
AN ANALYSIS OF SPORT SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MURCIA AND PARTICIPATION BY GENDER IN THE CATEGORIES FRY AND CHILD BETWEEN THE YEARS 1997 AND 2004.Author: MOLINA MOLINA MARCOS. Year: 2004. University: MURCIA [ www.um.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE EDUCACION. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE EDUCACION. Summary: The contents of this Doctoral Thesis is linked to issues related to school sports and participation of girls in categories fry and child. Our primary purpose has been, therefore, try to explore the reality of school sports in the municipality of Murcia in the period of time between the years 1997 and 2004, and more specifically reflect the voices of the protagonists, opinions, attitudes , assessments, etc.. on the participation of girls and boys in different sports modalities. All this from the parameters that offers education, away from the competitiveness that so frequently appear in any sporting event. The interest of this paper, therefore, lies in its content referred to the sports school and the participation of girls him, but is also in its methodology, because for the first time have been nuanced statistical data, which are usually dominated in research on sport, with contributions semicualitativas (semi-structured interviews) and qualitative (introducing technical analysis group). But the interest of this thesis is in its practical use, because in addition to finding patterns in its conclusions, we finished the job doing some proposals which we hope will be used for the improvement of school sports in our municipality. It also aim of this thesis clarify some terms relating to sports and sports school, as well as demonstrating some stereotypes about women athletes who have pululado over history. So, we did a tour around conceptual terms related to sport, which impacted on those categories that are connotative in this field: competitiveness, standards, values, etc.. In this regard, it is also our intention to contribute to the foundation that can deliver the school sport to theoretical knowledge and practical education that involves Pedagogy. Finally, we have established some conclusions and proposals open because this is the reality, open and changing, and we can not venture far beyond what we concluded and we propose. The first chapter provides a historical overview of the major milestones of school sport in the region, starting with the stage prior to the arrival of the Spanish autonomies. We then explore the sport in the school self-government through the Law 4 / 93, July 16, which states that the Directorate-General is responsible for Sport in sport, incllulido course, sport in schools, although urges for the indigenous municipalities who believe sports sponsorship directly to manage, regulate, promote and develop various programs of action sports. We also in this chapter a brief analysis of the practice of sports in the region, compared with the rest of Spain, finishing with a description of the sport in the school curriculum at the Ministry of Education, which includes the organization of the educational system from the Education Children up to the addition of students to the University or the world of work. The second chapter is conceptualization and theoretical analysis, and it was inevitable for the frequent confusion of terminology and different approaches that has been addressed sport in schools. So our first task was to review and clarify the terminology relevant concepts related to sport in schools. For example, and as a symbol of the philosophy behind the sport in schools, collect in this chapter the definitions laid down some laws autonomous. We continue chapter analyzing the characteristics of sport in schools to see how they translate this philosophy conceptually. We wanted to make this chapter a tour of those involved in the sport in schools, to finish scrutinizing the philosophy and objectives of school sport in the context of education from some conception 8 is about 10e7 practice sports. In the third chapter we enter the legal framework of the sport in schools doing a tour of the European Charter for Sport, the rules emanating from the European Union, the presence of the sport of the Constitution, the General Law on Physical Culture and Sport ( 1980), the Act of 90. The rules of the Superior Council of Sports and a detailed analysis of sport in the LOGSE, incorporating other aspects that we thought relevant as the Municipal Charter of the Rights of the Child. That we reinforced the idea that the legal framework of the sport in schools is clear and consistent. The fourth chapter is critical because it connects two worlds that have been back for a long time; edcuación and sport. First, we believe interesting to make a brief tour of the school sport in some European countries, to reflect the importance of giving developing countries to information and education sports. We analyzed after the educational role of sport in schools, emphasizing that the sport school, as well as developing motor and psychomotor skills, is closely related to dimensions emotional, social and cognitive. It has put emphasis on the rejection of the school sport that only looking for the victory and competitiveness, and has opted for a sport that school education, as well as teaching techniques and develop physical qualities, transmit habits, attitudes and positive values. In school sports can acquire skills, but also is a phenomenal tool for socialization, dialogue, communication, cooperation, participation, collaborative work ..., all dimensions that have much to do with education. The fifth chapter is dedicated to the binomial mujer-deporte essential for the clarification of this theory where one of his major goals was (s) analysis of women's participation in sport in schools. We started the chapter a brever tour doing descriptive history of the woman athlete up to the present time, and we note how, over the years, have left many socially constructed stereotypes regarding ca women skiers have been formed a number of ideas and social settings that have remarkably conditioning society's attitude to women's participation in sport. The road to equality of opportunity has been hard and full of misunderstandings and obstacles, but the result has been positive, so much so that today nobody is surprised that some countries provide more women than men athletes at the Olympics. However, in the school context lingering stereotypes and social settings that impede the normal participation of girls in sport in schools. We believe in equality and to introduce affirmative action centers on enhancing the participation of chican in school sports. The sixth chapter is the refereido the methodology. We are located in the framework of an investigation that, in some way, conciliase the quantitative and qualitative believing that was the best way to achieve our goals. As explained in the process of the investigation, we had to build our own statistics, since the data were not concentrated or tabulated. In addition, and to delineate, qualify and supplement this information, we used participant observation, semistructured interviews and qualitative technique that has given us some very interesting results. It describes in detail the content analysis and conclusions. THE EDUCATION OF THE HUMAN ENVIRONMENT AND PREVENTION OF DRUG CONSUMPTION CHILDAuthor: GALVAO RODRIGUES ANTONIO JOAQUIM. Year: 2004. University: SALAMANCA [ www.usal.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE EDUCACION. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE EDUCACION. Summary: The Environmental Education and prevention Human Consumption Infantil-Juvenil Drug walk between Philosophy and Social Pedagogy in a relationship-cooperation in terms of a proposed school defensive guided by logic community. The search for an understanding open to the man's harmony with others and with everything that surrounds it in the world, a plurality of views, ways of being, of being and acting. All this is a range of possibilities didáctico-pedagógicas in the field of social skills within integrated programs to promote genuine human, from a line of research on the drugs in the period where the human child is the key. The concern teórica - práctica is assumed as an explanation of reality, running as referential two municipalities in Portugal, for understanding and applications realities community. We review some facts about drugs, their effects and analyzes certain behaviors and confrontation, thus generating some implications for a theory of education. The social educator, specialist library, provide an education of the relationship with the other, a process of communication and cooperation on the difference that exercises of a free and independent thought, reflection, decision and action of construction and humanization of himself and everyone else. It requires a school open, flexible, multidimensional, which dialectically combining knowledge, know-how and knowledge to be a genuine promotion of human progress in all respects. Summary: Based on the significant increase in sedentary and the adequacy of schools in promoting health, in the present study develops, implements and evaluates an intervention program for Health Education from the area of Physical Education in adolescents 3Âş SCS From HEI Aricel (Albolote, Grenada) for a period of 6 months. Measures are being made pretest, post and during the program and design employs a quasi mixed with two control groups (or group FE) and experimental (or group SAI, which apply sessions EF oriented Health), using quantitative methodology and qualitative. It assesses the effects of the intervention program in knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of the students on physical activity-oriented health, the level of physical fitness and body composition of the student body. And on the other hand, evaluates the program itself intervention from the point of view of students and the teacher, through a questionnaire and analysis of daily student and teacher interviews and observations of the students video of the teacher. We get significant improvements in the poor level of knowledge of the students, without significant change in the proper induction attitudes, more oriented towards the process that resulted, or in behavior, the students are more physically active than the both students and are satisfied with the kinds of FE, a view which correlates with the level of physical activity. The level of physical condition improved significantly in both sexes, and must consider the possible effects of development madurativo, and the values of body composition also show a positive effect on the amount of total body fat. Moreover, it corroborates the proper implementation of the intervention program in both groups, concurring opinions of students and teacher: the SAI group says more content receive theoretical and practical activities of the group health EF. Most of the students perceived intensity levels normal and high levels of satisfaction at the meetings also expressed by the teacher, obtaining a large number of feedback given. The reviewed studies on intervention programs at the national and international levels are characterized by their variety and inconsistency in methodological aspects, the difficult realization of direct comparisons. It was a difference of view tiente anglosajona more physical nature, concerned about the increase in intensity at the meetings of FE and other slope europea-australiana of social evaluating psychosocial aspects of nature. Therefore, it envisions the effectiveness associated with the implementation of intervention programs oriented health from the area of Physical Education, with a theoretical methodology of active participation (physical and cognitive) of the students, who provide tools to be autonomous and to facilitate the adoption of healthy habits that will endure in his adult life, contributing to the acquisition of healthy lifestyles in today's society. TRANSMISSION AND ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES THROUGH A PHYSICAL EDUCATION PROGRAM BASED ON THE GAME ENGINE, A GROUP OF STUDENTS FROM FIRST COMPULSORY SECONDARY EDUCATIONAuthor: COLLADO FERNÁNDEZ DIEGO. Year: 2004. University: GRANADA [ www.ugr.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN DE GRANADA. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. Summary: The research applies a program of Physical Education based on the game engine, especially cooperative basis, to transmit and acquire values of respect, responsibility, health and self-esteem. The research appears divided into three sections: Conceptual Framework, Research and Conclusions and Future Prospects. With regard to the first paragraph elaborates on the basic concepts used in the investigation, the Ethical Theory and Moral Theories of Education more important, as in the models, strategies and techniques most often used for this purpose, bringing original curriculum material. On the other hand, he examines the situation of moral crisis in education today, considering its etiology and its special impact on Compulsory Secondary Education (SEE), another section devoted to the values and attitudes that transmits Physical Education. As for the investigation: Displays has been formed by a group of ordinary 1Â º SCS 27 students ESC Ave-Maria San Cristobal de Granada. For the collection of information has been used three instruments: the questionnaire, the daily professor and interview group or panel discussion. The questionnaire has been validated by the Delphi technique and the group interviews was followed protocols established by (Krueger, Muccelli, Callejo, Del Rincon, Vilasante and collaborators. Computer techniques that have been used have been: To analyze the quantitative data, the statistical package SPSS version 11.0 for Windows in providing a descriptive analysis and comparative another by age and gender, as well as an analysis of multivariate correspondence. for analysis of the qualitative data, both of the groups or group interviews as discussion of the newspaper's teacher, we used the program AQUAD-FIVE VERSION 5.1 of GÃ ¼ nter L. Huber of the University of TÃ ¼ bingen. Phases followed were: Organization, Reduction, Consolidation, Interpretation and Discussion. integration has been carried out methodological techniques employed through a triangulation, both qualitative and genetic data from quantitative to ascertain to what extent have covered the objectives of the investigation. Some of the most important findings were: * As to the influence of the mass media, we can see that there is a negative impact of cough, especially television, because the values that are transmitted mainly, are raised for tamizados by adults formed, not for teenagers in training. * The standards set by themselves in a democratic manner, allows for a harmonious coexistence among all due respect to the largest of these. * There has been a substantial change in the behavior of students as to the acceptance of peers, expressed so blunt assumed the responsibility to accept all in its activities, regardless of their abilities - Regarding the perception and acceptance of each other as mime be comprehensive, there has been greater progress in the group of girls than for boys. Regarding * fellow sexes involves maintaining the relationship in pursuit of mutual understanding and mutual development course in solidarity. Getting Value and respect to all fellow sexes as well, showing interest in the other, by other positions and criticism on the other, in turn interact. * About personal hygiene habits, data from the questionnaires, interviews and observations of the teacher groups are strong in boys and girls appeared healthy as a habit consolidated. * The student says lead a healthy life and there has been a change among gives 8 off the 55th questionnaire September and June. change has been strongest in the group of girls. * The intervention program has worked effectively in the elimination of complex behaviors inhibitions and shyness that the students showed in the first group activities the course, which has meant an improvement in terms of achieving this objective. * Self-assessment within the student has been a challenge for the teacher and students, especially when in the course is proposed as a central element around which the entire curriculum development, the work of the securities. THE DEVELOPMENT OF SELF-ESTEEM IN STUDENTS IN SECONDARY EDUCATION COMPULSORY AND GUARANTEE SOCIAL TEACHING PROGRAMAuthor: RODES BRAVO M. LUISA. Year: 2005. University: MURCIA [ www.um.es]. Place of defense: UNIVERSIDAD DE MURCIA. Place of preparation: UNIVERSIDD DE MURCIA. Summary: The self-esteem has a key role in the formation of the individual and this work will be demonstrated experimentally that self-esteem is not only educable but it must also be seen as a very important goal to achieve within the formal curriculum. To do this we must give a new content to believe that self-esteem is a value and proposes a specific program that provides instruction in compulsory secondary education (SCS) and social guarantee. Summary: The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the implementation of the so-called social cognitive theory of career development (Lent, Brown and Hackett, 1994, 2000) to the definition, analysis and explanation of the components of attitudinal training statistics students in disciplines not mathematically oriented. To this end develops an investigation that incorporates both theoretical and empirical approach to the problem, which seeks to contribute to two well-defined areas of research: the occupied domain afectivo-actitudinal in the teaching-learning process of Statistics and developed in educational contexts since cognitive social parameters. The findings appreciate the validity of the theoretical model hipotetizado in the context of the statistical training of students of Psychology, and establish the structure as plausible explanatory proposal and evaluated on a sample of 1036 students from five universities using different models structural Equations (SEM). The willingness of students to use and apply knowledge and skills estadístico-cuantitativos acquired during the bachelor in his future career académico-profesional (intentions of conduct) can be explained satisfactorily defined by the interrelationship between social cognitive factors considered: executions previous achievement in the area of self-efficacy beliefs statistics at this time, expectations of a result and interest in activities that typically require the use of statistical skills. The explanatory model, moreover, generally does not vary according to the university where students pursue their studies nor depending on the point of the educational course in which they are situated. STUDY CLASS MANAGEMENT THROUGH RESEARCH-ACTION. TOWARDS A MORE COMPREHENSIVE TEACHING OF CHEMISTRYAuthor: PERSEGUER ESTEVE M. CARMEN. Year: 2005. University: AUTÓNOMA DE BARCELONA [ www.uab.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN. Summary: The objectives of this work are: designing a new intervention strategy in the classroom (based on experimentation, interdisciplinarity and treatment for diversity), to evaluate it and to show the evolution of the students; validate the classification of the classrooms created by the Tesina before this work (students type Network, Piramidal and Parcelado) and find indicators of the criteria that guide the teaching practice. The research is based theoretically analyzing which are some of the learning difficulties of pupils, which are some of the theories which attempt to substantiate and resolve. In addition reflects on the knowledge that teachers need to address their daily work in the classroom. The study was conducted at the center "Schools Minguella" Badalona, with 28 students 4Â ° SCS, reorganizing appropriations common pilot. The paradigm has been used in the research. The data collection instruments were used at the same time as a tool for teaching-learning (conceptual maps, Head of Gowin). Pupils are followed in two contexts: the personal development and evolution within a group, in the second phase is "homogeneous", that is composed of students from the same profile. The external controls of work have been instrumental in particular the involvement of the same students three years later. After analyzing the data it is concluded that the curriculum planning and methodology in line proposal is necessary and can be carried out. Likewise experimentation accompanied by reflection improves learning degree of experimental models and the introduction of questions productive help build the submodels associated with the Model chemical change. The dynamics of working in homogeneous groups also shows that it is useful and comprehensive management more traditional. We believe that the classification of students in a classroom can be objective to make it useful for improving learning. Our proposal has to do with the effectiveness with which the student assumes the role of student "from the perspective of the teacher. Still classroom management is complex due to the diversity of students and teachers, although both are conditioned by their respective roles. The items that define the profile of a teacher could be considered as a tetrahedron (a specialist -gestor social-manager-human researcher / actuator), which correlates with each of the key features that define the profile of the student and margins management the contents. Summary: The workshop total - is by definition involve all teachers and students ... in carrying out a program or project - is organized from the inclusion of all teachers in the school career. Added to all students of the same students. Based on what Donald Schön called the paradox of learning that is that: ... A student may not, at first understand what they need to learn, you can only learn it formed itself, and can only train himself by starting what still do not understand the full workshop helps speed up the process of learning to collate in a cut-synchronous activity because it is a single day - the methods, resources, ideas implemented in a diachronic in the annual process of the practice of establishing, coupled with a dynamic fast in the management and selection skills of both teachers and students facilitating the interrelationship of the same. Like the other types of workshop-vertical or horizontal-total is based on the thought into action, trying to achieve a significant learning from discovery and appropriation of knowledge by the student, going from practice to understanding something different and promoting participation in the group as much as you individually. In the social context as to the faculty and students resignifiquen their processes of learning, generalizing space and time of mutual sharing. As far as individual generating objects, ideas and feelings, as it mobilizes differently interpersonal relationships, and the work inside. It poses as a different way of conceptualizing the learning-as a short-term activity, including numerous speakers, as well as a competition where competing groups - and a different approach to the relationship between arte-diseño- technology - because it shortens the time of the design process, and the result is a collective construction, where the design problems trying to be real -. Being synchronous, condenses and crystallizes in a court on the teaching / learning process and thus can diagnose the state of the race. Being generates a total space viabiliza the interplay between different levels of proficiency of students and teachers, problematizándolos and putting into question assumptions during an informal practice of the traditional classroom may restructure action strategies, understanding of the issues or ways to make the problems are constructed from the early response to the introduction of a problematic situation of uncertainty, uniqueness and conflict generates in its participants a training and practice different from the reflection in action, a aprestamiento to resolve situations further, where the family situation - that is, solving a problem - which is a precedent, a standard response to the unfamiliar-in the short time of the workshop total. It can contribute to the construction of an epistemology of the practice not only be based on technical soundness derived from the positivist philosophy, but also on knowledge in action and reflection in the action, develop a phenomenology of practice. Based on the results that diagnosed, can stimulate a rethinking in formulating curriculum of the race, to achieve strengthen the training of professionals based on thoughtful ... The learning by doing, tutoring before school, and dialogue between the tutor and the student on mutual reflection on action. 1. Summary: This thesis entitled "Training Program for labor issues postgraduate translation" belongs to the doctoral program theory of translation. Within studies theory of translation, this thesis belongs to two areas: the scope of the professional aspects of the translation and the field of training of translators. In the first chapter of the thesis, in addition to locating our work, we look at the background of the research and classified on the basis of the main factors involved in the work. The first chapter also ofr4ecemos an analysis of sociologists comments on the world of work. In the second chapter, in addition to seeing the needs of graduates, we conducted an initial assessment of the context in which we conduct an investigation. He also talked with coordinating and from the findings of this analysis we could be better targeted research. The exploratory study of the research done in the edition 2004-2005 involving 122 graduate of the following groups: Masters Translation Broadcasting UAB, CAT Masters of the UAB graduate Legal Translation of the UAB graduate of Literary Translation UAB graduate and Correction and Quality Linguistics at the UAB. In the third chapter, we have analyzed and applied theoretical models we use. The overall objective of our research is to "improve training for labor issues studying postgraduate Masters degrees and postgraduate courses for a change in knowledge, skills and attitudes to seek work." To achieve this improvement, design, implement and evaluate a program and we hope to demonstrate the general hypothesis, "with the program that we have designed and implemented in this thesis students improve the knowledge, skills and attitudes to seek work." To evaluate the research we chose to carry out an exploratory study to allow controlling the effect of variables in finding a job. In order to better control the effect of variables, we believe in a design with control groups and experimental groups. They also determine the variables that shape what we wanted to measure. Also, we designed an assessment tool for research: a questionnaire to assess the degree of training in labor issues postgraduate at the beginning and end of the investigation. The improvement program consists of a series of training activities for the insertion labor developed and conducted by teachers and activities proposed in a dossier of activities. All program activities are thought after seeing the results of questionnaires to improve the lowest results, especially in skills and attitudes. The fifth chapter is dedicated to the process of implementation of the improvement program. It is a description of the process and at the same time an evaluation process, and the sixth chapter contains the evaluation of research results. In the results, there is a very noticeable improvement in the skills of the unemployed. The improvement in skills is also remarkable in all groups, in large part thanks to the contents own Masters degrees and postgraduate courses, while comment that the results are higher in skills relating to "know-how" and not so much with " done. " In other words, the data are more positive skills "passive" rather than the "active". Attitudes employability relatively little change with the program, except for the dedication, which increases. If we compare the improvement in knowledge, skills and attitudes which will see improvement in attitudes is that it costs more to improve. The thesis concludes with findings, reflections and general lines of future research. |
