Summary: Educational policy as sisciplina academic independent of the matrix of political science is relatively young. In Spain, joining the university curriculum is produced in the seventies to become, under the name of "Educational Policy and Legislation," a meteria backbone in the curriculum reform of 1992. This short explain academic tradition that still has not been addressed with sufficient breadth and depth the issue of its estaturo epistemological and continue to be regarded as an aspect of science pilítica generally integrated into it as an appendix that is coordinated with other perspectives that shape policy overall a given society, we plenateado therefore, if the Educational Policy is a desciplina academic who has evolved enough to settle into a construct capable of constituerse as science autonomous integrated in the overall education sciences. In this sense, we try to show that politics Education has already reached the status of scientific autonomy beyond its pragmatic development, and that it is possible to justify its validity if we updated the epistemological framework traditionally assumed by modernity in the quest for scientific specialization budgets and assume new epistemological able to understand reality in its complexity. Having a theoretical our investigation, we used a metodogía of historical conceptual analysis, looking at the rigor of the arguments the means to avoid, as far as possible, the dangers of subjective interpretations. The argument critical -racional we tried to reconcile personal point of view with the standard of objectivity and universality. The methodology used in the workplace is in the tradition began in Miletus by initiating Such attitudes sound critical discussion of the theories and explanations in order to discover their weaknesses in order to improve them and whose research program outlined in a poetic Jenófanes " The gods do not reveal all the men from the beginning, but they, searching. To discover the best time. " In order to establish the internal coherence of the arguments we started a heuristic analysis of the diverse reasons, procedimintos evidence and arguments used to evaluarías as objective arguments whose results can be rated as a sound performance in terms of the research program since they have been ralizados, so that the outcome of the investigation would not be prejudged on the assumption game, but outside their own scientific research which forced us to change our views and confirm or deny this hopótesis. The development of research has led us to put in the new paradigm epostemológico of complexity, from which you can restore the unity of knowledge still split in two cultures, and from which you can justify and legitimize the scientific nature of education policy as a way of understanding and sensitive to the uncertainty with a focus tansdisciplinar superador both the methodological reductionism as the old split between educational theory and practice enables us to answer the question about What is really education policy? It is a young science of education that assumes a transdisciplinary approach in the study of complex educational reality.

The other main source comes from the psychology and is the Systemic Therapy. We have chosen for the comprehensive study carried out on family relationships. From it we have collected the study on the functionality family and the establishment of relationships of quality. Subsequently we have dialogue clarifying both reflections, thus terms that could result in confusion and make the matrix necessary for the study of a person from one of the primary relationships. We entered each of the modalities relational family: conyugalidad, parentalidad, filación, brotherhood and reflecting the same belonging to a family. Ultimately, we have tried to describe how it affects the community as personal development, in particular how influences how to establish good relations or damage to the person. For this we have focused on the family because it is the first community that welcomes everyone.

Introducing initially what we mean by human sexuality in a broad sense and human sexuality in particular child. To do so, we have relied on tradition sexológica and sexology as a framework of discipline. The Model Made Sexual Human Amezúa, from which proposes the holistic understanding of human sexuality, is the general framework on which we have integrated aspects relating specifically to child sexuality, as we have tried to do with the proposals explanatory model sexoanalítico coupled with recent publications from evolutionary models and socio-cognitivos. The second track of the work relates to school context. We understand that at present, is the emerging paradigm communicative, immersed in the great paradigms denominated critics, which in a concise manner requires major social goals of education together with some of the conditions and indications for the transformation of existing realities. An example contextualized and defined the practice advocated by this paradigm what we see in the educational experience called "Learning Communities". One of the educational innovations that currently, in our view, offers strategies for joint action by the educational community to overcome inequalities in the information society. The last paragraph of the work relates to the proposal to move forward in conjunction with the track work cited: sexuality and child reality school. Our proposal assumes as core objectives of its membership both equal educational unquestionable basis of all human beings, as the difference between the sexes, hinge of sex education and their discipline matrix, sexology.

  • PATTERNS OF TRANSMISSION OF VALUES WITHIN THE FAMILY

    Year: 2004.
    University: MURCIA [www.um.es].

Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE EDUCACIÓN.
Summary: The present study examines the perception of values, and specifically the value of responsibility on the part of parents and children, as well as patterns of assimilation and transmission used by the children. To support the empirical study is done, in theory, a tour of key concepts such as the family, considering natural habitat for the transmission of values, courage, transmission and communication, among others. We proceed from the assumption that parents use patterns of transmission of values within the family that are not effectively treated by their children as they show a little background values. Both the absence of references, such as the rejection of values branded as backward, the influence materialistic and hedonistic, and the difficulty that the transmission of values behaves, being an experiential learning and not theoretical, appear to be the basis of this deficiency securities children. For verification of these assumptions are set these goals: make a family closer to the reality of high school students from a private college concluded in the region, establish the influence of family factors in the transmission of values and understanding of the relationship patterns of transmission between family values and their appropriation by the children. A study of this type requires a direct experience with the protagonists of this investigation, that is, parents and students. It had conducted a qualitative research, through personal interviews and case studies. Among the most visible results will include: children are the most important thing for parents, but many parents express being unprepared to educate their children. They abdication of responsibility by ignorance, lack of time or convenience. Its task is limited, in many instances, to ensure their health and their performance at school, but the children say añorar dialogue and the active presence of their parents at home. Parents choose a private college concluded, not by his Catholic confessionalism, but looking for a protected environment for their children, while also covering their educational deficiencies as a parent. Among the patterns analyzed, reflecting greater positive impact in terms of transmitting values to their children: the atmosphere of affection, dialogue and moral climate, the example of parents, their own values, and their educational styles (among which highlights the democratic, its effectiveness). By degracia Many parents use a new style of education, the overprotection, which is to avoid any frustration for the children, without realizing that they are instilling in them the idea that the most important thing is their personal well-being, results school without effort and little concern for the good of others. Being a qualitative research, is not intended to reach scientific conclusions but to describe and interpret the concept of accountability and its manifestations in a particular group ethnographic. What it has been achieved, tarvés survey results, is to verify the assumptions and objectives of those who started: there is a dichotomy between the teaching of values by parents and their assimilation by of the children. Most of the students interviewed perceived responsibility differently from their parents and are aware that their implementation is less than it should. Parents do not establish, in many cases, the appropriate conditions for effective transmission: personal example, dialogue, affection, cooperation with the school, to advise on their parents' work, clarity in the choice of values and efficiency in the way of transmission: tracking the above, importance of personal effort, promoting use of free time in constructive work from the point of view of staff and selfless assistance to others. In conclusion, the study shows that, taking into account the limitations and personal freedom 8 each 3af one, the children seem to respond more responsibility in different areas of ordinary life, are those whose parents live in a home together, talk to their children values and transmit them through personal example and the everyday details in the home.

Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS DELA EDUCACIÓN Y PSICOLOGÍA.
Summary: This dissertation includes a job histórico-descriptivo and etnocrítico around processes enculturación of youth. Based on the idea that there has been more than one youth throughout history, and from a cross logic typically postmodena, describes several stories that relate to several youths setting, in turn, a proper balance with which generic it is this non-discrimination of women in history. The work is divided into three parts differentiated according to the three objectives that are developed: First, it describes the processes enculturación of different types of young people throughout history from the cultural products of each era. Secondly, he examines the emergence of youth culture itself when youth starts to be considered a separate category anthropological, and consuming creative ways of life and culture that can reinforce or oppose the traditional processes (family and school) enculturación and socialization. Finally, we examine the current youth subcultures to develop a pedagogy of youth that meets the needs of theoretical orientation and socio-afectiva of new generations and help mature according to the terms of the system to which they belong from a perspective diverse and eclectic, which makes the behavior of a juvenile form of civilized coexistence in a multicultural cities of the twenty-first century. The development of these three objectives has required the use of a methodology eclectic and interdisciplinary study, in which the analysis and study of the cultural productions of every age are at the basis of the choice of models. Thus, the use of literature has prevailed over the first part of the dissertation, including various genres such as poetry, fiction or philosophical essays. Given that until the eighteenth century dominated a kind of literature in which they extol the experiences, adventures and passions of characters belonging to the aristocratic world, youth and processes enculturación to which we have just referring parties, especially, culture aristocratic of different societies. From romanticism addresses conflicts own young men and women of the middle class with which they are introduced, along with literature, the use of the opera, understood as a cultural event and popular force in the nineteenth century. The jump to the description of the youth of the twentieth century mark as the use of film as anthropological document. That is why we are beginning to talk about youth and processes enculturación of young people from the 50's when the film develops the image of the birth of youth culture on a global scale, a phenomenon that would help boost the industry and pop mass where he eventually finding all social classes. Finally, the description of the youth subcultures today with the arrival of postmodernism explodes in a individualism personality difficult to classify, so not only continues to use cinema as a study and analysis, it introduces case studies and an original field of anthropology in cyberspace. The thesis concludes with some suggestions for developing a pedagogy that can adapt to the characteristics of socio young men and women of the twenty-first century.

The study consists of three parts: The first is the theoretical framework based on a use of what works in Foucauldian and deleuziana allows interrogate forms of aesthetic experience and practices, objects and speeches that make up the subjective . In the second, using this framework to analyze certain works of art that have to think about the experience of the body. And in the third part problematized the formation of the aesthetic experience of school, starting with a field research carried out in institutions of art in Barcelona, which highlights the difficulties presented by these institutions to generate consistent with the teaching practices aesthetic practices with the fiddle.
