Summary: The brasinoesteroides are phytohormones acting as plant growth regulators. In this field, in front of the high costs needed to obtain relevant is the synthesis of miméticos. In this paper, has developed a strategy to transform the only known inhibitor of brasinoesteroides, KM - 01, in a new family of analog activity brasinoesteroide. To synthesize three miméticos of KM - 01 has been required the development of a method for producing the product microbiologically of departure (PR toxin) at the level of gram and define through computational chemistry techniques including the new methodology SHOP The structure of these miméticos of KM-01. Finally, it has developed a bioassay to assess their stress activity.
