In this sense, the participation of associations in the management of welfare policies implies a tense dimension profesionalizadora that some of the tradeoffs that underpin the sector. That línes, our hypothesis is considering the voluntary sector as an area characterized by the confluence of different logical justification. And that involves both a high potential for social criticism, as a strong tendency to compromise between logic, which could defuse potential critic mentioned. Both issues, the potential critic and the tendency to compromise, are apparent in the speeches generated in the sector, showing how the subjects give meaning to his action and justified. From these cases, the work has involved an analysis of the speeches, from in-depth interviews with professionals insertion labolar working in partnerships. An analysis based on the model of "economies of greatness" Boltanski and Thèvenot (1991), which provides an approximation adecada to study the different logics in the sector. This approach allows us to contextualize the analysis in the context of the new configurations of ideological "capitalism flexible" in line developed by Boltanski and Chiapello (2002) in their work on the third spirit "of capitalism. The conclusions of the work are dicididas into two parts: First is the identification of speeches on work and education as key concepts concerning citizenship, showing how these respond to the requirement to reconcile the tensions between the different logics justification, as well as their potential impact on the voluntary sector. Secondly analñiza in industry associations as potentially fruitful area for criticism, but at the same time particularly subject to the need to establish logical compromise between those who can deactivate, allowing the articulation of social policies, but also to be functional the legitimacy of the capitalist system in its current condition.

Summary: The aim of the thesis is to study the importance of working time as a factor for prosperity in the context of western society. More specifically, it is proposed to discuss the growing linkage of time on welfare from social relations work environment. What is the contribution of the different working times to the welfare or is perceived as socially welfare are the questions of departure. The theory includes four assumptions: the multidimensional nature of the concepts of time and work, gender, the passage of material well-being for the welfare and the introduction of everyday life as a stage material and symbolic. The methodological approach proposes, first, the combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches to know the subjective meanings attributed to time spent working, and secondly, the combination of structural analysis and biographical in order to introduce the longitudinal dimension. This approach includes the use of the interview and biographical structural analysis of the speech. The main conclusions of the thesis suggests the importance of working time for the welfare, but its importance is not always perceived socially. This situation arises, especially in the case of labor care where working time offers comfort to the dependent person to change from the malaise of the individual carer. However, it detects a generational change in the discourse on working time which is opposed to the continuity of daily practices. This gap between attitudes and behavior grows as it progresses in the course of life and, ultimately, affects the welfare of everyday people. The thesis concludes probing possible directions for political intervention and pointing to some lines of inquiry open questions raised or left to be resolved.

Summary: This thesis aims to analyze the relationship between the union movement and "anti" in the framework of the globalization process. To develop this goal is an investigation which combines a generalist approach with specific case studies. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter analyzes from a theoretical point of view to the social movements and the movement "antiglobalization". The second chapter is devoted to the study of the relationship between unionism and movement "anti" in the context of the major initiatives of the second, with the goal of providing a complete overview of the relationship between the two. The third and fourth chapters are in-depth case studies that analyze the relationship between unionism and movement "anti" in two different contexts. The third chapter discusses the relationship in the context of the World Social Forum in Porto Alegre, while the fourth chapter discusses this in the context of a multinational company in conflict, the company Miniwatt. The thesis that is required to prove is that there is a relationship between unionism and movement "antiglobalization" that can be described as critical distance. The hypotheses to believe that the main reason for this distance is the programmatic and strategic differences about the process of globalization that exists between the two players. There are also other factors, such as different logical organizational, political culture, priorities and ways of action ... to explain the existence of this distance. At the same time, states such as the relationship between trade unionism and movement "anti" is variable depending on the context where it is analyzed, and the conflicts in the level of the company one of the frames where this relationship is weaker.
