SOURCES OF STRESS, BURNOUT SYNDROME AND DYSFUNCTIONAL ATTITUDES IN GUIDING HIGH SCHOOL.Author: RUBIO JIMENEZ JESÚS CARLOS. Year: 2002. University: EXTREMADURA [ More theses of this university] [ www.unex.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE EDUCACIÓN. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE EDUCACIÓN - UNIVERSIDAD DE EXTREMADURA. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#107960 Summary: The purpose of this study was to know the characteristics of Burnout in school counselors and analyzing the relationships between Burnout and a large variable. The study was conducted on a sample of 65 subjects --- to 69.4% of the population of HEI Extremadura. 1978). The results noted qu eel 36.9% of the sample arise disturbing levels of Burnout (levels of "extreme and fairly" Burnout), indicating that the situation in some counselors can be alarming. When we analyze the realaciones between burnout and attitudes disfucionales find meaningful relationships, concluding that it is necessary to vindicate the close relationship between attitudes and dysfunctional syndrome Burnout. Our results support the cognitive approaches stress, which accentuate the importance of personal beliefs and attitudes, and which stipulate that much of the stress comes from the way that people think and valued situciones --- that the court cognitive therapy can provide useful tools to face --- and treatment Burnout.
STUDY OF ANXIETY AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN PATIENTS WITH RESERVOIR ILEOANALAuthor: SANCHEZ SANTOS RAQUEL. Year: 2003. University: BARCELONA [ More theses of this university] [ www.ub.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE MEDICINA. Place of preparation: UNIVERSIDAD DE BARCELONA. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#107447 Summary: HIPÃâTESIS The proctocolectomÃÂa total restorative through a reservoir ileoanal is a intervenciÃÂ charges that can provide a good quality of life, regardless of patologÃÂa of the bat is shown that intervenciÃÂ ³ n. In patients with a reservoir ileonal there is a significant relaciÃÂ charges between their levels of anxiety, the results of reservoir Functional and Quality of Life. ALL PATIENTS AND MÃâ ° were considered for the study all patients between July 1986 and Mayor 2002. Excluded were not cumplÃÂan monitoring mÃÂnimo (6 months), were not controlled in our center, tenÃÂan patologÃÂa psiquiÃÂ ¡trica or had other patologÃÂas partner. We included 107 patients, 88 with colitis Ulcerosa or Indeterminada and 19 with Polyposis Family ColÃÂ ³ nica. It realizÃÂ ³ prospective collection of data demogrÃÂ ¡Features, caracterÃÂsticas operative, postoperative complications and long-term. Using a cross-sectional study was remitiÃÂ ³ a patient questionnaires standardized functional outcomes (ÃÂndice of Ãâresland) Anxiety (STAI) and Quality of Life (SIBDQ) with a ÃÂndice response of 89.7%. Studies were performed with univariados and multivariate model RegresiÃÂ ³ n Linear MÃÂ fourth ltiple. RESULTS postoperative morbidity was 32.7%. The long-term complications: Stenosis 9.5%, reservoritis crÃÂ ³ nica: 15.9%, fÃÂstula reservorio-vaginal 4.7%, fÃÂstula anal: 15.9%, sepsis pÃÂ © lvica 9.3%, oclusiÃÂ ³ n 5.6 %. The 87.8% of the reservoirs are still functioning, a 10.3% were removed and 1.9% estÃÂ ¡n defuncionalizados. With regard to functional outcome: the average ÃÂndice of Ãâresland was 4.88 (+ / -3.19), the average depositions 5.36 (+ / -2.48), depositions evening 0.95 ( + / - 1.01); urgency defecatoria estÃÂ Do this in a 13.1%, difficulties evacuatorias at 15.9%, fouling Night 27.4% fouling daytime 5.6%, pruritus anal 5.6% , incontinence gas 30.5%, restrictions dietÃÂ © cies 47.7%, medicaciÃÂ ³ n astringent: 55.1%, abdominal pain: 5.6%, social handicap: 31.8%. The complications that have been associated with the extirpaciÃÂ charges in anÃÂ ¡lisis multivariate have been fÃÂstula reservorio-vaginal (OR = 4.49), fÃÂstula anal (OR = 4.41) and sepsis pÃÂ © lvica (OR = 5 , 53). In anÃÂ ¡lisis multivariate complications that have been associated with functional consequences have been stenosis with the difficulty for evacuaciÃÂ ³ n (OR: 17.8), reservoritis with the increase in total deposits (greater 5/dÃÂa) (OR: 1.48) and the social handicap (OR = 2.6); and fÃÂstula reservoriovaginal with handicap social (OR = 3.67). Trait Anxiety levels in patients with reservoir ileonal have generally been similar to those expected in the poblaciÃÂ ³ n normal (Med: p45). In anÃÂ ¡lisis univariate relate to an increase in the Trait Anxiety sepsis pÃÂ © lvica, handicap and social diagnÃÂ ³ stico. This relaciÃÂ charges remains in the multivariate study. Patients with Polyposis Family ColÃÂ ³ nica levels of Anxiety mÃÂ ¡s higher than those of colitis Ulcerosa and ÃÂ © stos that patients with Crohn's Disease. Anxiety levels have been located in State ranks slightly lower than expected for poblaciÃÂ ³ n normal (Med: p40). In anÃÂ ¡lisis univariate relate to an increase in State Anxiety: increased 2 depositions night largest 4 depositions daytime, social handicap, abdominal pain, sepsis pÃÂ © lvica, handicap social and Trait Anxiety. In anÃÂ ¡lisis multivariate the variables that have mÃÂ ¡s relaciÃÂ charges with the State Anxiety is the Trait Anxiety, which cancels the relaciÃÂ charges of the other variables functional with the State Anxiety, which suggests that personality is a key to determine the effect of the functional alterations on Anxiety. The diagnÃÂ ³ stico appears as a variable estadÃÂsticamente significantly exceeded the levels of anxiety in patients with polyposis Family ColÃÂ ³ nica. The quality of life is very good in the mayorÃÂa of patients (Med 54). In anÃÂ ¡univariate lysis, the variables that diminish the quality of life are: increased 4 depositions total increased 2 depositions night incontinence gas leaks night, the social handicap. At performs 8 r anÃÂ ¡89th lysis multivariate, the variable that is most relaciÃÂ charges with the Quality of Life and which nullifies the effect of the variables is the functional Anxiety State, being the ratio correlaciÃÂ ³ n-0734. CONCLUSIONS The proctocolectomÃÂa total restorer is a procedure quirÃÂ fourth rgico provided in the mayorÃÂa of patients with a good quality of life, independent of patologÃÂa base by which it performs intervenciÃÂ ³ n quirÃÂ fourth rgica. The functional long-term study of patients with a reservoir ileoanal presents correlaciÃÂ charges with their quality of life and can identify certain functional disorders that contribute to deterirarla. The levels of anxiety constitute the main determinant of the quality of life in our study. The close relaciÃÂ charges between functionalism of the reservoir, levels of anxiety the patient and the direct influence of ÃÂ © stos in their quality of life, suggests a possible vÃÂa terapÃÂ © utica, which modulate farmacolÃÂ ³ gicamente anxiety, we can substantially improve your Quality of Life. Sepsis pÃÂ © lvica and fÃÂstulas have constituted the main causes of failure of the intervenciÃÂ ³ n in our series. Sepsis has shown a remarkable increase in the burden anxious patient. The levels of anxiety for pacietnes with diagnÃÂ ³ stico secondary Crohn's disease are lower than those of patients with colitis Ulcerosa or polyposis Family ColÃÂ ³ nica, introducing ademÃÂ ¡s a good quality of life. Patients with Polyposis Family ColÃÂ ³ nica have submitted levels of State and Trait Anxiety significantly higher than those diagnosed with colitis Ulcerosa. But in terms of quality of life does not have significant differences existed between the two diagnÃÂ ³ sticos. SOCIAL SKILLS IN NURSING: PROPOSAL FOR AN INTERVENTION PROGRAMAuthor: PADES JIMÉNEZ ANTONIA. Year: 2003. University: ISLAS BALEARES [ More theses of this university] [ www.uib.es]. Place of defense: PSICOLOGÍA. Place of preparation: EDIFICIO GUILLEM CIFRE DE COLONYA. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#107754 Summary: The sexes nurses suffer high levels of stress and burnour. The effects of stress depend on various factors, including the skills, abilities and resources to have the person (student / professional ay). The two groups provide useful tools (Social Skills) to feel safer, improve social competence and contribute to the development of social skills (HH.SS) motor and cognitive and thus alleviate and prevent the stress response has been that sparked the initial interest in this investigation. The overall purpose is to evaluate the effectiveness of a program of training in skills Social (EHS), designed and aimed at students of the third year of nursing (EHS-ae) from the University of them llles Balears and nurses (EHS- pe) in the area of primary and specialized de Mallorca. The design has been quasi-experimental control group not equivalent measures and graduate., Which studied four groups (with Student Engagement. Control Students, professionals Intervention and Control Professionals). The assessment tools are issues that reflect socio-demographic variables, and academic professionals and the Scale of Social Skills (Gismero, 2000). The total sample study were 377 subjects, 314 students and 63 professionals, whose average age is 25.99 years (SD9, 05) and the 74.4% being women. The students were divided into 282 subjects (students with intervention) and 82 (Student Control). Professionals with Intervention are 44 subjects and 19 belong to the group Professional Control. Programs EHS used are of short duration (type seminar) and contain structured exercises and grouped into different categories of response. Applying EHS-ae took place after its pilot during the course 2000-2001, 2001-2002 and 2002-2003, and the EHS-pe during February and June 2002. The results obtendios indicate that only subjects undergoing training conditions Students improved their performance by increasing their HH SS. The EHS-pre has been effective and suitable for professionals with Intervention Factor 1 (Autoexpresión in social status) and the score for Global. It concludes that the EHS has been significantly effective for the collective. Students with speech. So even with the constraints represented by this seminar format seems appropriate to incorporate it into the academic curriculum. The EHS-pe seems to be a promising and useful tool for improving the overall level of HH.SS and some specific aspects. LONG-TERM EFFECTS OF ACUTE EXPOSURE TO ORGANOPHOSPHORUS COMPOUNDS.Author: CAÑADAS PEREZ FERNANDO. Year: 2003. University: ALMERÍA [ More theses of this university] [ www.ual.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE HUMANIDADES Y CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCAICÓN. Place of preparation: UNIVERSIDAD DE ALMERIA. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#110676 Summary: The organophosphorus compounds are chemicals widely used in agriculture and industry. Its main mechanism of action is inhibition of acetylcholinesterase, but have a wide range of targets of toxicity. The neurotoxic effects of exposure to organophosphorus agents include cholinergic syndrome, intermediate syndrome, neuropathy and delayed processes tolerance due to repeated exposure. Under various circumstances, exposure to these compounds has been associated with the development of cognitive deficits and emotional disorders. These effects have often been studied in laboratory animals, and immediately after repeated or chronic exposure. They are also frequent clinical studies in humans show that the existence of neuropsychological disorders persistent time after exposure or poisoning agents organojosforados. This work was carried out with two main objectives. First, by an animal model, the existence of persistent cognitive effects following exposure to doses not symptomatic of organophosphate chlorpyrifos. Secondly, in terms characterize psychological effects found, as well as establish its time course. The first objective was covered by a series of three experiments in which they used a task space acquisition repeated in the maze of water, two or four trials. The performance evaluation of the animals was carried out to 6 months after the end of therapy with one or two doses not symptomatic of clorpirifós. On the next series, which aims to explore the second of our goals, three experiments were conducted. The animals were injected with a single dose of 250 mg / kg clorpirifós and evaluated in different experiments, at 48 hours, 6 months and 11 months after the injection. They recorded a wide range of variables to characterize the effects found. The results of both series revealed alterations and persistent delayed after exposure to doses not symptomatic of clorpirifós. This seems to produce organophosphorus persistent deficits in spatial working memory and delayed alterations in memory reference.
THE CERDANYA A CIUTAT TO TOMBANT OF MIL.LENI? METAMORFOSI DE L'ESPAI, I IDENTITAT THE PAISATGE CERDÀAuthor: Vivas i Elias Josep. Year: 2003. University: AUTÓNOMA DE BARCELONA [ More theses of this university] [ www.uab.es]. Place of defense: Facultat de Psic. Dep. Psic. Social. Place of preparation: Facultat de Psicologia. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#112680 Summary: This argument is raised in the form of travel and, therefore, is full of paths through the experience of oneself as a citizen / a, in particular on field trips to learn specific stages of the individuals lived in bridging different areas everyday, etc.. All this becomes the fundamentals that show a particular vision (of the many visions that a person can get) how the reality of Cerdanya has evolved over the last century, focusing primarily on its final leg and, highlighting abundantly, striking metamorphoses over the last two decades from the proliferation over the territory ceretano, the phenomenon of second homes (particularly since the inauguration of the tunnel Kadi ). Likewise, we try to analyze how the forms and the social interactions of the region have âevolucionadoâ within the meaning loved and desired by civility and by the technique, ie emphasize the importance that has had the metropolis barcelonina and technology in social evolution of the district. What we are trying to explain this is how the city has spread along the Catalan territory, displaying his arrival in the Cerdanya and guess what the impact of this arrival at the space, landscape and identity ceretana. Ultimately, what we are trying to describe how the speech is the city has been imposed, has been instituted, along the demarcation Catalan how the word urban has taken shape in all its forms and expressions, how the words of city have moved to places that, until recently, were extremely or sections of the metropolis. To be able to explain in the fifth trip which has been this metamorphosis, we will initiate previously theoretical reflection that revolve around four concepts: space, the city landscape and social identity, which are analyzed and repensados from the standpoint of an Environmental Psychology Review (labeled here as Psychology Environmental Espacializada). Thus, we propose four different trips, which are a part of the same routes that me, "I" has to write the volume (of words) this campaign. The strategy we use to make memory and recall more clearly these movements, and also to help you in your voyages (if you leéis work sometime), is that the word (written or visual) to take the maximum possible role. So what is written is a kind of tourist guide on these trips, understood it in the purest sense of the term, ie that guide full of information, itineraries and pictures on the most significant and symbolic we have visited or that you have to visit. To some extent, this document will become a kind of album filled with photographs, with brief explanations of theory and everyday on space, the city landscape and social identity. At the end of each of these four trips find a kind of end point (by way of summary) on these voyages seeking to emphasize, highlight and / or relate any specific aspect or concept of the journey with the issue at hand: the transformation of Cerdanya in town limits. Thus relate each paragraph, say more theoretical, with the reality ceretana today. So trip: First, for the space in which problematizamos about the same as an entity that is beyond us, that is divorced from our "I" and as a continuity between the individual and social spaces. This will be the main argument to raise an initial criticism of the Environmental Psychology is determined to separate the two spaces (the person with the environment). From this criticism, we present various notions about space and explain what its elements, marking the difference between space as a "container" and space as a "relationship". Screened this difference, we emphasize that the space is mainly the place where the word can be deployed, and therefore, there is, clearly, an 8 to sinoni 1972 mia between space and reality. That's when we discovered that everything around us has a meaning, but at the same time, also has become less always done this to happen. In order to give this significamentación space, we introduce the concept of place, and also how it is lost on no places or "hot step." We ended this first trip introducing the current space of flows as a result of the constant mobility which occurs in the interior of this space today thanks to the elements and features, explaining why the area is the scene of great public discourse. Second, for the city, where a detailed description of the different fragments of which consists, contextualized in the labeling time of globalization. The first argument is the dissolution of the city along the Catalan territory, how it has become unattainable in the field of vision of Amelie and how the city is dead. The second piece notes, to show the city a size so wide, that now it may be strange to us, we can fall into the trap of not very well understand and interpret what that tells us (because of this change of scale and dimensions ). It is then when we raised the "old" and "beautiful" practice walking around town to pick up again and understand what it is we are whispering. In a third of the city we are at a level hiper-real, ie in the post-modern city built on the basis of a constant delusion of metaphors and symbols today. At sobreinterpretar the city in this way will require that we situemos again in the context of the street in order to understand the fourth portion of the city: one that tells about the daily life of the same and, in the fifth, the most romantic part of this trip: the city of light. To end this journey you intend to visit a new portion of the metropolis: the city limits, as part of which it is located right on the edge of it. Discover, therefore, is how this model city, and to end the Cerdanya will be presented as an example of this type of town, bearing in mind that this region of the Pyrenees, after reading our journey, and there whoever lost charm of the original. Thirdly, by the landscape and, in the context of the current urban reality, we will discover that it has become a large decorated serving as background to our social interactions. The landscape in postmodernism, it is understood as a spectacle and a simulation. Based on this idea, in this third trip, we will take a position within the Environmental Psychology Traditional to present different concepts of this concept. From here, raise, once again, a critique from a position constructionist and explain the landscape from this perspective as a cultural product, as a word, as a textual form and as the channel through which passes the time and merger historical and social horizons. At the end of this trip will deepen the metaphor for the seduction of landscape and proceed to understand the latter as a commercial and tourist resort. Fourth, the social identity. We stop again at the Environmental Psychology Traditional to reflect, in short, has studied how this discipline, from a wealth of concepts, the relationship espacio-identidad society. Expuestas these notions raise a criticism constructionist way to connect to this space and social identity, and therefore, again, we will give importance to the role that language plays in the construction of social identity and collective. In a second part of this trip divagaremos the world symbolic of the house and the county, since from anthropology and other disciplines, consider these social constructs as structural parts of the collective identities county. In the last pages of this journey exhibiremos what are the elements that make up what we have appointed collective identity ceretana and presenting some identities that are very fashionable in the context of the information society and knowledge: the nomads. These four trips are not the only ones who should do. Also, of course, you can enjoy a journey through the Cerdanya: by the "before" and "now". It will be the fifth trip that I propose. To do so, not only will resort to pictures and words (used as a resource in previous trips) but also have poems, novels, articles, editorial, etc.. Even, in a table (the painted oil). All these resources will enable us to reconstruct how the region was at the beginning of the previous century, and also help us build what the region in the context of the post-modern city. Finished these five trips we can think of a new type of Environmental Psychology (in the course of travel iréis finding various tracks) problematice and highlighting the role of speeches, the words of the texts ... In explaining the phenomena and processes psicoambientales, an Environmental Psychology that takes into account the social, historical and cultural at the time to find out what are the consequences or effects of the homogenization of the territory, space, landscape and the social identity, an Environmental Psychology truly analyze the environmental concepts within the realities in which they are given, in a final Environmental Psychology explore definitely interaction between our "yos and the environment that surrounds they (since there will no longer be possible separation between them). THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK MECHANISM AS THE BASIS OF CHANGING MENTAL PREPARATIONAuthor: GONZÁLEZ HERNÁNDEZ ANTONIO. Year: 2003. University: GRANADA [ More theses of this university] [ www.ugr.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE PSICOLOGÍA. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE PSICOLOGÍA. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#115823 Summary: When you must switch between two tasks is usually a deterioration in performance (either an increase or a decrease of TR for the accuracy) at the moment you change the task B. This deterioration in performance is known as "cost per job change." When changing task is so predictable costs while still appearing subjects are able to anticipate change and have sufficient time to prepare. This is what is known as residual component of the cost. At present experiments we conducted a thorough analysis of this manifestation of the cost. The classic scenario on this subject (Stimulus-cued-completion assumptions, Rongers & Monsell, 1995) said that factors are related to the emergence of new stimulus who complete the reconfiguration. In contrast, our hypothesis, based on the implementation of response, predicts a disappearance of the cost only when running an answer relevant to the task. The execution of this response to exogenous shot mechanism that would complete the reconfiguration mentally to deal with the new task adequately. We present seven experiments in which we explore the responsibility of the stimulus, response, or both as a trigger mechanism of this exogenous of reconfigruación. Our experiments show that it is necessary to implement a response from bivalent character, which produces a degree of uncertainty, in order to complete the reconfiguration process Mental required to execute the new task adequately. THOUGHT DISTORTED ANALYSIS OF THE SENSITIVITY TO FRUSTRATION IN A SAMPLE OF SCHOOL ATHLETES.Author: CHAPADO DE LA CALLE FERNANDO. Year: 2004. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#108902 Summary: It examines the construct of the frustration from a global point of view to subsequently focus on the cognitive perspective. Since this is the frustration with a bad adaptation to the environment after a conflict. It provides a sense of reality desadaptada, distorisionada. That emotional coping assesses the factors that are at coping emotional problems: creativity, impulsiveness, empathy and goal setting. This test was developed Ability Afrontamiento Emotional Deportivo (THAED). Empleándose a population of 992 subjects from three public schools and one private. The following variables were analyzed sample: age, sex, social status (public school or privado9 category of sport (sport curriculum, amateur sport and sport basis), modadlidad Sports: (individual or group), type of sport. For statistical analysis using the chi-square, T Studente, ANAVA and proof Post Hoc Sheffé, analyzed by statistical package SPSS. The results obtained in our research are that: Creativity is a key factor in the emotional coping and adaptation. seems to prevail against the emotional content cognitive coping emotionally. occurs some decompensation in physical education in favor of private schools versus the public (Devís, 2000). practice of a sport as a "profession" , favors the development of the factors commented. Age alone does not guarantee development of the factors studied, and on the other hand seems to be a development of the same with sports education. DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE AUTOKONTZEPTU FISIKOAREN ITAUNKETA (AFI) AUTOCONCEPTO PHYSICALAuthor: ESNAOLA ECHANIZ IGOR. Year: 2004. Summary: The physical has always been seen as an important part of self-image, but its specific study is based on the eighties. Although its multidimensional nature is accepted by theorists and researchers, how many and which are the subdomains that comprise it remains an issue open for discussion, while an issue critical to the construction of questionnaires, as the scales were drafted obviously according to the subdomains that you want to measure. Also, from an educational perspective is a very important issue, because the modifiability of autoconcepto increases with the subdomains are more specific. It's thesis has two overall objectives. On the one hand, developing a questionnaire to measure in the Basque language specifically autoconcepto physical, Autokontzeptu Fisikoaren Itaunketa (AEF). This responds to the need to fill a gap detected, since there are no specific questionnaires to measure the physical self-image or in Spanish or in the Basque language, so it was a goal both from relevant theoretical perspectives and from practical concerns. The questionnaire consists of six scales: the physical ability, physical fitness, physical attraction, the strength, the physical self-image and self-image overall. The second overall objective has been validating the questionnaire. This reflects, on the one hand, the purpose of building a reliable and valid questionnaire, and secondly, the possibility of advancing the understanding of theoretical physicist autoconcepto analyzing the possible relationships with multiple variables sociopersonales. The number of people who have participated in this research is a sample of 1,893 subjects if we take into consideration the different stages of development and validation. Tests have confirmed that the questionnaire gathers psychometric properties suitable for use: the internal consistency, as measured by the Cronbach alpha, ranging from .8145 to the scale autoconcepto general and .9021 of the scale of physical self-image. As for the factor analysis, while women in the sample were found three factors, in the sample of males were found four factors hipotetizados as internal structure of the physical self-image. The results revealed differences on the basis of gender in the physical self-image in adolescence, and young adulthood for boys, ie women are perceived worse than boys. However, the elderly have not been found statistically significant differences. As for sports, those who practice any physical activity or sport are perceived better than not practicing at all scales of AEF: physical ability, physical condition, physical attractiveness, strength, self-image and self-image physical. Age also has been a significant variable, resulting in a development differently depending on the subdomain autoconcepto physical analyzed. Moreover, it has been confirmed that the self-image of physical correlates significantly with healthy lifestyle, ie subjects that lead healthier lifestyles as not smoking, not drinking alcohol, healthy eating, etc., are the ones who better perceived physically. Finally, the self-image of physical correlates inversely with eating disorders and aesthetic models corporal. Subjects which have low scores on physical self-image is the most likely to suffer from eating disorders. Similarly, subjects who have a poor perception of their physical self-image are the ones who are most affected by the influenciabilidad of 8 models 2b7 aesthetic corporal. RELATIONS OF POWER, SPACE AND SUBJECTIVE PRACTICES FREEDOM. PEDIGREE ANALYSIS OF A TRANSFORMATION OF GENDERAuthor: AMIGOT LEACHE PATRICIA. Year: 2004. University: AUTÓNOMA DE BARCELONA [ More theses of this university] [ www.uab.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE PSICOLOGÍA. Place of preparation: ESCUELA DE POSTGRADO. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#109562 Summary: The thesis focuses on the analysis of the social and historical constitution of subjective area, giving special significance to both the political dimension, namely the production and regulation of identity through relationships of power, as devices that shape gender subject generizados. Entroncada in the field of Social Psychology Review work also poses a transdisciplinary. Based on a review of the concept of epistemological subject Modernity and Post-modernity, the thesis focuses on the work of Michel Foucault and Judith Butler, in addition to other authors of academic feminism, to explore the processes of subjectivation and subject for a hand, and agency and freedom on the other. It specifically emphasizes the irreducible tension between these two poles. Finally, the thesis deals with the analysis of a concrete process of transformation of gender, starring a group of women "housewives" and working class that so intesubjetiva and in the context of an institution called "Points Promotion Women and popular culture "resignificaron through discursive practices and non-discursive their gender. It explores the tension between power and resistance and the elements that allowed an actual increase it, generating greater prosperity and autonomy. EVALUATION OF PERSONAL AND FAMILY SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES AT RISK PSYCHOSOCIALAuthor: MARTIN QUINTANA JUAN CARLOS. Year: 2004. University: LA LAGUNA [ More theses of this university] [ www.ull.es]. Place of defense: FACULTAD DE PSICOLOGIA. Place of preparation: FACULTAD DE PSICOLOGIA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD DE LA LAGUNA. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#110260 Summary: The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of a training program for fathers and mothers of families at risk for psychosocial be used by educators family of the municipal social services. It is a program that continues to experience a methodology for the training of parents and responding to a model community and psychoeducational family intervention. We performed for the evaluation of the program both a summative evaluation or training as another product or process. The summative evaluation, it was intended to test the effectiveness of the program from the earnings pre-post test and contrast with a control group, analyzing the implicit theories, the agency staff (set of competencies that reflect the way in which parents and mothers perceive and live their parental role) and educational patterns. In the formative evaluation process or done during the 8-month deployment, sought to know what impact the speech of the participants and the management style of mediator as predictors of change in the implicit theories, the agency staff and educational patterns . To obtain data of this evaluation was used different instruments and informers. The sample used was 185 participants whose sociodemographic characteristics were most important: Average 37.04 years, 40.7% of single parent families, 75% with primary education; 79.5% unemployed and 56.4% with economy precarious. The resulting demonstrated the effectiveness of the program, checking at the end significant changes in the implicit theories (innatistas and nurturistas); changes in the agency staff (greater self-efficacy, greater internal control, greater agreement on partnership and increasing awareness of the difficulty of Parental role), and changes in educational patterns (patterns declining educational permisivas-negligentes, coercive and increased patterns inductive). Moreover, the evaluation process a speech perspectivist and argumentative group encourages participants to learn new ways of thinking and acting more complex, but not conducive to the agency staff, a speech self anecdotal and not conducive to the learning of new ways of thinking and acting more complex, but the power agency staff. Also, with respect to the management style of the mediator, it did not predict changes in the implicit theories. If the style is a senior mediator, predicts low levels in the agency staff participation and a decline in educational standards enforcement. Summary: In the first part of the work is reviewed and synthesizes what has been and is the Adult Education, the characteristics of their students, the main theories and models that have investigated the adult learning, faculty of education of the people adult its profile and skills, psychoeducational intervention, program planning and evaluation, intervention and intelectiva socioafectiva and its justification in the education of adults. In the second part or empirical study (research quasi pretest-postest), is designed and developed instructional two programs: Program I: Learning to Learn (Education Intelectiva) Program II: Learning to Feel (socioafectiva Education). As key findings shows that if in the education of adult learners intervene to learn intelligence and the intelligence to know feel, we can achieve, among other things:-Minimize neglect. The theoretical framework is on the one hand a first chapter which examines the references between psychology and chess. The second chapter of this theoretical framework explains the theory of Molds of mind, through a framework that extends from the major paradigms, cognitive approaches, theories explanatory general intelligence socioafectivas understood as personal skills, authors operativizan strategies cognitivo - afectivas and finally, the theory of Dr. Hernandez. The research part of history referred to in the theoretical framework, namely a recent investigation of the author of the thesis hipotetiza where the relationship between mold cognitivo-afectivos and performance ajedrecístico. The first phase of research is devoted to explaining the design and selection of the subjects of the investigation. In a second phase, determining the independent variable, which in this case is an instructional program of training in self construct Molds cognitivo-afectivos. In the last phase presents the design and ultimate organization, consisting of a quasi design with non-equivalent control group without treatment, pretest and post, describing the scenario and the method used and the results obtained. The findings confirm the hypothesis that individuals possess unique and common strategies in how to approach, reacionar or interpret reality in situations egoimplicación, that is, where people are confronted with a reality that jeopardizes their interests and emotions. It has been noted that there are differences between molds players higher and lower performance in competition, and that by intervening to know these patterns are cognitivo - afectivas improves performance ajedrecístico. ATMOSPHERE LABOR AND PERSONALITY: STUDY ON RELATIONS MODERATING FACTORS PSYCHOSOCIAL OCCUPATIONAL HAZARDSAuthor: BLANCH PLANA ANGEL. Year: 2004. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#110477 Summary: The model Demanda-Control-Apoyo Social (Karasek & Theorell, 1990) is a paradigm of reference for the analysis of the psychosocial working conditions. Moreover, the model of personality of the Big Five Alternative (Zuckerman, 1991) is a model of personality based on psicobiológica tradition, but rarely has been used in research on work-related stress. According to these models, the present study examines the moderating effect of personality in the relationship between working conditions and a series of risk factors working psychosocial, in a sample of workers in the public service sector. There are scenarios in three distinct areas, which seeks to replicate results found in previous studies, and more specifically propose a methodology relatively unexplored in this area: analysis of moderating relations in the context of analysis of covariance structures with latent variables . Overall, the results are similar to those outlined routinely in the literature, albeit with varying nuances remarkable. Moreover, the results obtained by analyzing latent variables to provide an overview of comprehensive and innovative moderating role of personality in the process of work-related stress. We propose that future methodological developments in this area can provide new perspectives for analysis and more important from the point of view perhaps more applied, useful guidelines for the prevention of occupational hazards of psychosocial nature. THE PSYCHOLOGY IN THE PROCESS OF CANONICAL MARRIAGE ANNULMENT.Author: SÁNCHEZ ORDOÑEZ RAQUEL. Year: 2004. University: PONTIFICIA DE SALAMANCA [ More theses of this university] [ www.upsa.es]. In this way we approach the methods and techniques of expert assessment by the psychologist. The work consists of two parts and conclusions. The theoretical part consists of 6 chapters and seeks to conceptualize synthetically major boundaries and situations that affect our study subjects. The first chapter describes the basic legal elements of marriage, both civil and canonical. The second chapter presents general thoughts on the psychology and the law. The third chapter is a description of the sociology of marital breakdown in Spain response to the three times that most closely relate to the processes of canonical nullity: courtship, marriage and marital breakdown. In the fourth chapter we focus on the canon 1095 CIC alleged that collects disability psicolígica, and where the psychologist as an expert witness. The fifth chapter builds on the previous figure of the expert psychologist and the psychologist methodology expertise in the field canon. Complete the theoretical part the sixth chapter in which he describes the most frequent diagnoses in the process of canonical marriage annulment. In the empirical part, reported in the seventh chapter, and focused onthe proposed objective, it has been chosen to represent the work done in two separate studies. On the one hand gives the results of a survey expert psychologists routinely involved in Tribunals Elesiásticos to learn the methods and procedures for their work. Moreover analyze the causes of nullity processed in the Ecclesiastical Court of Salamanca to identify areas that may be more common among couples who come to this type of process. Lastly offered conclusions, which are grouped into three categories: relationships with the methodology of the survey, references to the sociological data and proposals for a mejosr understanding between the world canonical and psychology. ANALYSIS OF COGNITIVE MODELS FOR CHANGING STEREOTYPESAuthor: VAZQUEZ RODRÍGUEZ CAROLINA. Year: 2004. University: MURCIA [ More theses of this university] [ www.um.es]. Place of defense: UNIVERSIDAD DE MURCIA. Place of preparation: UNIVERSIDAD DE MURCIA. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#110823 Summary: The study of research, analysis models for cognitive changes of stereotypes: the influence of the categories of gender and profession deals with the cognitive and social factors that explain the change of stereotypes. To do so, firstly presents a theoretical review in this theoretical analysis covers, to start, the definition of stereotype. Next is a study of the models motivational, cognitive and social associated with this builder. It was also working theories that explain the formation, maintenance and dissolution, along with a more comprehensive models and discusses factors that achieving the change of stereotypes. Lastly, before for the empirical study, which examines the influence of gender in changing stereotypes as a determining factor in the analysis of this change. However, after the theoretical analysis is carried out an empirical study. In this part of the investigation we found that measure are the social factors or factors congnitivos the trigger that change the stereotype or otherwise remain unchanged, or failing diluted. Analysis of cognitive factors is reflected by two of the three models that explain cognitive changing stereotypes. These models are: conversion and subtype. It is not working on this occasion model accounting considered less relevant as the literature reviewed. The way to analyze these models is by the way in which information is presented. In the model conversion information appears so concentrated in one or two copies, which shows the subject in response to the questionnaire. By contrast, the model of subtype information is scattered across copies. On the other hand, how to assess the influence of social factors is performed by submitting copies belonging to a professional category or another. The occupational categories with which he has worked include: teacher and entrepreneur / a. In gender terms, we worked with concentrated or dispersed and subject category of object that expresses the information on the occupational category and the category of gender perform different analysis. Through these statistical analysis, analysis of variance mainly, we see what is the most important factor or factors that lead to individuals to change their stereotypes. Similarly, within the empirical content, it also evaluates the impact of the variable sexism. In other words, we look at the extent to which those subjects considered sexist or gender have greater or lesser difficulty in changing their stereotype. Therefore we believe that variable as a facilitator or inhibitory change of stereotype. Ultimately, we conducted a thorough analysis of all the variables that affect you change stereotypes. Following this, we concluded that both social and cognitive factors influencing trigger the process. In addition, we emphasize the importance of social categories and, in particular, the influence of professional status as a factor potentially more easily amending the stereotype. EVOLUTION OF THE IDEA OF GOD BETWEEN 8 AND 18 YEARS. PROPOSAL FOR A THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK, LITERATURE REVIEW AND STUDY BY SEX.Author: URCHAGA LITAGO JOSÉ DAVID. Year: 2004. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#110855 Summary: Overall objective of the thesis: Describe how it evolves religiosity during the school development, and within it, the idea of God. The literature review contains 612 studies on the subject development and psychological God. The study bibliométrico citation stands as the 12 authors most often mentioned in literature on the idea of God, and in order of importance: Godin, Deconchy, Vergote, Tamayo, Nelson, Strunk, Benson, Spilka, Freud, Goldman, and Vianello Rizzutto.Piaget is the author that the work seen as important for understanding the evolution of the idea of God, ye a more secondary quoted Erickson. The 6 authors most frequently cited for their works within the overall psychology of religion are in order: Allport, Freud, Vergote, Starbuck, and Milanesi Aletti. It replied investigating Deconchy on the evolution of the idea of God with 2761 students (between 7 and 18 years). Differences were found between the ages ylos sexes. It describes three phases evolutionary (in parentheses age and the most frequent responses): perceptive (7 / 8 years heaven, Mary): Atributiva (9-12 years, Well, Kind, Creator), the third phase is subdivided into two: Staff (13-14 in girls 13-15 in boys; father, Friend). Interiorizada-institucionalización (up to 18, Religion Duda, Fe). The boys of 18 seem to form a group with distinct traits. The girls have some idea of God more complex and cohesive, because in all phases described God as love, the kids do not repeat any word at all stages. The increencia surge sharply to 13-14 years and aims to emotional factors not aware. Within each stage for the formation of clusters is the most important variable that age sex. At the end u nas offered guidelines for religious education. AS DIMENSÒES DAÂ'GEOMETRÍA DO PENSAMENTOÂ ': UMA HEURISTICS POSITIVE UM PROGRAM INVESTIGAÇAO SCIENCE.Author: ADONIS BARATA M. DEOLINDA. Piaget proposed a mechanism for automatic equilibración and autínomo, dependent solely on the subject, which had been taking place on the basis of differentiation and integration plans and progress in successively more complex thanks to the mechanism of abstraction reflexionante. This paper proposes the need to consider, along with the budgets of the algebra of thought, which raised Jean Piaget, the budgets of a geometríca thinking that takes into account the processes psicolígicos own subject (architecture of the subject), in which the logic is important factual, and the size of the task (the task architecture) ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INTERVENTION IN ADOLESCENTS WITH SOCIAL PHOBIA ACCORDING TO A NEW PROPOSAL FOR A SUBDIVISION AND OPERATIONALIZATION OF WIDESPREAD SUBTYPEAuthor: PIQUERAS RODRIGUEZ JOSE ANTONIO. HIPERVIGILANCIA AND EMOTIONAL VARIABLES IN EATING DISORDERS (ANOREXIA AND BULIMIA): DEVELOPMENT OF TWO PROTOCOLS ESCREENING FOR DETECTIONAuthor: CAPATAZ COLÁS IZASKUN. Year: 2004. University: PONTIFICIA DE SALAMANCA [ More theses of this university] [ www.upsa.es]. Place of defense: UNIVERSIDAD PONTIFICIA DE SALAMANCA. Place of preparation: UNIVERSIDAD PONTIFICIA DE SALAMANCA. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#111161 Summary: The pathologies are eating disorders whose epidemiology has soared in recent decades, remain the most vulnerable group at risk adolescent girls. The social pressure to which they are subjected to, along with other variables (personal, biological and relatives) manage to put this group in a position enormously resistant coping with the disease. Despite the fact that these pathologies are not of recent birth, it is clear that today their impact is alarming because it operates on a highly vulnerable population (teenager), and that does not possess sufficient resources to cope with the consequence that trigger these disorders ( both physical, and psychological and social). For this reason it is necessary to development d screening tests to help detect quickly both anorexia and bulimia later to develop preventive measures. The study is divided into five chapters, the first two theorists (first block) the three subsequent empirical (second block). Thus in the first chapter (theoretical) are analyzed in detail eating disorders regarding their diagnosis, etiology, comorbidity, consequences, prevalence and evaluation. The primary objective of the theoretical foundation is the description of the basis on which are recorded the behavior disorder food. They pose a closer look at the reality of these disorders at both clinical and social, with emphasis on those variables that later in the second empirical will be evaluated. In the second chapter, too theoretical, describes the theoretical and experimental paradigm emotional Stroop (fundamental basis of the thesis), as well as the emotional involvement of variables directly related pathologies and food that will be evaluated in the empirical study (anxiety , alexitimia and body image). The analysis of disease-related food is a multidisciplinary field of study. From the empirical study of eating disorders, cognitive flow has developed different measuring instruments and early detection with positive results. The schedule of work is addressed from one of the most popular experimental paradigms called Stroop emotional, and it focuses on the biases atencionales components linked to emotional behavior disorders food. Despite the importance that owns the phenomenon of hypervigilance in the field of eating disorders, the surprising fact that there is no literature on any research on emotional hypervigilance in eating disorders in which they are used different protocols and alternative for foil specific emotional Stroop test scrrening (one detector exclusively from anorexia and bulimia another). It should be noted that it had been carried out studies with protocols distinguishable regard to the two specific categories that are directly related to the pathology food, as are the category body and food category. Also available analysis and conclusions drawn from these studies suggest that, more or less controversy, to the presence of elements with concerns related to these two categories by subject depending on their clinical diagnosis. But basically this kind of research has been carried out since the clinical setting, not as a screening protocols for normal population or risk. So far, no conclusive results have been found. Already level not even clinical studies exist that would justify the use of each discriminated foil for the early detection d anorexia and bulimia independently. The work carried out aims to cover this gap and experimental methodology. The research presented's main purpose is to clarify certain extent dispute in the Stroop paradigm emotional connection to the category body and food implicated in the pathology basic food (b 8 ulimia and a5e anorexia) to develop two separate screening protocols . The second part or empirical study is complete in the next three chapters. The first describes in detail the entire process of drafting the emotional Stroop test (since this kind of instrument control and require a specific methodological rigor without which the effect is minimized or cancels). The second chapter discusses the empirical application of this test in conjunction with other instruments of measurement variables associated with the pathology food (EDI-2, TAS - 20, Body Image, GHQ-28, SCID, STAI) with the aim of expanding the psychological and cognitive study of these types of diseases in the area of early detection. The implementation was carried out with both subjects diagnosed with pathology food (55 subjects undergoing treatment at the time of data collection) and subjects without pathology clinic (110 subjects). Both groups sample was applied a series of tests selected on the basis of the objectives of the study, they measured levels of emotional hypervigilance, anxiety, alexitimia, body image and personal variables (through a personal interview) and health. In addition to the sample without disorder were assessed vulnerability to disease and food vulnerability to other psychiatric disorders. Specifically, the clinical data were collected from medical records with the aim of developing a profile in relation to the psychiatric disorder (income, comorbidity, chronic problem, and so on.). The survey results did not clarify the dispute in relation to the hypervigilance emotional pathology in the food, because values are obtained little clarificadores (both for clinical pathology as vulnerable to food). But the results are highly relevant to the relationship emotional variables (alexitimia, anxiety and body image) play in the aetiology and maintenance of behavior disorders food. It has been found also the role of other variables of health, personal history and comorbidity of great importance for its implications for intervention and prevention programs. AUTISM AND HIGH LEVEL SYNDROME ASPERGER: IMPROVING THE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE THROUGH TRAINING IN COMMUNICATION REFERENTIALAuthor: IGLESIA GUTIÉRREZ MYRIAM DE LA. Year: 2004. UNIVERSIDAD DE VALLADOLID. URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PSICOLOGIA/1#111535 Summary: Taking into account the characteristics, strengths and weaknesses, in subjects with Autism High Level and Asperger Syndrome (ANA-SA), we know that his greatest difficulties lie in the area pragmatic and communicative. Still, the empirical studies on the subject are scarce. For this reason, and because from the paradigm of communication have been trained eco-referential communication skills successfully in other groups, raised a program of training in skills that are considered fundamental to communicate effectively (compared skills, cooperation and evaluation). The study shows compose 60 pairs of children and adolescents, 20 formed by an issuer with ANA-SA and a receiver with normal development and 40 in which both members had normal development. The subjects were matched in chronological age, cognitive functioning and verbal. After an initial assessment of the competence of the subject which shows some of those inefficiencies communicative with ANA-SA, is training in communication skills referential. The groups will be trained consisting of 10 subjects with ANA-SA and 10 with normal development, serving the remainder of groups such as control changes in the conduct of a post, a transfer nearby and distant for a transfer. The results confirm that the two groups trained improve its performance. Stresses that after the period of instruction, the group ANA-SA trained resembles its performance to the group trained with normal development in most of the variables selected as most representative, which initially showed less competent.
