    Summary: The prevention of drogodenpendencias has become the focus for action policies on drugs deployed in Spain to deal with this phenomenon. However, especially at the regional level, still perceived major shortages and a lack of information, especially in the areas of planning and evaluation. In this paper, an attempt has been made to answer these unknowns, providing, through a combination of quantitative techniques (questionnaires) and qualitative (semi-structured interviews), information about prevention policies undertaken by the communities in the hands of their autonomic responsible. The results are considered of great value, in order to review the objects and practices that are being used at present.

    Summary: The objectives of this thesis has taken as its starting point the idea that the world of childhood, but has been more socially recognized from the end of the twentieth century, there is still a great unknown. It provides an analysis of the origins of the construction of the notion of childhood and momentum for the participation of children from the UN International Convention on the rights of children. It was part of the concept of childhood from the provisions of the Convention, who are the people from 0 to 18 years. The main objective of the study is to identify a complex act like children's participation in social life, look at how children can influence the generation of new forms of participation which may lead to new positions in social and relate this involvement with the notion of citizenship. The thesis is divided between parts: the first features the theoretical framework and methodology. The methodology has been basically using a qualitative ethnographic study to identify the participatory culture of children from areas where it occurs or may occur and have conducted in-depth interviews with experts on adult children for contrasting experiences and analyze the processes, behavior and feelings generated by the participation of children. The second part is fully committed to the entire development made on the basis of analysis of the data obtained. The third part incorporates the findings of the work and a number of proposals and recommendations for the continuation of the object of study for the implementation of actions that enable the effective participation of children.

    Summary: Issues related to the living conditions of people affected by neuromuscular diseases, Sclerosis Side Amiotrófica and in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and their families in the Community of Valencia. Based on in-depth interviews determines the cost to families caring for dependent members. It discusses the needs and problems facing these individuals and their families, proposing alternatives that can be taken from public policy to prevent and address the specific difficulties that accompany these enfermedades.Las disease and Duchenne commonwealth are degenerative in nature and produce progressive disability is severe, and therefore a high dependency, specifying the care of others.
