Summary: The process of bologna has established rules for the standardization of higher education in Europe, rolling out new paradigms, which are quality assurance and the importance dela training throughout life. The objective of this study is inserted into these postemáticas, pretending to know whether the postgraduate course "communication and image" of IADE (Lisbon) manages quality education. The methodology used was based on the EFQM model. We consulted the satisfaction of the various actors involved: Students, teachers, coordinator of the course, people management and leadership and the opinion of actors outside the institution. The results indicate a positive widespread satisfaction with the organization curricular and pedagogical and unequivocally reveal an impact of internal and external quality.
