Summary: The theme of this thesis is focused on the evolution of health inequalities by social class in Catalonia during the period 1994-2002 and the relationship with health policy. Los planes de salud responden a la exigencia desde los poderes públicos de organizar los sistemas sanitarios a partir de las necesidades de la población y, en este sentido, las desigualdades en salud deberían ser el punto de partida de los análisis realizados. One of the tools that can discover inequalities in health are polls. In the case of Catalonia, with the transfer of powers since 1981, there have been two major surveys, one in 1994 and another in 2002, while the health plans of the administration remain autonomous sequence 1993-95, 1996-98 and 1999-2002. Thus, the thesis is to know the evolution of health inequalities by social class and relate to the principles and purposes of health planning in the same period.

Summary: The final object of this research is the reconstruction of changes in the meanings and social representations associated with the work during the transit of Spanish society toward a new phase of economic and social development in the years 1980-90. They have been relatively abundant in recent years, more theoretical reflections that empíricas- around a transmutation of the apparent symbolic site occupied by the work. It is true that until recently very little sense was so stable that the work was the main channel of access to the rights and all that that system since the time of Thomas H. Marshall, known as the industrial system dela citizenship. However, one of our hypotheses is that in recent decades which has taken place is not simply a loss of sense of work, a seemingly chaotic dispersion of meanings and social representations about work, but a loss of mark kind of work. Therefore, the theory purports to be an approximation of changing ideological experiencing the world of paid work through the speeches of the Spanish working class during the first decade of the parliamentary monarchy. And located in a way unique methodology based on the analysis of group meetings conducted in the period 1979-1985. One way intended to be part of the effort to recover the memory of the transition through an oral history of this rebuilt from the future, with the sole intent to contribute to the understanding of the limits of the current development model of capitalism Spanish. It is, in any case, an investigation of exploratory therefore has required its own unique rules and methodological approach for a way to unpublished those years. The potential novelty and originality of our qualitative look at the transition lies precisely in the possibilities it opens the use of group meetings as a historical document. Based on the historiographical debate on the formation of the working class, our analysis of the evolution of speech class is based on a dual theoretical framework:-On the one hand, an approach to the construction of social subjectivity through forms of ideological interpretation. This is a proposal for the reuse of specific modes of operation of the ideological dimension of relations class. B-And on the other hand, a review of the mechanisms for determining the identities and interests. If the subjectivities social reflected the diversity and richness of the real, we propose to understand identity as a partial closure of subjectivity, and interests as "communicative", in turn simplified, a social identity. So in terms of analytical simple, it is the path of interest through the subject of identity. The findings of our analysis to understanding the depth dela break that takes place in the universe ideology of the working class Spanish within just ten years. From the centrality occupied by the rational distribution of work based on the social needs for the first meetings of the group, until the inevitability of an individual adaptation to the new context created by the new technologies that will emerge in the meetings of 1985.
