Summary: This dissertation seeks to know the current labor market and professional graduates of physical activity and sport in Valencia. It describes the various job functions of physical activity and sports development, the demographic situation, employment and training of people who perform such functions as well as the interaction between the two. It also determines the different profiles of the various degrees of physical activity and sports and non-graduates. The methodology used is descriptive of quantitative court, which conducts individual interviews, oral and through standardized questionnaire to 600 people working in roles of physical activity and sport throughout the country. The results more representative, among others, to determine the roles are varied and diversified and that there is a picture with high seasonality, uncertainty and instability work. Besides establishing that there was a high percentage of people not entitled (between 40% and 58% depending on the test) and that many of the graduates perform functions for which they are not qualified according to their formación-titulación.

Summary: When the guidance is confined around surname académico-laboral in the specific context of the second round of the ESO, the path is clear.
