In a literature review, it has developed a tool for assessing the academic program. Once prepared the first assessment tool has been moved to the validation of the same. First validation has been carried out by judges, both within the university and outside it. With the results of the same has made a final evaluation. With the instrument already made, it has gone to a concurrent assessment of the same. This evaluation has been dear to analyze the assessment tool together both relating to the valuation of the students on the teaching of the course, as the internal relations that have different part of the program. Specifically, we evaluated: Relationship between valuation of the program and the evaluation of students. Relationship between different parts of the program. Study the bibliographies recommended. Finally there has been a qualitative assessment on the opinion of the students on teaching and on different parts of the program (how to run, how they are carried out) to see what is the perception of students in teaching university. CONCLUSIONS importance of the Program as a translation of the programming. The programming depends on the teacher training faculty. A good programming and good design didactic both good programs and good teaching. Good programming can produce a good teaching directly without the need of programming. There is significant statistical relationship between poor and poor teaching directly from the same design with a bad Programming and therefore a bad program. The Program of a subject is important in several respects: the thought and teaching design, which will affect the training of teachers teaching, and therefore in the teaching faculty. Therefore, an improvement in teaching practice will improve educational outcomes and training. The evaluation of the course is useful both for a Self Assessment as a Hetero-evaluación peer (ANECA, Office of Planning). In conclusion or result of this thesis has been prepared by the Instrument for Review and Evaluation Programs University Lecturers. A tool to aid teaching and reflection, of 57 items, divided into three levels of importance, which serve to give an evaluation and reflection about the nature of the programs.
