    Summary: This thesis was made a historical analysis of the feminist movement and the role that gender studies have given psychological science, including studied qualitatively and quantitatively stories and the life histories of 6 Mexican women who emigrated to Seville. The procedure used was a self-awareness workshop so that they will reflect on the meanings of the most important events during their life cycle, once they ended each session drafted them at home, his life story following the points scored by Dan McAdams 199, 2003 and William Runyan, 1984. The results of both the workshop and the content of the stories of life were analyzed from theory based or grounded theory expressed in this work, which was that these women: at the individual aware of the problems facing women individually, as immigrants, as professionals and as a Mexican, values and culture specific. At group level are integrated successfully into the Community by creating a Spanish Association of Mexicans living in Andalusia without losing their roots and cultural mores provide the Mexican community and Spanish model of integration that promotes personal growth and social relations between the two cultures .
