Summary: The investigation takes as its starting point the notion of the dominant passions, as substrates of psychological deadly sins, the enneagram or psychology of eneatipos as it develops Naranjo. It aims to generate a theory on the effects that occur when a person is left guided by his passion dominant in the field of relations with itself, with others (love and work), with the things (money and property, and nature y ecología) y con Dios (lo divino, lo trascendente). It has been interviewed by one person for each subtype of eneatipos in two different geographical areas, Spain and Italy. All of them have participated in the SAT program. Their responses, which have been collected in both Spanish and Italian, have allowed explore the implications of the dominant passion in the four areas proposed. The election process is divided into four parts. Part I presents the scene of the investigation, in the tradition of the deadly sins, under the enneagram within the program TSS Claudio Naranjo. Part II: the option is based on a qualitative methodology and hermeneutics according to the method of Grounded Theory (theory based on data). Part III: this method is applied to the investigation of interviews from four approaches: terminological, conceptual categorial-subcategorial and comparative. And part IV: the conclusions are made: a) by eneatipo, through a constellation of traits by area studied and commented properly, and b) an overview of all of them, through compare their similarities and differences. The dark passions dominant self, awareness degrade and disrupt their operational strategies with the individual at all, and in each of the areas of their relations, as it is concluded in this study.
