    Summary: This study comes to undertake a rigorous analysis of the characteristics of information science and technology in general and the press in particular reference.     Summary: The investigation focuses on the study of phenomena triggered by the completion of the public works community developed by government institutions such as firing ranges of Bárdenas Actual Navarre, the highway Leizaran between Navarre and Gipuzkoa, the Itoiz dam and the wind park of Ordunte in Villasana Mena, among others.     Summary: This dissertation describes and analyzes the media of the state of Zulia in Venezuela. It departs from the following premise: âDelimitar the regional and local press is not easy. The regional newspaper is a newspaper which is distributed in a particular region, which covers primarily on local and regional issues, in addition to the general news of today. The local daily is a spread in a particular site and that is based on the content of their local events, without losing sight of the general information policy and culturaâ.     Summary: In this paper we study the basic features that define the consumer magazine specializing in computer Computer today on the appearance and content analysis. The research is divided into two parts.
